Went in to order my notary stamp. I was told that it would be 6-10 business days to arrive. That was fine so I paid $56. Called the 10th business day and they could not find the order. Sabrina said she she couldnt get to the orders yet and promised to call back. But she didnt.Called back today and guy said they didnt have it and basically said there was nothing he could do as this was a third party order. Suggested I call the the 1800 number.This is not a measly pack of pens but a notary stamp. Cant believe they cant help.

Logan in the printing department is phenomenal! I was so stressed about some prints that I needed done that was so expensive elsewhere. He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and done quickly! I appreciate his dedication to helping me and being so kind. I will definitely be back to get his help!

The customer service is always great. However, the ink department looks like a ghost town. I can never find my ink (epson 702) in stock. Not sure if its an outward thing that cant be helped (deliveries), or just not ordering enough of something. Love having an Office max near me, but would be nice to have things in stock that are used a lot.

Literally love this place and the people. I always have to get copies for my job and they are always making sure it is done for me in the best way. I had to make copies at the self print and one of the ladies kept me company and helped me get everything I needed done and it was a lot

Went in to purchase some side-loading sheet protectors.I needed assistance with something else so there were about 5 associates standing behind one counter the one lady looked at me and turned her head I’m quite sure she knew I needed help!!!!She went on about conversing in the conversation with the other Non Helpful Lazy Associates.The one guy saw me and came over and asked what could he help me with.He was very helpful I won’t be back and the only reason Why I went there is because they other location on highway 124 relocated👎🏽

The past 2 times I have been in looking for a certain item and I’ve asked for help, the response BOTH times was, “I’m not sure if we do”. There was never an offer to help find out, ask someone else, nothing. Not impressed with the staff or helpfulness at this location.

Love this OfficeMax location. Not crowded and disorganized like other locations Ive been in. I was greeted right away by Nathan, as I entered the store. Dakota helped me find the perfect planner for 2021. Finally, Alexa ensured all my items were ready for me to go with a cheerful attitude. Ive also come other times and been helped at the Copy and Print Station by Alicia (and others). Ive often tried to get office supplies at Walmart, but am usually dismayed by their lack of inventory, high prices, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will make a point to stop at this OfficeMax location to see if they have needed school and office supplies BEFORE enduring the pain and agony of Walmart.

I came in a few weeks ago and had the worst interaction with management at this store. But then again, this would not be the first time as there are several issues with upper level management at this store. I can see why I walk in week after week and there is never a familiar face. People must leave!! The manager John never gives me really any proper assistance when it comes to complex matters. If I need help with printing a banner on a piece of special paper i bring in, he has to have someone else with more experience come over and assist me, yet wasting my time as if I do not have somewhere to be, YOU ARE A MANAGER !!! And the other manager Barry isn’t any better, I complain to him all the time especially of the boy who seems useless whenever I come in whether at the register getting me ink or the printing center. And i am a frequent customer! I am never shopping at this location again. I find the few times I have had to shop at the snellville location to be quite pleasing, nowhere near the upset at this location. It needs major help!

Went into store on Monday to purchase 2 office chairs for my kids who had online learning on Wednesday. I clearly asked for same day purchase and pick up. I even changed my selection because of the specification. When purchase was complete it showed delivery 4 days later. I have to wait over an hour while the manager taught the store clerk how to return the chairs via phone service. Ended up having chairs credited but the amount is still on hold in my account. Very unprofessional, the manager did not even apologize for the experience.

Both my wife and I called the store during business hours today 6/13/20 at approx 2:30pm and were left on hold by the automated system. We we trying to reach someone on supplies but no one ever picked up, either call; just left us hanging on hold. Went elsewhere to get what we needed.

I spoke to someone at this store twice today who told me to bring my design files to this store and they could help print my business cards today. After driving 30 mins over there, the story changed and now the some manager named George who wont admit to being the one I spoke but Im quite sure it was him because his voice was distinctive like Marvin The Martian, claims he cant get it done till later tonight after my event at 7pm. But the customer service was absolutely horrible with no remedy and if youre ever in this area, dont go to this store. They cant or wont help you.

I usually go to this location for all my shipping needs. Recently, I went to ship 3 boxes priority mail. I was charged, given three receipts and I gave them three boxes. I left as normal. After about 4 days of my boxes not being delivered, I tracked them and they never left the facility. I called OfficeMax and was told that they only do FedEx, not USPS. I just thought it was funny because I was charges for USPS, given receipts, and my packages taken. Also, I had to go back and pick up my boxes from OfficeMax and take them to USPS. I thought that since this wasnt my error, OfficeMax would handle but I was asked to come back and get my packages after I called them to see if they were still sitting at the facility.

Horrible!! I went in to get my documents printed on a Tuesday. They were giving me the run around with multiple people telling me different scenarios with printing a simple 4x4 banner!!! I didn’t think it would be that hard to print out something so simple!! I would stay far away from this place the people that work here are completely incompetent!!

My husband and myself stopped by OfficeMax in Loganville, GA to potentially purchase a laptop. We were only customers in the store as we walked in (30 minutes til close). When walking in, we noticed 2-3 people standing around talking. We did not get greeted, like you should at any normal store, especially when youre not busy. (I have worked in retail and know how it can be.) When working in retail, I was taught to always greet the customer, if possible, and offer assistance. We stood in the laptop section for at least 10 minutes while the employees kept talking and not working. My husband ended up walking over there and asked if they had a specific laptop in stock, then said Thats all I wanted to know. Then, George (who we found out is the manager), said Thats fine with me. This is the poorest excuse of customer service that I have ever seen. My husband and I decided that we are going to spend a little more on a laptop elsewhere, just because we would rather not give this business our money. They clearly did not want to make a sale and I would definitely encourage others not to buy from here, because they clearly do not care about the customer.

12/12/16 Ive heard about some really knowledgeable people in the copy center at Loganville Office Max - and over the decades Ive had TOO MUCH experience with various businesses and their staff to NOT take the time to praise exceptionally skilled employees. This rate and review of Linda Brown is to let the public - but especially the people who are in charge of her raises/bonuses/promotions - I am writing to acknowledge and 5 Star Linda Browns knowledge, flexibility, kindness, patience and willingness to go the extra mile to help customers who run into challenging issues. At the age of 60 Ive had a number of businesses with countless employees, and Linda was always the type of employee that I would hold out for and hang onto for as long as I could - EXCEPTIONAL is the category she belongs in.

Me and my husband was sold a display unopened I guess it wouldnt have been a problem but when we got it home could not do email so we had told it would cost over 200 dollars to fix this window I think if the salesman would have looked the box this could have been avoided nevertheless we took it back to the snellville store and the salesman fixed it never will I visit this store again.

Back to school shopping is usually really stressful for me due to buying school supplies for three kids, but George was extreamly helpful and nice. He even walked to me to the front to check me out. I have never recieved this great of customer service. And I want him to get all the brownie points he deserves. Great job OfficeMax 👍🏼

They used to offer $3.00 credit for every returned empty ink cartridge and that credit was usable immediately. Then they changed the credit to $2.00 for an empty cartridge. Now they will not give you the credit until the next month where they email you the credit but only IF you make another purchase during that month. If you dont make another purchase you forfeit your $2.00 credit for each cartridge. What an outrageous policy. They get to keep all your empty cartridges but you dont get anything if you dont make another purchase. This policy is so outrageous that I didnt believe the person that told me so I called and was told the same story. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they confirmed that this is indeed their policy. Goodbye Office Max.

I was there for over an hour just trying to get a 12 cent copy made. The lady who does the cpying and printing was tied up with the SAME customer THE.WHOLE.TIME.I.WAS.THERE!!!! the other goofballs that worked there told me...WE DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK THE SELF COPYING MACHINE AND CANT EVEN TRY TO HELP U. i will never go back to this place again. Very unprofessional. Im.only giving one star because i cant give ZERO.
