Normally a good place for party supplies. 4 of us went in today and the smell in the building was so strong we had to run back out. They are pumping some sort of awful air freshener in. My friend vomited in the parking lot. With over 30% of the population chemically sensitive, this place could seriously send someone into anaphylactic shock. BEWARE!!! Seriously dangerous practice, Watkins. You may want to rethink.

Good selection for party favors and decorations. Prices are ok. Service is pretty good.

Fun store!! We always leave with exactly what we were looking for and then some. The lady who helped us this morning was very sweet and patient.

This printing shop is the only one I found open on Saturday in town.Its a good store for basic to medium needs. The store also sell some related stuff and stationers.

Wendy was wonderful in helping me out with a special delivery. I needed balloons and a bear with a cast for his broken leg. She was able to send someone to buy a bandage and did a great job putting the bandage on the bear. The two year old gave the bear hugs and kisses when she saw him and loves the balloons that had her favorite Minnie! Thanks Wendy, this was so nice that you could make this happen and certainly shows your passion and willingness to do the extra. We cant thank you enough. Both bear and two year old are on the mend!

What an amazing experience I had over the phone! Both ladies I talked to were so helpful with me! I live out of state but my family is in Logan and I needed balloons for a little surprise party I’m having for them. I told Kylie what I needed and my situation and she was able to get everything done SAME DAY!!! She was so helpful and never seemed annoyed with the situation or with me having to change a couple things last second. I am so happy and pleased with my experience! I’ll recommended Watkins Party Store every time!

Fun little party store. I dont live in the Logan area but was visiting and needed some party supplies. They had what I needed. When it came time to check out the clerks were in no hurry to get their long line moving. The lady checking people out was so slow and it took quite a while for any of the other associates to notice and open another line. There were 3 sales associates filling up balloons for a balloon bouquet. Which I know didnt require 3 people. This store could be amazing if they stepped up their customer service.

The young man even told me to step back from the counter until he was ready to help me and there wasnt anyone in line. None of the sales associates were very helpful, nor did they seem interested in moving. This has been my experience every time. If there were another party goods option in the Logan area, I wouldnt shop here.

Ive never been in the store, so I really cant rate the contents. However, I called the store at 1:25 pm to ask if they had purple curling ribbon. After 10 minutes she came back on the line and said How wide are you looking for? I told her just 1/4 to 1/2. She said, Hold on, Ill get the price for you. It was then that I realized she hadnt even looked for it yet. I didnt ask for the price, I just wanted that color curling ribbon! I waited another 15 minutes and when I had just about memorized their announcements, they hung up on me.Customer Service, to me, should be paramount when running a business. I was calling because I didnt have time to run all over town to look for it. I could have driven there and looked myself quicker! What a shame, I was looking forward to seeing what they had. Guess Ill try Walmart this time.

Chantel did an awesome job on some custom vinyl lettering I wanted for a special ornament for my kids. Customer service was a little slow getting started but I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Better place to get party supplies than zurchers

Cool supply of party supplies— but their customer service and absolute rudeness has derailed my willingness to do business with the company. I am astounded at how piss-pore their customer service is, heads up without customers you’ll go out of business. And I will for sure share my experience with my network of friends who frequently party plan and host events.

Came and got a helium balloon and it was deflated within a half hour

Stay away! Ordered 2 and a half dozen balloons. They were not secured properly and the balloons literally slipped off of their strings. They were not knotted. They were not let go of. We are driving a convertible and have 12 balloons left from driving not even a block going less than 10 mph. Any kind of wind at the party and we would have lost all of them. We have ordered balloon bouquets from other places and they were always knotted at the base of the balloon before the curl. Called them back and literally said they are not responsible. What a joke and a waste of $50! Thanks for ruining our sons first birthday! Will never shop there again.

EDIT: I just saw a refund to my account for the full amount. Since they didnt have my receipt or card, they must have checked their transaction history and used that information. Im impressed that they recognized that their merchandise was faulty and took necessary steps to rectify the situation, even though I had already left. Thus, Ive changed my review to reflect that.I bought $30 worth of gumballs (individually wrapped) for a party game and when I tried one, it was TERRIBLE. It was stale, hard, and nearly impossible to chew. I tried to return them and get my money back but they wouldnt take them back. Will never go back there again.

I have a 3 strikes youre out rule and Im very patient (3 separate visits). Customer Service is TERRIBLE and they are so rude, if you can get anyone to speak to you or help you. I stood at the counter to check-out and was ignored, one employee was blowing up balloons (you could at least say Ill be with you in a moment, ACKNOWLEDGE your customer) after she finished a guy walks in the store, grabs a balloons and takes it to her. Instead of saying, Sir I will blow this up after I help this customer, she was next in line. She blows up his balloons. During that time another employee walks by me and chats at the counter with some gentleman. At this point Im about ready to drop the stuff on the counter and walk out, I notice a sign theyve taped to their counter about not being on your cell phone while they help you. They want you to value their time but Watkins surely doesnt value your time.You can find the same party supplies at Family Dollar and the Book Table for much less and better Customer Service.

I have to agree with some of the other reviews on here. The customer service is HORRIBLE! First off, dont take young children with you because they have only one cart the I could see and one other lady was using it. I asked for some help and the lady gave me a weird look when I asked for plastic straws and then pointed to an aisle with paper straws. I come back after dragging my three year old on the floor and hauling my one year old over to the paper straws and waited to check out. The lady at the checkout helps the customer and then completely ignores me and walks off. An employee by the register kept giving me crusties and then finally the checkout lady asks if I am ready to check out. I was in line to checkout, so yes I am ready! Anyways, if you want people to give you dirty looks and give you the worst customer service, then this is the place for you!

Friendly employees and they always have what Im looking for. Theyve helped make several events Ive hosted come together beautifully.
