A nice homey place, very busy, but SUPER fast service. The ice cream was excellent. Seasonal, mom-and-pop style places are always a good bet, and this place was no exception. There were lots of workers ensuring that customers orders were taken and filled quickly. The menu was extensive,, and best of all their product was excellent! They will be closing for the season this coming Monday, September 6th 2021. If youre in the area you should go while you still can this year!

A bucket list place to visit over and over… the ice cream is incredible. A hot fudge turtle sundae is to die for. Matter of fact, I found Jesus in their parking lot as a child. The ice cream delights are nothing short of heavenly here. May you find Jesus under their Sycamore tree as I did.

The quality of their sundaes and such has severely dropped. You used to get a full banana split in half, with vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate, with strawberrys, crushed pineapple, and syrup with nuts. Just got 2.. no strawberry custard, no pineapple, only half of a banana, and barely any syrup. Completely out of all quarts and pints. Nothing like driving for 2hrs to get a piece of home, and not getting any of what you anticipated.. along with increased prices. Will definitely second guess doing this again.

Pistachio ice cream was out of this world! Stop what youre doing and go. Now. I promise you will not be disappointed! What a gem!

The line is almost guaranteed to be long but its always worth it. They have tons of delicious options. They even have a couple sandwiches and chili cheese dogs. Love love love!

Driving through Logansport and just happened across this little place. The ice cream tasted amazing and all the toppings to boot. Fresh made daily and fresh fruits made my blueberry cheesecake sundae so tasty. Will have to stop by many times to try everything.

Absolutely the best place to get Ice cream or custard. They have lots of options including Dole whip. They also do Taco Tuesday, often have Mac and cheese. They do a pretty good job of updating their Facebook with specials and the flavor of the day. They are usually quick and always fresh. They also have very good Coney dogs that are great. Prices are very good as well.

I have loved Sycamore for years but so will no longer give them my business after the service I received tonight after sitting in line for over an hour to be told how rude and considerate we were for sitting in line so long. I called to talk to manager or owner and they hung up.on me as soon as I started speaking then called back and the girls behavior was pretty much accepted by the man whom I assume was the owner. I am still in shock how we were treated!

They have a drive thru and parking off to the side, if you would like to go up to the window and order as well. They have shakes (variety in flavors), slushies (variety in flavors) blizzard type (variety in flavors), drinks. I love taking the kids there on a hot day. Or just stop in for some sweets before home. There cheaper than our Dairy Queen and WAY BETTER THAN OUR DQ.

High quality ice cream and lots of variety. Not a local and dont know the history, but do know the place has been around a long time. Ive had several flavors of ice cream and the frozen yogurt and all were top notch. Pretty sure you can order a bologna sandwich here as well. Another thing that is popular are the flavored drinks. Apparently chocolate Coke is a good thing? I wasnt brave enough to try but may on my next visit.

ABSOLUTE BEST ICE CREAM PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Everyone must think the same thing because i have NEVER been to or by the place when there wasnt a line!!! Only complaint i have.....I WISH THEY WERE OPEN YEAR ROUND. We buy pints when its close to the end of their season so that we can enjoy them when they are closed.

Oh man, DELICIOUS. Lemon shake ups and the vanilla yogurt. Went on a Friday evening 10pm. Plenty of parking, seating and the locals. Definitely worth the stop if passing through. This town has lots of places to stop, none that with satisfy like this place. 4 desserts for under $10.

Ice cream is fantastic! Its made using eggs to form a velvety custard. Lemon shake ups are good too. They have daily flavors, but if they dont have the flavor you want on the daily menu then ask for a pint to take home, as they have all flavors in pints all the time. Would highly recommend!

Visited with family while in a reunion tour of their old town. Had a chocolate custard. Absolutely delicious. Melted quickly in the humid air, but well worth the visit.

Theres some places where a poet should write a review to convey the beauty and elegance a simplistic place has and this is on of those places. Ive been eating ice cream from there when the original sycamore tree was only knee high...lol. I now live in the big city where they try to duplicate the small town ice cream shops but never quite match the original.

Every time I go home, I try to go to the sycamore and then let my family know the flavor of the day. Butter pecan is my favorite but todays egg custard is second and black raspberry is hard to beat..yum yum

This was my first time there and I had 2 coupons for free small cones. The girl told me I could use them for anything. I was confused because it said small cones and she still said it didnt matter. So I ordered and then she asked another girl working and the coupons were for only small cones. Then I asked if I could get them in cups instead since my kids dont like cones. She said I had to still get the cones but she could put the cones upside down in a cup. So instead of them keeping 2 cones I had to take them just to throw them away. I had also ordered a small sundae and she told me my total was $4.70. Yep she went ahead and charged me for my 2 free small cones. I spoke up and then she again had to ask someone what to do and my new total $2.70. Overall a very frustrating visit on my first time there.

Ice cream is delicious. The drive-in and walk-up windows are always busy, open to close. A local favorite in Cass County, the product is tasty and the servers (high school girls exclusively) are usually upbeat and friendly (though often with long hair, not under hat, bun, or hair net).

Ive lived in a number of cities with local custard places and this is the best. A cone of the flavor of the day is always excellent, and they also do a great job with the bubba, their blizzard-like treat.

Sycamore frozen custard is on a new level. It really doesnt get much better than this. Chip-wiches are great, even just a pint of vanilla custard is better than anything you could find in the ice cream section at a grocery store. A must have if youre in the area.

I travel all over the country and when I’m in Logansport this is a slam dunk! GREAT custard with the small town drive-in feel. For those that comment about it being over-priced, you are sadly mislead. A quality product takes quality ingredients and I’ve paid far more for a disappointing experience elsewhere. The pricing is right on target for what you get!

Some of the best ice cream in the county! Service is great and friendly, parking is limited, street and a couple spaces around the store. Drive through gets backed up to curb of street.

The ice cream, custard, and food are decent. Always busy and it takes a little time to get service. Prices are high, but not really noticeable compared to DQ, still pretty pricey, not recommended if you have more than a couple people, if more than tw0, then be prepared to pay quite a bit of money. Overall a good place for every once in a while.
