RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. Owner ruined my $800 wedding dress. After having the alterations butchered and the entire top portion of my dress ruined I noticed red stains, grease stains, and other stains on my white wedding dress. This dress was kept in a garment bag and had not been worn prior to being handled at Belle Bridal. When I got there my dress was not protected by the garment bag and was falling off the hanger. This dress is completely destroyed. I cannot wear this on my wedding. I have no idea how someone could do this to a wedding dress.

I can see why this place is going out of business! I waited 5 months for my dress to get here, when it should of took two days or a week at the most. Now that it’s here, it’s the wrong size and there’s spray tan all up in it. Let me remind you, this dress was brand new out of the package when I purchased it... and I don’t spray tan. BEYOND frustrating.

This shop is amazing! They have a huge selection of dresses, to fit anyone and everyone! The ladies in there are great to work with and really help you find the dress that is right for you! The prices are also really great! Best dress shop around.

Good review first: they were very good to me about alterations on my dress. I basically made my dress into a new dress by all the alterations. They listened and did everything I wanted and the dress turned out beautiful! Although, the dresses are very old and out of date. If you love tulle dresses this is the place for you!Bad review: would I ever go back? No! The day I took bridals the belt I was renting from them completely fell apart. Every part of the belt crumbled and I was left with a pile in my hand. Then on my wedding day my friend went to go pick up the same belt and they didnt remember which one it was. Resulting in them not checking and taking a random guess and then me wearing a belt I didnt even like. Very cheap quality! dont even bother renting or buying jewelry from them!

I LOVED my experience at Belle Bridal. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, they helped me find the perfect dress. Belle Bridal has in house alterations, which was perfect because I didnt have to make another trip somewhere else. The staff was attentive, but I did not feel smothered by them like I have at some other Bridal stores. They were happy to answer any questions and help me find anything, as well as lace/zip me in and out of dresses.They also helped me find the perfect accessories. I found a necklace, earrings, a darling headband, and a veil; all in addition to my dress. The one criticism that I do have is that they dont have very many strapless dresses. However, because they were trying to get rid of some strapless dresses, I got my dream dress for half price! Overall, I would definitely reccomend belle Bridal to any bride looking for a dress.

I have loved this store since the first time I saw it in 2008. I finally got my dream wedding dress from my favorite store! They were so good with me and my family and really new what dresses to show me. It was worth the drive from salt lake.

I love Belle Bridal! I have purchased a few formal and semi-formal dresses here. Dresses are beautiful and the customer service is great! If alterations need to be made, they are very knowledgeable and timely. I highly recommend them.

They are out of business

I wouldnt recommend this shop. I purchased a dress from them a few years ago and when i got it home I found a 3-4 section of trim missing on the back. I had purchased the display model because it was the last one they had and am guessing they had borrowed from it at some point to alter another dress. After emailing, taking the dress into the shop and emailing again they dont seem to show any interest in helping to fix the dress. I never heard back after I went in there and my emails are being ignored. I even said I would pay for the services and materials to fix it. Sadly, I will need to start exploring other options to fix the dress so that we can get married. What is even more sad for them is that I am in a business where i deal with brides regularly and would have liked to refer them to Belle Bridal but will not be doing so. Disappointing experience and I feel they have little value for their customers.
