My E brake was on overnight and it froze. luckily they were about two blocks away from me the owner pulled my car right in fixed it didn’t even charge me and I’m just extremely expressed by that level of customer service. You just don’t see that as much anymore and I appreciated it.

I have always had great customer service when I have gone to Logan Tire. The staff are friendly, informative, and they take pride in what they do. They truly care about helping their clients and making sure their needs are taking care of, even needs that the client wasnt even aware of before walking through the door.

I purchased new rims online and bought tires from them. They mounted, balanced and installed new pressure sensors for me. They kept their promise and had everything done on time. Nice people, and they did call me to keep me updated. Top notch, nothing bad to say, they do business well. Thank you.

We were traveling with our truck and 5th wheel. My husband saw that one of the tires on the rv didnt look good. I went on line, as we werent familiar with the area. Found Logan Tire. Called their number. They were very helpful over the phone. Said they could help us and directed us to their location. They were busy, but able to take care of us right away. Went to get an alignment after 15 min in the garage they came back and said i needed inner tie rods and could not do the alignment tried to say they looked it over for an hour and wanted to charge 15 dollars. When quiestioned about the charge they swiped the keys out of my hand and would not give them back until i swiped my card. These people are extortionists and have lost my buisness.
