Great store with great customer service. Vanessa is extremely knowable and can always send you in the right direction. I went to several auto parts store and a dealership and they couldnt get me the correct pully. Dave D. told me to go to NAPA and get Vanessa to help me. She was also unable to pull up the correct pull from the computer. She got a set of calipers took the measurements and told me it should be there about 11:00am. I got a call about 11:00am telling me the parts was in. She could have done what everyone else did and tell they could pull it up. Instead she took the time to help me. Im going there in the morning to setup an account.Thanks,Rick

These guys were very helpful

No longer corporate store. More flexible with setting up contractor accounts, and good service. They also make hydraulic hoses. Management under Vanessa has improved the store.

Great place for all car parts

FAIL - My NAPA Dont Know How story, so one morning I use Napas website to find part #ECH HL6559, it says In Stock at that location for $23.85, drive there before work that morning, get there and low and behold the part # is not even in there system, I prepared myself for such an event and saved the website of NAPAS showing the part and the part # for $23.85, then we begin to reverse look up the make, model, year on the store computer and he finds something at another store for $79-ish dollars. I say no thanks and get to work and call another popular company, they had it for $22 and in the store. So apparently NAPA is having inventory #s issues and when your very own website shows a part # and you cant even pull it up, not to mention ordering from another store for 3 times as much. However the Napa personnel guy was very nice and did his best to look up the part, he was also confused like me on the website info, ...Tighten up NAPA.
