This is the second time I’ve been to see Dr. Ellsworth, the last time being about 3 years ago. This place has amazing staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor is very nice as well. My glasses were ready to pick fairly quick and they have a nice selection and love to help you find the perfect pair. They are very accommodating in all aspects and I would highly recommend anyone go here for eye care.

Excellent service, they provide fitting and have an in house lab! Great service and extremely helpful in finding a good fit. 10/10 would recommend.

If i could give zero stars i would the only good thing about this place is the doctor was nice as for the front desk one of the older lady wasnt as polite i wont ever go back to this place or bring my daughter back just was not a good experience i felt my businesses with them was not wanted sad to see every one else had a good review from coming here as for me ...it made me dislike this place .

Amazing staff every time I come here they never make me feel like Im just a customer they make me feel comfortable Ive been coming here for four years now and every time I get surprised on how fast you get your glasses their number one priority really is customer service and Gina knows her stuff about glasses and lenses she always knows whats best for you even when you dont know what you are looking for. Dr Ellsworth is amazing he always gets my glasses adjusted right Everytime and Hannah is always nice and happy to help you with any questions you have and if she doesnt know the answer she will find it for you definitely would recommend everyone to go here

Great staff! Great service! Dr. Ellsworth examined my eyes and I had my prescription glasses 2 days afterwards. Gina showed me frames that were budget friendly as well as high quality. My wife wants to go to Dr. Ellsworth for her eye examination now as well. Customer service is a priority at Cache Valley Vision Center. I would recommend them to anyone.

Cache Valley Vision Center had the friendliest - and quickest - service Ive ever had when getting new glasses. All the staff is incredibly nice and professional, and Im very happy with my new pair of glasses.

I noticed that I’ve had slight vision problems for a few years but I didn’t think they were bad enough to address. My friend Hannah recommended Dr. Ellsworth to me and I had the best experience. Dr. Ellsworth was very professional in determining my prescription, and the other workers there were so helpful in picking out a stylish frame. 10/10 recommend!

Best eye doctor clinic we’ve been to hands down! Everyone was SO friendly at the front desk, and the doctor was super friendly and warm. My six year old son was nervous going to the eye doctor, but he walked out smiling and saying he wanted to be an eye doctor when he grew up his experience was that great. The frames my daughter got were really nice, and she got a run down on how to take care of them properly. It looks like everything is very affordable without having to sacrifice style. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic.

This is by far the best eye center I’ve ever been to. The doctor spends plenty of time with you to make sure your prescription is correct. He also uses the most current technology to make sure your eyes are healthy. The staff is amazing and are very attentive and kind. I barely mentioned my daughters name and the next time I came in they called her by name and asked how she was. They don’t rush you when choosing frames because they want you to love what you get. My glasses came in a day after I ordered them because they rush all orders, so no long wait times! Incredible office!

Cache Valley Vision is a place I highly recommend. Terry was very personable and helpful while choosing my new frames. She explained all of my options and out of all the amazing choices I picked out frames that I loved. I also felt like Dr. Ellsworths exam went better than any other exam I have ever had. He does so much to get an accurate prescription. Dr. Ellsworth also really takes the time to get to know you and relate to you.Great experience!

Such an great experience! I’ve had some troubles with eye doctors in the past and feeling like I wasn’t being heard but Dr. Ellsworth does a great job of including you in the entire exam process and asking questions to gage where you’re at. The office staff was so friendly and willing to help. It was a super positive environment!

They are so much fun! Just a blast to work with. They were quick and super friendly and Dr. Ellsworth is very personable and a great doctor. Gina took the time to make sure that I had a pair of glasses that looked great and fit great. With a quick turnaround on my prescription, I am highly satisfied and will not take my family or myself anywhere else. Excellent.

Im new to the area and so I did a little asking around to find the best place to get glasses for my little girl. We decided to go to Cache Valley Vision Center and the experience we had there prompted me to write this review. The service and treatment we received at Cache Valley Vision Center was outstanding, and the price was much better than I anticipated. The staff went out of their way to help us find just the right frames. They had the lenses we needed and they had her glasses ready when we came back from lunch. It has been a while since we were treated so well.

Best place in town. They are so willing to go the extra mile. I had a trip planned to alaska and had lost my glasses just before I was supposed to leave. They were able to get me contacts the day before leaving. It wouldnt have been the same without seeing and I have this wonderful company to thank for it. Super friendly staff and a great selection of eyewear.

My most recent experience at Cache Valley Vision has been great! After my eye exam my new glasses were ready and delivered the next working day after a holiday weekend. A week later I decided to order a second pair with transition lenses. They were ready to be fitted the next day.Our family has been using Cache Valley Vision for many years and have found the staff to be very helpful, the service is prompt, and the frames and workmanship are of the highest quality. The office/store is family run and is a great atmosphere. I personally prefer to deal with hometown folk over the mega chain store where I would buy my glasses along with my socks and vegetables.

Fantastic experience! They were so personable and made my six year old daughter (the patient) feel very special and important. They just happen to have the right lenses in stock and so we were able to do an eye exam and get glasses all in one trip. Even though it went into their lunch hour, we never felt rushed. They also asked if I wanted to shop around for frames they didnt expect me to buy them at their store. I would definitely go and see these guys!! Even if you dont have vision insurance! They will still take care of you fairly!!

I really appreciate the quality customer service experience I receive at Cache Valley Vision Center. Dr. Ellsworth is totally focused on providing the best eye exam possible. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make certain that my prescription is optimized for the best vision possible. TLDR: receptionist/lady who takes care of insurance was very demeaning and rude. She didn’t care about my strange insurance, and billed me when I shouldn’t have been. The drs good though.They did not make clear what insurance they accepted. I asked them at least three times to check they took my insurance, with the specifics of my insurance plan, and vision benefits. Knowing I had awkward vision benefits, I wanted to make sure I would be covered. I watched as one of the ladies working there called my insurance company with my insurance card in her hand, and discussed what would be covered. I was told I didnt have to pay anything. A couple months later, and I got a call from them saying I have an outstanding balance of $100.I called them back, trying to discuss what had happened. The receptionist, the same one who had helped me with my insurance earlier, talked down to me, interrupted me, and didn’t listen at all to what I was trying to convey-why I was confused that I had $100 bill. She was extremely rude.I then called the insurance company. (She told me I should have my parents do it for me, as I was on thief insurance still, even though I am a capable adult.) They understood my situation, and called the eye center on my behalf, explaining they had never even received a statement from them. Once they were done talking with the center, they informed me that the center told them they never knew my insurance was different. They didn’t know that I had awkward vision benefits.Frankly, their customer service was awful, they were demeaning, and didn’t seem to want to help me at all. Thankfully they wrote off the bill.The actual dr visit went really well though.

My day started off poorly, my 2 year old decided to feel my eyeball with one of her fingers. I call CVVC and explained that I was 99% sure I had a corneal abrasion. The wonderful receptionist was able to get me in about 2-3 hrs after I called. I got in, saw the doctor, had both my eyes inspected, got numbing drops and a contact lense to keep my eye safe, a prescription, and paid my bill all in about 15 minutes and for 1/3 the cost of everyone else I called and even got the doctors contact info if I ever had any questions after business hours. This was an absolutely incredible experience, and they have for sure won mine and my families business. 100% recommend this office. My only regret is that I only have 5/5 stars to give, I would gladly give 6!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ellsworths since I moved to Cache Valley about 8 years ago. It has been wonderful working with Dr. Ellsworth and his wife. They are so personable and accommodating. I lived in Bear Lake for a short period of time and they totally worked with my schedule and saw me after their normal business hours. Plus, in several emergency situations they were able to get my contacts and glasses finished THE DAY AFTER MY EXAM. Great service, great people, and a great experience over the years!

My wife recently went to Dr. Ellsworth and raved about how professional, kind, and thorough he was in his exam. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure she had everything she needed for our vacation, i.e. contacts and such. This is a family-run business, and you feel like family when you visit. She highly recommends them and will be back.

My children found and broke my glasses this morning. Today is a Friday, and Ill be starting a new full time job on Monday! I called some other offices around town in a panic, and no one was able to get me in for over a week. I called Cache Valley Vision Center, and was able to get help TODAY! Glasses broken at 8:00am, went in at 10:40, and got home with a new pair and contacts by 12:30. That is absolutely amazing! And to top it off, their customer service is unmatched by any other business. So friendly and helpful! They didnt just work a miracle for me; as I sat in the office, I heard and saw the staff go out of their way to help other customers as well. I will never go anywhere else for my eye care!

I have been going to Dr. Ellsworth for the past 16 years. I love how friendly the office staff is and Dr. Ellsworth is very thorough. He spends plenty of time making sure my prescription is exactly right. The staff is also very knowledgable in picking out and fitting frames that look great on my face shape. I always walk away loving my glasses and recieve compliments constantly. I love the variety of frames they have to choose from and everything is really high quality so I know my frames will last. They also carry frames that no one else in the valley has. I love having something unique. I would highly recommend anyone to this office.

For the past couple years Ive worn contacts and have never bothered to get glasses. One day I was unable to wear contacts for medical reasons, and they got me in that day and I was out the door in 15 minutes with a new pair of glasses! Great customer service!

Sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes, there’s a reason for appointments! hate that i drove 30 mins for nothing!

This place has a unique feel, and the staff were very friendly.

It was ok, but I will be finding someone else in the future.
