The ambience is nice, I had two donuts, a glazed and chocolate with sprinkles. The donuts are tasty but sweet eating more than two would be excessive. I had a hot chocolate and although tasty, my hot chocolate was cold. It might be that machine had barely been turned, but it was disappointing.

Hard to beat a Krispy Kreme donut when they are making them fresh.

Although their name implies that of a good donut, it is somewhat misleading with the Logan store. Their donuts were neither krispy or kremey. It is sad to say, because other locations have won me over, but this store in Logan just seems to not care. Two hours before closing they are already running out of product and have no intent to make more. It is clearly apparent that their employees are not adhering to company policy and it is disappointing to see. Any other Krispy Kreme is a great place, especially if you can get them when they are fresh donuts. Just dont expect that sign to be lit, signaling that the donuts are fresh, because they are not getting made in the first place.

Bought 4 donuts for my husband and kids. They were cold and overpriced. First time here, last time here. Definitely, need better quality control and customer service skills.

Literally the most expensive glazed donuts ever. ($25.90 for 2 dozen glazed) I have never been to a location that charges that much. Not to mention that the donuts weren’t even warm. They are pretty small too. Very disappointed; I definitely wasted my $25

This Krispy Kreme is pretty good compared to some other ones I have visited. The store is usually pretty clean and their bathrooms as well! The only downside is sometimes they serve sweating doughnuts, meaning they arent fresh anymore. For the majority though their doughnuts are fresh and delicious!

Don’t have hot doughnuts when the hot light is on 😭 and they don’t tell you they don’t have fresh ones when you ask for hot ones in the drive through.

I love Krispy Kreme specifically their chocolate frosted donuts. I went on a busy night and had to wait a while in the drive through (no fault of their own it still went by pretty quick, just lots of cars) I was so excited for my donut so imagine my surprise when I received a “chocolate frosted” donut with just a drizzle of chocolate around the top. I know it sounds dramatic but my husbands maple was adequately covered so it was easy to see where they had gone wrong. Definitely not just the wrong donut either, it was all the way around like a sad attempt. I am leaving this review so hopefully they can see they may have a quality control problem.

The workers at this location in Logan are not nice, unhelpful, rude and come across as hating their job. We won’t be visiting there again.

Total disappointment! Doughnuts were at least a day old and very dry. The festive tree was filled with icing instead of the batter as they advertised. Coffee was nasty, we ordered the vanilla caramel mocha and there was absolutely no flavor. Never stopping there again!

I was the only one in the drive through, there were no cars outside. I sat in the drive through long enough I thought they might have forgotten I was waiting for my order. I ordered a medium drink with no whipped cream, and it is in a tiny cup?? Not worth the money at all. Donuts were cold, which was surprising cause I thought maybe they were making more since my order took so long for them to bring to the window.

Donuts are always fresh and warm. Last time I went, they just handed me my donut for free. Not sure what was going on but I wasn’t complaining.

We visited this location on a Saturday morning, to take advantage of their buy one dozen, get one free promotion. We were excited because the HOT LIGHT was on (which should mean fresh, hot donuts). We were handed two dozen donuts, that were pulled from a stack of pre-packaged donuts. We politely asked if there was any way we could get fresh donuts (like the ones that we saw coming off the line). The employee said no! Its just easier to do it this way when were having a promotion. I could understand that if they were busy, but we were the ONLY ones in line. Sigh.....

Krispy Kreme makes great donuts, but this particular location needs to have a major overhaul of the customer service. Their equipment has been malfunctioning the last two deal days that there have been. Not everything can be perfect all the time, but the way it was communicated and handled by the staff was unacceptably rude and quite frankly the opposite of conducive to good business. When told that the machinery was down, I asked if there was anything available. They said they had some assorted donuts, but I wouldnt be getting any deals on any of that, and if I was just there to save money on donuts, to go somewhere else. I offered to pay in advance and just pick up when it was ready in 30 minutes or so (when they told me it would be) and they refused my order, saying that it would just be better for me to come back. ????? Really?! They didnt want to take my money, and they refused an order? Theres some business savvy for you. It definitely WASNT in my best interest, nor theirs. Needless to say, I changed my patronage to Johnny Os.

8 AM on a Monday, which should be within the business hours listed on Google, wait there behind another car for 15 minutes before finally someone in a fundraising truck says there’s no one there and they are closed right now. Just open and close whenever or? Awesome work guys.

Very disappointed. They were out of every donut type we wanted (maple, sour cream,..) So we settled on strawberry sprinkles and ended up with very minimally frosted plain strawberry donuts..

Twas yummy. Throw them in the microwave for about 5-7 seconds and they are goood

They are out of donuts and didnt consider having a worker run outside to tell us. Krispy Kreme, I hope you take notes from Chick-fil-A because they have it together.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I ordered a dozen Christmas specialty donuts mixed with a dozen original glazed donuts for my friends n family. I specifically asked for the Festiv Tree, Santa’s Belly, and the Present specialty donuts. After I got home and opened the box, I got NONE of them, just original glazed mixed with chocolate covered with Christmas color sprinkles...but it’s too late to switch since I’ve already gave them to my friends. Very disappointed...

I would like to give a shout out to Krispy Cream for giving free donuts to healthcare workers. Also everytime I come here the person Im ordering from is happy and I have never had an order come to me incorrectly. It is one of the best Krispy Cremes Ive been too.

Who doesnt love Krispy Kreme?! The hot donut sign was on and the donuts were amazing! The wait staff was very nice and super patient with our familys order, trying to pick what we wanted. The staff even helped us take a picture of the family we were meeting there. Super friendly customer service!

You cant beat the original glazed donut! So good! We visited on National Donut Day and the staff was still kind, friendly, quick, and efficient despite the crowds. We also enjoy watching the process of making the donuts almost as much as eating them.

I love Krispy Kreme however the management at this locationIn Logan is ridiculous 🙄 since when do you NOT get a free donut when the hot sign is on? Also went in yesterday at just after lunch to get a dozen glazed donuts I wanted 6 original and 6 maple glazed only to be told that they were out of plain original glazed...”are you kidding me.” And I got the only 4 maple rings they had left 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️ I was told they would be making more original glazed later that evening. I’m sorry but if you are out of glazed donuts make a new batch you are a freaking donut store 😡

When you run out of the glazed creme filled donuts all the time that means you need to make more of them. Not make the junk ones that people don’t buy. Always the case when I visit here. Bring back Dunkin’ Donuts. Good grief.

I find that more than often when I get their doughnuts that they taste of the oil they were cooked in... But the oil is old & used... I told my friends that work there but they said that the store manager Taylor was responsible for changing the oil on a regular, at least weekly basis & claims otherwise, but the oils color and consistency never seem to improve. :(

NO FAVOR, JUST THAT OILY NASTY TASTE. DONT BUY IT PEOPLE, ITS AWFUL. I WILL TAKE IT BACK TOMORROW, SINCE I BROUGHT IT TODAY.

This Krispy Kreme location is not even close to being up to par with other locations I’ve visited. They’ve been out of their original glazed the last 3 times I’ve been there. You’re a donut shop for heaven sake! You’re specialty donuts are no better than any other stores that sell donuts in the valley. Your custard filled have sooo little custard in them, and you did away with your blueberry. Your glazed are what people want! It’s become a joke at our house. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

I have always had good experiences at this store with buying donuts. I understand that other people have complaints with the hot chocolate, but I can testify that the donuts are great. Customer service is awesome, I honestly enjoy interacting with the workers.

I was excited a Krispy Kreme opened in Logan. Hopefully theyll get better at making donuts. The creme filled donuts we ordered had hardly any creme in them, may as well of ordered plain glazed donuts. To top it off all our donuts were doughy, not fully cooked. We were extremely disappointed, had to throw them away. Worst experience ever at a Krispy Kreme. I dont think well be back. You pay that much for donuts, you expect better.

Was exstreamly disappointed. Got a half-dozen of there new strawberry filled donut. And when you go to eat them you finish more than half the donut before you even get the feeling thats the point of having you filled donut is so you can taste the feeling with almost every bite.

Sure, you are going to get diabetes and heart disease, but it is a pleasant way to do it. Much better than getting it from McDonalds.

My wife and I visited this Krispy Kreme around 4:00 pm. We were VERY disappointed! We ordered a box of 6 donuts--maple bar, chocolate custard, birthday cake, cinnamon twist, chocolate cake and blueberry cake--and every one was STALE! Very disappointed, will not be going back any time soon.

Donuts were good, but dont buy the hot chocolate the picture has whip cream and chocolate syrup. What we got was a cup of brown water and milk with a bunch of powder at the bottom. They didnt even stir it.

Great donuts although a little overpriced considering the size of them. We just went through the drive thru at the grand opening... it took a little over an hour and we found out after waiting a while that the card reader was broken.
