The selection of appliances and fixtures is really good. The sales department is really good. The installation team is very much like the Three Stooges, except there are only two of them. My parents paid to have a GE Appliance Suite professionally installed in their home. They fumbled through the microwave installation so bad that they stripped all of the bolts that hold it into the wall, and it was not level (even by eyeballing standards). Its now sitting it the dining room waiting for parts, indefinitely. The fridge is leaking and un-level. They did get the dishwasher right (as far as we know), so 1 out of 4. When my dad approached the salesman about these issues the blame was pushed back onto him even though he had nothing to do with the installation. So far, theyve been waiting a week for any kind of fix. We can and should have installed this stuff ourselves. This would be a 5 Star review based on selection alone, but when you put sales, service, and price into the equation its barely a 2. Install anything you buy yourself, and you may not have a problem.

Professional friendly staff. Huge assortment of anything electrical from a lamp switch to wire rated for high temp. I have never been disappointed when I visit.

I needed a thermal fuse for my shop vac and wasnt sure where to go now that the Logan Radio Shack closed. They had what I needed and the price was fair. The electric supply store is the small building just south of the main lamp and appliance store but theyll help you in either place.

They spent a lot of time answering our questions. Gave us other ideas that we hadnt thought about.
