Im sure this place is an awesome place but every time my husband goes in there hes in there for hours it feels like but anyhow yes I only go to Home Depot and Menards and both places have everything pretty much you need

If you look at all my posts I never write a negative post, but I guess I wont be able to say that anymore. I really dont understand why there is not even one self check out that will let you use cash??? They are all card only??? My husband had to stand in the line that contractors use for at least 20 minutes just to pay cash!!! The older man behind him had to go get a step stool to sit down because he couldnt stand any more!! Ridiculous!!!!We will be going to McCords more, they let you pay cash or card at every register.

The people at The Home Depot are very friendly and helpful. The lines for the register (only one open) was long and took awhile to get through but otherwise a good store. Hopefully next time they will open more lanes for checking out.

OMG! Be prepared to spend a lot of $$ on gorgeous plants and flowers! The staff were really helpful and nice. Kiegan cut a 4x8 board for us, Rick helped us load the board. One of the men helped us with bags of soil. A lot of funds later, we were prepared to do some landscaping.

Great plumbing selection and very helpful

Went to store in Logansport Indiana. Finally found perfect rug and went to desk to ask for assistance at flooring department. Lady there was kind enough and asked over speaker for customer service. I waited 45 minutes and NOBODY showed up to assist me. Finally we just rolled up the display one and brought it up front to buy. The only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1(or zero if possible) is due to the wonderful lady at the cash register, diane, she apologized for our inconvenience and even offered to wrap the ends in plastic so it was easier to carry. If it had just been her this rating would be a lot higher. Unfortunately the flooring associates failure lowered it from the 5 stars diane would have been given to a measly 2 stars.

My items for delivery ended up not eligible for delivery due to the slope and small road going to our cabin in Monticello. The store refunded our delivery fees and paid for the uhaul we used to pick up the materials. Shout out to Jeff who patiently helped us load the items to the uhaul. It took us 2.5hrs to have it all loaded. The staffs are very patient and helpful, shows that they care about their customers and the projects we intend to accomplish. Best HD experience I had despite the problem we encountered.

Sometimes hard to get staff to help you and when you do they can often be preoccupied. Maybe they are understaffed? You definitely get the feel that you are in a corporate driven chain store. However because of that fact they offer a huge selection on the latest tools and have fantastic prices. They carry klein tools for electricians and I always buy through them for electrical equipment. Recently they stopped selling nut driver sets. Thought this was odd.

Went to check on rentals for paint sprayers...they were too busy talking to each other to help me. Asked for some assistance with it...they said that they were busy and would be with me in awhile. After waiting for just over an hour I finally left. Will not be going back there ever.

The store had what I needed but the young clerk I asked for assistance from, with locating that item, had a very “I don’t care” kind of attitude. I ended up walking around on my own till I found what I needed. I tried using the app but it was not up to date with the location of the item I was looking for. I have definitely had better customer service at the Lowes in Kokomo and will try to for the most part take my business there.

Typical Home Depot. Clean. Well organized. A bit overpriced for some items.Staff seemed sparse - so did customers. It was off hours and given the covid19 situation, this is understandable. However lack of mask requirement at the time gave some discomfort as outbreaks grow in close by areas.Overall, though, this is where you want to go for home improvement projects and have a gardening section that beats out the local Walmart.

Helpful employee that was stocking garden centers found the item we were looking for. Area was blocked off for stocking and he got us our item.

A lot better organized than the Crawfordsville store, I was able to get what I needed quickly and as a veteran, I parked in the veterans parking and got a discount on my purchase.

Easy in, easy out. Asked an associate for a certain item (they didnt take me to it like I was trained when I worked there), but I was told where to find it. They had plenty in stock. Associates are always friendly.

With everything going on right now, I ordered some items online for an in-store pickup at the customer service desk. The employees throughout the store seemed stressed (but not rude), rightfully so with trying to manage social distancing. However, they were very efficient, and provided me with exactly what I needed (yes, my items were hygienically essential, new toilet flush valve assembly). I think it’s worth mentioning that these people are on the front lines, providing necessary services/items while putting themselves at risk for exposure. Their influx of customers has no doubt increased with most other places shut down. I can imagine how tired and busy they are. It wouldn’t hurt to take a moment to thank them. Thank you Home Depot! 😀😷

Sometimes when I go there the customer service is horrific. I was just there today, and was treated so rudely by one of their Associates. It really upset me. If I have my choice, I will never go there again. Good luck to anybody that does.

Purchased carpet in great room/dining area and master bedroom. It was installed two months ago. It is seamed quite differently than the original layout diagram they presented to me at time of purchase. I have three seams parallel to each other and less than 6-7 feet apart going right through the middle of my seating area in the great room. One seam is rising up and becoming obvious, which initiated my visit to the store today. I spoke with a CS rep named Sandy, who wondered aloud as to why they had installed it in that manner, (two extra seams) and who then refused to give me a printout of how Home Depot said it would be installed, (although she did consent to show it to me and the actual installation was nothing like the store originally presented it to me). She then informed me the store had nothing more to do with it. I now have to contend with the two Hispanic installers they contracted with. I would give this store and company as a whole a minus 5 in ratings if possible and will hope that my experience will save somone else the expense and hassle of having to struggle against shoddy workmanship and a box store who refuses to stand behind their transactions. Their only contribution was to have the installers call to set a time to repair a two month old carpet seaming. I will be pursuing any legal recourse I might have against the store/installers, since the carpet was installed so differently than what they showed it would be.

If I could rate no stars, I would. Our family first drove 30 minutes to Logansport for two 24 in wide pantry cabinets. Kristen and customer service were very helpful locating the cabinets we needed (although at another location), helping us apply for a Home Depot card, getting online, ordering, and paying for said cabinets in order to guarantee we could pick them up ASAP. We then drove an additional hour and a half to Noblesville to pick up our cabinets. While there, we picked up paint, primer, brushes, etc for the cabinets. Then went to customer service to pick up our cabinets and Tristen sent someone to get them. A girl brought up the incorrect cabinets, I informed her they were not what we ordered. She scanned the barcode, said “oh shoot”, then I never saw her again. After standing at customer service for awhile, Tristen pointed and told me my cabinets were there- sitting where they had been left. I informed her they were not the ones we ordered. After looking at the computer she said they don’t have the ones we ordered. Next came Mark. Mark offered to refund the cabinets and offered a discount on the paint since we would be losing our $50 coupon from our new Home Depot card. The entire purpose of the paint was to cover our now non existent cabinets. We returned our entire purchase. Or so we thought. Mark stated we could order the cabinets online and ship them to my house. I inquired about the coupon we used and it was only valid in store. First, he said we could not use it again, then stated he was “99 percent positive” we could use it again in store. He also offered a paper stating we were owed $50 from the store with his signature on it. However, this would only be valid at the Noblesville store, an hour and a half away from our home. He also told us the Greenwood location had 3 cabinets we needed available (another hour in the opposite direction of our home) and I was wary of believing that since the Logansport location assured us the Noblesville location had 2 according to their online system. The Noblesville location had one and it was damaged, the door was hanging off the hinges. Tristan refunded our cabinets to the card we just opened and I told my husband we could order them online and ship them to our house. We left and about 10-15 minutes down the road I realized we paid $361.66 for the cabinets alone and the refund receipt only showed a credit of $180.82. We then turned around to immediately go back as we were afraid this would then turn into a “he said, she said” instance and we would have to pay a bill for cabinets we never received. After we were finally settled and my husband verified we were all squared away we began our travels home (with 2 tired and hungry children). After we got home I then pulled up HomeDepot.com to order our cabinets and ship them. THAT. IS. NOT. AN. OPTION.IF Greenwood in fact does have said cabinets, why can’t they be shipped to us considered we wasted an entire day? At this point we would like to cancel our credit card and sever all ties with Home Depot as we will never return.I realize you, as a large corporation, will probably not lose much sleep over what ultimately was a sale of $460.38. But to an average family of 4 this is not money we take lightly. Not even including our wasted day and gas.

More like the homeless depot. I went in there looking for a little post-war bungalow with a dry basement. You know what I found? Bunch of boards & doors & windows. Bunk.Put it like this: it was like walking into a TGI Fridays and them saying, sorry, its tuesday, and being shown chest freezer full of cool whip & microwaves - here, make your own chicken wings!And dont get me started about the government!

Had a special order for flooring delivered to my house. A few of the boxes were damaged and I contacted Home Depot about it. I had to make a trip to the store to exchange them. They had the replacement boxes already set aside and refunded the delivery fee. Great customer service!

If I could put zero stars. I would. Every time I am there the staff is snotty. No one gives you the right information, and they they treat customers like a bother for asking a question. Last time I was there I was looking for wire. I saw a couple of emplayees in shipping and said hi, can you help me? She told me there was nothing back here for me. So, I told her that SHE was back here, so I figure it wouldnt hurt her to answer a question since she was just standing around. Customer service sucks. Go to Menards. At least there they know what they are talking about and are helpful.

If you pull up to service entrance and give secret pass word (two in the bush & couscous in the shears ). A rasher of super midgets will assist you in your depot shopping . Along with guiding you to the secret hiding depot department in store . Where you will have the opportunity to perticipate in the tickle fight challenge . And if you best the rasher in tickle fight challenge . Then you will be awarded with the title belt . Which will state on said belt depot hot custard master. Oh and the rasher will make you a foot long baloney Mac n cheese sub . Along with a thermos of their Home Depot made peach cool aid .
