Let me start off by saying that the flooring in the living/kitchen areas looks good. The main issue I have is with communication and my stairs! In the initial quote I was told that LVP stair caps were possible (one piece with the rounded edge attached) that is not in fact what I got. They didnt even tell me they were going to make the change. What I got was terrible. Its the same slats they used on my main floor with metal caps. The caps are cut terribly, caulk is all over and settling causing gaps, nail holes. One of the caps started lifting so the installer super glued it when he came back. I even have a plate by my front door that sticks out and is sharp, someone has cut their toe already. The installer said he would put caulk on it to see if it makes it less sharp (caulk is now all over there as well, see last photo) I told my contractor and I told Brett himself. All I got was the installer who no longer works for the company to show up to try his best to solve the problems. I dont feel like the quality of work matches the over $1,500 I spent on just the stairs. Extremely disappointed that I cant get the owner to come back and see the poor quality I received. I also never received the quote requested for the backsplash in my kitchen.

Incredible service and FAST. I called them for service and they were at my house the very next day! You dont get that anywhere else.

Our house was affected by the flooding that took place 2 years ago in Cache Valley. A lot of snow that winter and then mother nature decided to warm up too quickly and rain causing ground water to come up.Brett and his team helped us get our house back in order quickly. New carpet and luxury vinyl is what we decided on. Very pleased with their service and excellent pricing. Highly recommend them!
