Amazing experience! The store employees (Tony and Marie specifically) were so great to work with! I had a terrible experience with a different jewelry company in Logan and decided to see if Kay Jewelers could help me out. They went above and beyond and gave me the best deals, showed me exactly what I was looking for, and we had a blast while working together. Long story short, I have the most beautiful jewelry now and I can’t stop staring!!! They turned a disaster into something absolutely amazing. I will never go to a different jewelry store!

This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a business. My fiancé and I spent a month of research planning out the perfect custom engagement ring, and where to trust purchasing our ring from. We purchased a custom built ring from Kay’s and my fiancé paid upfront in full. He was promised the exact ring that had been ordered and was told a date it should be done by (to align with his proposal plans). The ring was late and when he went to pick it up they had given him the wrong cut and setting.He had to send it back to be fixed, and when he returned days later for a second time, the center rock and setting were 1/2 the size of what was originally paid for. The difference is drastic. At this point he had to propose with the second incorrect ring which was an unfortunate downer on our engagement.We are currently working with them to receive a ring for the third time now. I feel that we have been skimped and not given the attention deserved. Unfortunately I do not trust that we will get our correct ring before our planned engagement photos. I even question if we will receive the correct ring at all? This has been the most stressful month of my life, having to plan a wedding, and deal with this unacceptable situation.

Elliot was very patient. I am a bit of a cautious person. Despite not buying anything he went through and showed me quite a few rings and watches even going over payment options on them also. He even seemed happy to see me when I came back a few days later to show someone a watch I liked.

After visiting several local jewelery stores, I became accustomed to the high-pressure sales routine, a discouraging aspect to an otherwise exciting adventure searching for the perfect engagement ring. I expected the same “customer experience” from Kay Jewelers, but was surprised to discover that the store associates were genuinely interested assisting me find the perfect ring! Their agenda was completely opposite from other jewelery stores where I’d felt the assistance was primarily for their own interest in getting high sales commission. Horrible experience. We bought a ring from Kay in Logan and were told by the manager that we will have an 18 month payment plan with no interest with the down payment we made. We specifically asked! And now we are paying over 30 months and being charged 50% interest and the manager says there is nothing he can do about it.
