I have used Watkins Printing for a variety of services and they always provide quick, quality service. Most recently I needed some pictures printed in odd sizes and they had them ready to go and looking great the same day.

Watkins has always held a reputation in my mind as helpful, honest, and genuine. I’ve found that in the minds of locals close to me as well as for myself this is no longer the case. The lack of kindness and care they hold for their customers is embarrassing. The girls are very snooty and rude and could not care less about the help I needed from a problem they caused and promised to resolve.. and failed to do. I asked to work with a manager to resolve my problem and this aged woman was more rude and un hospitable than the younger women employees that I spoke with initially. She made me feel attacked, and in the wrong for an issue they caused and had originally promised to correct. Your better off taking your printing needs to fed ex and your party needs to Zurchers. Wish this was the locally adored business it was once known to be.

Whenever I go in, the customer service is very poor. Employees dont seem happy to help me and are even short with me when asking what I need. This has happened to me multiple times, so it wasnt just catching them on a bad day. The quality of the printing is good and they have yet to botch an order, but because of their customer service I dont enjoy going here. If it wasnt so conveniently located for me Id go elsewhere. Being able to email in items to have printed is a nice feature. Then I can just pick them up and I dont have to watch the employee roll her eyes while she prints my items.

I’ve used Watkins printing for many occasions, wedding invitations, thank you notes, many canvas prints over the years. They are easy to communicate with and the end result is always exactly what I’ve wanted. IMO they have fair prices as well.

I came in in need of some help printing my invitations and they did a nice job with everything. They were a little short staffed when I was there but I may have just gone at a busy time.

Sara at Watkins has been super helpful. We were working on slim time windows and they came through multiple times for me.The graphic designer was friendly, helpful, and flexible with me and my opinions on the design and patient as well. They even continued to refine the design after I had to leave quicker than planned.It’s great to have help that resolves all of the variables and guess work.Everyone that saw the product was impressed with the quality. They were able to take my files in person since they were too big to be uploaded on the website and got the proof back very quickly. I was driving on Hyde Park Lane which is 25 mph eastbound starting at 200 W. One of delivery vans driven by an older male driver, decided to tailgate me all the way to Hyde Parks city hall!! That was illegal, unsafe & extremely unprofessional! I dont care if he had a schedule to keep, until he returns that truck to your office & takes off anything showing your company logo, he and his actions represent this sad excuse for a business. I will not give this company my business ever again.

I went in to Watkins to buy a Sky View flag for my daughters senior pictures. They were out of stock, but assured me they would make more and have it for me prior to her appointment time. They delivered! I love that they have local high school products.

Average customer service. When they make a mistake they do their best to make it right. Make sure to check your Invoice before paying as I had over $100 of incorrect charges on my bill. They do have many options for paper styles and can print beautiful work.

Chantel made great looking large laminated posters for me quickly with grommets, and then added another 18 grommets later and fixed some issues i created.Always a great experience here!

Honestly loved my experience here. I did my wedding invitations and printed vinyl for a shadow box project. When I did my invitations, they we so nice and patient. They did many, many proof prints till they were perfect, changing the size, alignment, and even brighten them up for me. They have a specialist lady who does the vinyl. I came in when she wasnt there so they took down my detailed order. I brought in the shadow box I was to put the vinyl on and they even helped me measure out perfectly to enlarge my image. Before I left they even promised to call me with a quote before they make it.

They were very quick and understanding when there was an error. Only charged us for the difference in cost when our job had to be reprinted.

I printed my wedding invitations, envelopes, guest book pages, and thank you cards here and had a wonderful experience! I worked with Christina, and she was extremely helpful. I designed my own invitation, but she gave me a few suggestions at the end that made my invitations look so much better! She has great taste and knows what looks good. The pricing was also very reasonable, and the turnaround was always within a few days. I would recommend to anyone!

Oh my goodness Watkins Printing is THE BEST! I used their Salt Lake City representative Christina and she was the most helpful, creative, and easy going person to work with. I was so lost and she was able to help me in every way. She helped me make my invitations, envelopes, and inserts for our wedding. She also made an incredible poster with pictures on it for our receptions and it was beautiful. Everybody told me they loved our invitations. They are professional and have a super good price. Missy is a lifesaver. Im a space case and most of my orders have had some kind of error on my end. She is quick to contact me and clarify what I want and correct my order. Christina was an amazing woman to work with! She was very timely, communicated quickly and effectively and understood what I wanted for my invitations perfectly. Christina worked with me on wedding invites and save-the-dates, and they came out amazing! She is absolutely incredible at what she does, and she is great at customizing to individual needs. While working with her, I lived about 40 minutes south of her location in Sandy, and she made it very easy for me to find time to meet and design the announcements. It was amazing seeing the announcements completely custom designed, so I felt like I had beautiful and unique save-the-dates and invites! I didnt feel that this company was upfront about sizes of prints. The online service was confusing. We wanted to print some mission announcements. They didnt disclose that the proof was the actual size, so we ended up paying a lot of money for miniature cards. When we went back, the staff was very unwilling to even work with us. They were rude. After my post, the owners were then willing to help, but because of mailing constraints it was too late.

Dennis and his team do flawless and incredible work. They are very easy to work with and waste no time getting the end results in a timely fashion. I have been extremely impressed by the professional manner that Watkins Printing has done for my office at Thoms Lawn Care.

We met with Missy and told her what wed like done and Watkins Printing and Missy were able to do it all for us. I used to love these guys and used them all the time for personal printing. Since trying to use them for my business, I have been nothing but disappointed. We have ordered the same things from them and depending on who check you out, the price would range from $1.95-5.00 per item. We ordered business cards and the quality came back sub-par. I tried one final time to use them for a brochure and their printer was down. The final straw was when I needed rubber band, I didnt want to run into WalMart and I thought for sure they would have them with their office supplies. Nope. As much as I have tried to give them my business, I just am never pleased with the outcome.

This little store is my favorite place to shop. They have EVERYTHING you could ever want for any party or family gathering. They also have church materials for Nursery, Young Women, Visiting Teaching, etc..I also go there to make invitations for Neighborhood Parties, Baby Showers, and Thank You notes for special occasions. This is a great place to print flyers. Thats all Ive ever done here, but each time Ive gone they have been really helpful, havent charged me for proofs and make sure the final product looks good.
