This was a great experience, its been 25+ years since I went mattress shopping. Ken was awesome at explaining and helping me choose the right mattress for our needs. I would definitely shop with Mattress Firm again.

This was the first store I went to, looking for a new mattress. I worked with Brady. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. Not pushy at all but super friendly. Felt very genuine and acted like he cared about my situation. I did not want to buy a mattress right off so I went to a few other stores to compare prices etc. I quickly realized I only wanted to work with Brady. In every other store I went to none of the other salesman measured up. They felt like greasy used car salesman lol. I know that sounds rude, but it’s the vibe I got, and none of them seemed as interested in me as a customer as Brady did. So I went back to mattress firm and told him specifically, that I was coming back because of him. I like working with people who feel honest and genuine, like a normal human being should be, and not somebody who just wants to sell me something. Whoever Brady’s boss is, he needs a raise. He deserves it.

I was finally looking into upgrading from my college twin into a larger mattress. I went into Mattress Firm and Brennan was there to help me find the perfect mattress for me. We tried out quite a few different mattresses. Each time Brennan was a great help, adjusting his suggestions based on my feedback. Eventually we found a mattress I liked and Brennan took extra time and found me the mattress on clearance one size bigger then I thought I could afford and still within my budget. Brennan also delivered my Mattress to my apartment up 3 flights of stairs. If that is not customer service then I dont know what is.Last few night have been best sleep I have gotten in a while. Kudos to Brennan.

Id originally posted a two star review because of issues we had with the mattress we ended up with and the method by which the whole purchasing process was handled. The manager responded to that review and was horrified by our experience, and has since nearly bent over backwards trying to make things right by us. It seems our experience was a fluke, as they have been nothing but helpful and professional since. Looking forward to our replacement arriving soon.

Mattress Firm did a great job. Kenny our salesman was very knowledgeable on all the products and gave good suggestions. It was nice to actually test out a bunch of different mattresses at the same time and compare them in one place. I wouldnt have done it any differently. Thanks!!!!!

I had a great buying experience with Brady. I called in asking about the pricing on a specific mattress and since I was in a rush, I was just going to try and buy it as fast as possible. Brady thankfully convinced me to come in and test the mattresses and he helped me get set up with a beautiful Nectar mattress instead (which I’m so grateful for). To top it all off, he even went out of his way to drop off the mattress directly to my house that night. He was very kind, helpful, and was not a pushy salesman in the slightest. Best experience and purchase we’ve made!! Immediately as we walked into the store, we were greeted by Brady with care and knowledge of how to figure out which mattress would best fit us! I was very impressed with my experience here. Brennan helped me try out about 10 different mattresses and seemed to really care that I found one that meets my needs. (I have chronic back pain and scoliosis.) He was willing to work with my budget and secured a very reasonable price for a quality mattress. Brady, the store manager, also went above and beyond to ensure I left the store as a satisfied customer. I highly recommend going here for a mattress as far as Logan goes--these guys are awesome!

Not impressed at all. We went in to look and got pushed into buying a mattress. I felt like I was at a car dealership. The guy told us we were “getting the best deal” I then went to a different store and got the same things for $700 less. Went back in to cancel and was asked for the receipt of the other purchase and had the guy pushing to keep our order with them. Definitely better mattress stores in the valley. Would not recommend.

I was treated really good there. Felt their prices were kind of high but I really love the bed I got there. I got a Beautyrest with a bed lift. It works great for me because I have lung problems and I need the head part to raise which it does just great. When they came to set up the bed they did a great job very nice people.

Bought purple mattress was defective then bought intellibed. After a few months a spring bound up so it is defective. The store would not let me pick up drop off due to covid so I had additional charges of 135. I should not have to pay additional for bad product over and over. How many delivery charges should I have to pay before I get a good mattress?

Very nice, very straight forward and honest I would definitely recommend this mattress firm to people. All I have to give advice is don’t go to a store that says it should work go to a store like this one they told me that the Frame and mattress will work. I highly recommend them. Thank you for helping me find a bed that I want and that will work for me. When I get my bed I’ll see if I can change it to 5 stars.

Had to drop my rating from 4 to 1star . Went in on Black Friday for the 50% off with free frame . Found a nice mattress but was informed the free frame was out of stock and could not be delivered until December 9, okay we went with it . We were excited to get our new bed today but NOPE !!!! After I called the store I was informed that they had the frame in stock but not the mattress and wanted me to wait another 8 days. Went into the store and they had no reasonable solution very disappointed with the poor customer service. At least they gave me a refund so I gave them 1 star instead of 0

Initially we had some issues returning a mattress but they were satisfactorily resolved. Had it not been for the interaction with the gentleman we spoke to in initiating the return, I would give them five stars.

Absolutely amazing service! I didn’t experience any of the gimicky nonsense usually expressed in sales. I walked in and found exactly what I was looking for in under ten minutes with the help of Bowen (one of the gentlemen that works there). I also spoke with one of the managers over the phone to set up my delivery and he showed me amazing service skills. Both gentlemen were efficient, effective, and they even threw in some appropriate playful banter! Loved this experience! Definitely recommend coming here!
