Customer service is amazing !!!! I work the machine very hard and every time I have an issue the technical team is always extremely easy to get a hold of as well quick to fix the problem for you. Would highly recommend.

This company is legit! The Mop-it floor cleaner is simple and easy to use plus easy to maintain. I do our maintenance on their equipment for our stores and if I need any tech help they are on top of it. Parts are sent out same day, if I haven’t missed shipping time. Super helpful on any questions with products, chemicals, & issues with the mop-it.Our stores love the Mop-it! We are a convenient store company. Lots of foot traffic, drink spills and messes. Super easy for staff to use and a time saver. Plus, our staff isn’t mopping over the floors with the same dirty water or spreading sticky sugary drink spill with a stick mop. One company that has always been great at their service and friendly. 5 stars from this maintenance guy.

We purchased a Mop it 3 ..A few years ago and have loved it ever since, we have a machine shop with Painted floors and the shop always looks beautiful which always helps when your customers come in your floors are clean..one thing about our mop it 3 is that its small enough to fit in between all of the machines and can pretty much get anywhere in the building that we need to.. Plus their customer service is impeccable....

We have been using Mop it floor machines at out doggie daycare since 2010. Both of our original Mop It 1.0 machines are still going strong. We also have 6 Mop It 4.0 machines. The reason for our longevity is the machines are designed for easy maintenance. Parts are very affordable and customer service is very responsive. I have tried other brands with one not lasting a year. A second brand was so difficult to repair with outrageously expensive parts. I look forward to adding Mop It 5.0 to our line up. We highly recommend the use of Mop It floor scrubbers over the old mop and bucket. Wet floors lead to worker falls and our dogs getting injured. Floor scrubbers leave the floors much cleaner and dry. Our facility smells better also because there is much less moisture in the air.

Our veterinary clinic bought a used Mopit 3 about three years ago. After much use we started having problems with getting enough suction. A call to Mipit put me in touch with their technical services. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician was helpful in every way even though I was fixing the unit myself. He walked me through the process and we narrowed down the problem to a old motor that was rusting. This is the kind of thing expected on an older unit. He got the part shipped promptly and after a little error on my part we are up and running again.The experience was first rate and dealing with nice and professional people.A great product and a great experience.

The Mopit 5 does exactly what I had hoped-for. The first time I ran it over, what I thought was a clean floor of our wedding venue, you could see the difference. A contant supply of (clean) cleaning solution instead of mop and bucket is a huge advantage. Not only does this save time and effort, I also know my floors are squeaky clean. To Mopit you guys have a great amazing product. The ease-of-use and just the way its constructed over all is so well thought out. It is so easy to fix its convenient and it keeps our floors absolutely spotless, working as a maintenance manager for two restaurants it is an absolute time and Lifesaver it cleans spills like nothing and it cleans floors better than any mop ever will. Working for Chick-fil-A we have such a fast paced environment. The mopit helps bypass making a mop water bucket, and squeezing out the mot head to clean the floors. With the mopit we can have it ready to go, and bring it to a spill for a fast and easy clean up. Leaving little to no water trail behind like a mop. We enjoy having our mopit!
