There extremely friendly and they have great service there they treat the customers like they matter

Well gamestop you have a upset customer this morning. I went in yesterday and returned a game and my money didnt go back on my card. I just happened to be looking at my receipt for return and see the reason why. My sales associate even looked at it to make sure everything was good and it wasnt. Chip failed thats the reason why my money didnt go back on my card now Ive got to come back to your store again. Not happy about this at all.

They even offer a veteran discount.

I work with postmates and I walk in to get a order last week and the lady was very rude and said two other customers were waiting when they were not they were simply shopping for a game. Like I’m in a hurry and my customer is expecting me. I don’t have time to wait on you while you are on the phone. I get she was the only one there but good grief she did not have to be rude about it. Then I forgot my mask and she got mad and said you need to wear a mask. I said I was sorry but she rolled her eyes at me. So poor service. Need more assistance or a better co worker. Not happy!

Garbage place to go buy games or equipment just go to a Best Buy or Walmart

This store has display covers of games out and they dont even have in stock.the employee was so worried about getting out at 8 oclock and he had an attitude

Staff is very polite, and does their best to help you with any questions you might have! Ive been a loyal customer for years now, and the store always helps me to find what I need.

At first, I wasnt a fan of this GameStop due to long lines and average customer service, but after my son was not able to find a game he was looking for, that they said was in stock, they gave him a similar brand new game for the same price as the older used game. My son got the Jurassic World Lego game brand new in box for $14.00. Not bad GameStop. Not bad. I can appreciate a business that works like that.

We went in simply for 1 item and got 1 item but I enjoyed the customer service.

Went by looking for something but the employees did not seem very eager to help. I’m pretty sure the employee rolled his eyes when I asked for help. He even tried avoiding me by saying that he remembered he left someone on hold while I could clearly see he was not talking to anyone. Ended up helping me though.

Surprised to still see a Gamestop. Still a good place to get used games for the kids.

They always take the time to explain the games to me that my young son is buying to let me know what we are getting and if I approve. Chris is the store leader and definitely leads the team and works right alongside the other employees. Kyle, Jackson, Corey, Chris, Mike, and anyone I might have left out, you guys are the best and definitely a pleasure to do business with. Keep it up and we will always be repeat customers.

The customer service here almost makes up for physical game stores being irrelevant now. You can get good deals with power up rewards, and though some of the pricing is ridiculous, used games are genrally a good deal. As far as customer service is concerned, there was an issue with my power up info being deleted from the system, which made w coupon i had invalid. The employee on shift had the issue resolved within 10 minutes.

I love this GameStop. There are several located near me, and they are all generally pretty helpful, but the folks at this particular one always go above and beyond trying to help me save money. Plus Im very technologically un-savvy, and they are all always very patient and helpful with explaining things to me and setting me in the right direction of what I actually want to purchase to best suit my needs, not just whats the most expensive that will get them the most commission... Great selection of gear, games, and equipment. Best prices. Always friendly staff that is beyond helpful and patient. Keep up the great work guys, and thanks for everything. Youll definitely be seeing me again soon

Love the store manager, but one of the staff was very rude when asking about location of a product. As an ex employee of the store managers, Im very disappointed to know some of his staff dont do their job. No greeting, not at all knowledgeable about street dates, very dismissive. Gamestop doesnt franchise, so his excuse of not being other gamestops is completely inaccurate also .

Great experience! Ive been there more than once actually. to get a Nintendo switch and some games, getting more switch games and some pokemon games and I went last week to get 4 more pokemon games. The people were very nice and the console and all the games Ive bought there always work perfectly.

This place rocks and the staff, at least the ones that Ive met, are epic. They really do offer some of the coolest deals and theyre a pretty laid back bunch, which is perfect. You can have a full blown conversation with a staff member, like theyre really great at customer service! Did I mention that theyre honest af when it comes to games, which makes me wanna go back again and again!

The cashiers were great, and nice. The place was clean and organized.

Overall a good clean store with good costumer service. However a midnight Friday release of Nba 2k 18 was scheduled this morning but the staff never showed up. Many folks left disappointed and let down. You guys in previous years were able to pull this off without a hitch so I hope this was just a one time screw up.

Did not have game in stock. Worker did not offer to order. Went elsewhere = lost revenue. No wonder their business model is failing.

Its a small store the staff is not as friendly as you would think most locations I go to the staff is friendly and eager however this location there not the selection of games is very good from new to used. The trade credit is ridiculous I dont advise trading your games here. And the prices vary some great deals and some horrible prices.

Being a gamer I like to shop here because they have some of the better prices on used games and consoles Ive never had a bad experience there and their staff is always courteous and altogether fun to be around and very knowledgeable of their products

Use the one in Athens instead (next to Target). The staff there are much more helpful and friendly than at the Loganville location.

Absolutely great customer service. Went in there on 01/13/17 to get a controller I had ordered. The store manager couldnt find it and could have easily sent me on my way even after I drove 45 mins. He went above and beyond to take care of me and significant other and made sure to get me what I needed. Will forever have my business at this gamestop. 5 stars all day.

Game stop is garbage. They give well below bottom dollar for trade ins and full price for used games in bogus cases. Their new games are $10 more than WalMart. Controllers are $5 more and the USED games are a few dollars less that WalMarts New. I would only go to Game Stop for older systems games and equipment.
