Good treadmill... when it works. After doing what I felt was a lot of research, I bought the X22i Commercial Treadmill. I run a lot including training for marathons and thought it would be more durable with a larger motor, etc.. Especially with the Commercial in the product title. I have had the treadmill for approx. 18 mos and have had to replace the deck three times. This last time, they actually sent me two decks (I guess in case another one breaks). The first time it broke after about 4-5 mos. The second time was after another 5-6 mos. This last one lasted longer (7 mos) due to less miles due to reduced training. I inquired about a thicker deck board but was told one was not available. I did purchase the extended warranty/service plan which it appears I will be using regularly. Service has been decent but would have appreciated some sort of compensation for the issues (i.e. discounted warranty).

Last February my wife and I decided to order the Pro form elliptical E14 ($1,999) with the protection plan($400). We received the delivery in March. Upon assembly, we realized a defected part on. We called, and spoke to a Cade (whom was helpful) and ordered a new part. After 3 weeks waiting we received the part and a technician came and fixed it. We were excited to now be able to workout in our own home with our very first piece of gym equipment. My wife plugs in the machine and then we heard a POP. The console shorts out. So now we call again and told that they need to order a new console. I received an email with a order status and after 3 more weeks the status said processing. I called and spoke to a women, she said you should receive it in May, as they are testing new consoles. May roles around, no calls, no emails, no communication from pro form. My wife calls this month (May), after getting bounced back and forth from different suppliers. We were told they have discontinued the E14 (which is strange being it was new in 2020). She tried to convince us to switch us out to a different machine (cheaper), but the weight capacity would not hold me add I am 66 320lbs. We have demanded a refund, and they have not yet taken any action on this matter. My wife and I are extremely upset, and now looking at other alternatives to get our money back as we are still paying for this through TD bank financing. We have a 400lbs paperweight sitting at our house that is an eyesore. If anyone reads this, buyer beware, it maybe more stress than you think. I will be posting this on review sites as well

Having home equipment has been more important to me since being stuck at home more than ever before. When I had a question about my subscription, I received a response within a couple hours! I received a discounted piece of equipment to test and review.

This company did a great job with the bike and having it delivered to us in a timely manner. They had a good amount of instructions to assemble. Also, customer service answered right away when we had an update question. Its really nice to have equipment at home since COVID has caused us to want to stay away from crowds.

It has a lot of different workouts. The cycle has made a huge workout difference for our household. Its helped both us adults but also the kiddos as well. Putting the cycle together was fairly easy. Biggest thing we had to do was get a new seat. Customer Service was great about helping us set up the ifit account. After that it was just getting used it.

Last month I got a Proform elliptical. Growing up my family only had Proforma and Nordic Track equipment at our home so I was hopeful the quality was as good as when I was a kid. My elliptical has not disappointed me! It is very sturdy and quiet. It came with a 30 trial to iFit and Im loving it- I will likely cancel my other exercise app because this has everything I need, and more. I can use this app with my other fitness equipment, such as my bike. I love the opportunity the iFit app gives me to see the world from my home and the trainers are really motivating and supportive. I absolutely love IFit! Having an exercise bike along with the iFit program has completely eliminated my desire to go to the gym. I have everything I need, including personal trainers, right in the comfort of my own home. I don’t have to worry about getting a sitter, commuting, or finding parking. The setup is pretty easy. I love the different classes with amazing scenery that makes me feel like I’m actually there. The coaches are energetic and very engaging which keeps me motivated. IFit has been a great program for me to jumpstart my workouts. I was in a exercise “rut” for a long time. After joining Ifit and having access to so many different classes my workouts have increased each week. I love the option to choose different trainers. I am obsessed with ifit! I’ve always wanted a personal trainer but as a stay at home mom never really found the time for myself to go to the gym and hire one! Cue ifit! Everything can be so personalized to your skill level and will work your body to meet goals gradually! The all have proper warmups and cool Downs and stretching which is so awesome! I love traveling and seeing all the beautiful countries and beaches as well as the in studio workouts! I have been wanting to set up a home gym for a while because I work from home. I have worked from home pre-covid and its challenging for me to get to a gym between work and caring for my father. I have been really interested in the proform brand for a while and I am really excited about my pro form spin bike. The iFIT program has been a great help with getting me started and staying on track for a consistent routine. The trainers and variety of work out options is great! I purchased a ProForm Indoor Bike and I use it with the iFit app.   I loved that the first month was free and the coaches and classes are so fun, I immediately joined for the year! There are hundreds of different classes and scenic rides.  With traveling being put on hold it’s really been fun to do the scenic rides.     The bike was simple to assemble, and it is amazingly quiet and smooth. I did receive a discount in exchange for my fair review, which I’m leaving now since I’ve been using the bike and the iFit programs for awhile.    I did have a minor issue when I upgraded to an annual membership (I accidentally chose family) and I called customer service - they were super friendly and resolved the matter in minutes! I’ve been enjoying the scenic rides so much I’m actually adding to my travel bucket list from the places I’ve virtually ridden through!

I was concern if the my order got delayed because of the pandemic. However, I received my treadmill within three weeks. Delivery was smooth. The customer service answered my questions and listened to my concerns patiently. They went beyond my expectations and won me over as a long lasting customer. Great job!

I have a pro form pro4500. The screen no longer comes on and was told by tech support the console needs replaced. However they also tell me they no longer make the console. Now I have a 1500 dollar treadmill Ive had for around 5 years thats completely useless. Very disappointing.
