Horrible customer service. I went into the store on 09/18/21 at 11am. There I found 2 sales associates. One working behind the counter. One sitting at the front door doing something with nail polish. I searched the store looking for barber clipper lubricant. I guess I missed an aisle so I asked the sales associates where the product was. The lady sitting at the front door refused to get up and show me. Instead she chose to sit down and verbally direct me through the store like it was a game of “Marco Polo.” She was extremely lazy and unprofessional yelling through the store with no desire to actually get up and do her job. Customer service/sales representative? More like simple cashier.

I love Sallys franchise overall! But had an issue at this location... Be careful if youre returning hair color youve opened because they do NOT honor their love it or return it return policy (at this location) even with a receipt, and hair dye and boxes in hand. The women was very short and repremended me for trying to return the product. When I contacted Sallys via email they said the return should have been accepted...

Amazing customer service!! Very friendly staff and very helpful. Ruby goes beyond and above to help me out whatever my needs may be. She is always knowledgeable of the products and makes sure I save money with the latest coupons. Store always looks great and always has what I need. Great store, staff, products and all around best Sally’s ever!!!

The products they sell are fantastic but customer service is below a 0. Do not ever take advice from an employer there. Unless you speak to a professional first. The one lady I was in contact with swears she knew what she was talking about and it cost me $165.00 to repair her suggestions. Absolutely rude and lack of knowledge. Dont take advice from a cashier. Once again I do love the products but not the employee. 😡😡😡😡

I am a hairstylist and i get all my products at this place. AMAZING service and very nice people. Ruby is absolutely incredible. I want to buy the place but its not in my budget. Lots of love for this specific location. Flawless.

I wanted to dye my hair and went to Sallys. The employees were very knowledgeable in helping me find everything I needed and recommended items for extra care. It turned out great and thanks to them I didnt end up frying my hair off!

What a great store due to the way everything is always so neat and organized. All the employees are always willing to help and very friendly, not pushy at all. They actually have items that I havent seen at other Sallys too.. The manager Ruby is on point with customer service. Ill always have my barbershop supplied by this store. Happy customer 🙏

Because of Alexis and Kirsten this store has provided me with better customer service than I have ever received from any beauty supply. The two of them ALWAYS make sure to greet you with a smiling face and a helpful hand, they are both very knowledgeable with the products there and always willing to update you on all the new beauty trends! They are overall the reason why myself and so many of my friends come to this location specifically. It had been many years since Id been to Sallys but Im happy I went for a quick stop to look away flat irons a few weeks ago. Ive been about 3 times since that first visit.PROS:Customer service is good. They speak to you and ask if you need help as soon as you walk in the store.They have a wide range of products, hair care, as well as, electronics, nail, and hair removal items.They have a free $10 coupon just for joining the rewards club for free.They have a discounted section in the back.CONS:The store is kinda small.

This was my #1 Sallys because of the manager Ruby. She was unbelievable at Customer Service and knowledge with products. Im not sure what happened to Ruby but when I went to the store to get some supplies I didnt see Ruby so I asked about her and the new manager went off on me ! She turned pretty ugly which is so unprofessional.After that experience I doubt Ill be going to that Sallys again.Apparently Ruby is gone and that is a sore spot for the new manager who says she was the manager there a while back. But there was no need to be rude to me.Ill miss Ruby !

I stopped by today after work to get advice on how to correct a balayage gone wrong and Kirsten was an absolute godsend! She knew exactly what she was talking about, directed me to all the things I needed, and instructed me on how to fix it even though Im so inept that I can barely paint my own nails as well as a five-year-old could. An hour and a half later, my balayage is totally fixed and exactly what I had wanted when I had initially walked into the salon. There are not enough words to thank you, Kirsten - you totally fixed my hair-induced quarter-life crisis in under ten minutes and I dont think Ive ever received such incredible customer service at any retail store. Im beyond grateful for your help tonight!
