Their customer service is awful. I called to get my medicine brought out to me on reserved spot 2. The person (Rachel) that answered the questions phone treated me like a child. Thought I was in the grocery section at spot 2, which I obviously got the number to call was the pharmacy spot. She continued to mock me and laugh at me on the phone. I came in to speak to the head pharmacist, but he was not in so I spoke to a staff pharmacist (Kristen Cooper) that did not apology and would not give me the name of the person I spoke to so I can make a formal complaint and she ultimately turned her back and walked away from me. I tried to get my medicine and they said they didn’t have it anymore. I’ll be checking into legal matters on this with my lawyer, because not “having” my medicine all of a sudden seems to go against a code of ethics. Dear Mr. Spinks and Kristen Cooper you will be hearing from my lawyer in the next few days.

Jonathon is the best pharmacy tech I have ever had the pleasure to fill my prescriptions. He is very professional and courteous. My experience was nothing short of perfect! I wish everyone had his uplifting attitude! Thank you jon for another great experience!

Awesome when CVS failed

I was shocked when I went to write a review and saw all the negative reviews. This place is amazing!!!!!To start, this place is spotless and very inviting. The staff are so friendly.From the moment of check in I was greeted. They have a box of mask and hand sanitizer. They have a television that shows all the different list of services they provide. It is amazing how affordable dental and even counseling is.Whoever designed the building did an amazing job. Theres so much little details that make this place great. For example there different sizes from a cabinet with small medium and large holes for the gloves. Even the lighting is perfect. They have soothing colors and fun facts about health in different rooms.State of the art equipment like the chair you sit in weighs you. Everyone that I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and caring. I even had to have blood drawn and it was simple and easy. They want you out and open the door for you and tell you thank you for letting them take care of you today. I actually did not feel like a number but a person. The girl that Drew my blood even told me the reason they began. Its an amazing Story the owner of Walmart had cancer and was tired of spending money to the health care. He wanted a place people could go and not spend. What a great find!

I dont really know why there are so many negative reviews for this Pharmacy. I go there regularly and they are ALWAYS really friendly and nice to me and I am nobody special. I always try to treat people with respect and usually they will treat you as well or better. Maybe some of the folks posting these reviews need to work in customer service for a day or two and then they would realize it is not as easy as you might think.

The pharmacist here is so rude and they never have my sons prescription.. he cannot miss his medication and he always has to miss 2+ days so I am going to have to change pharmacies!!

I have always had excellent customer service every time I come here and I wanted to say that the staff is extremely patient. I changed my medical coverage and was running into some issues but they took the time and figure it out for me. Always a good experience each time I come here.

My mom came here because of a change in her insurance. It has been difficult because she has had Kaiser for the past 40+ years. It has been difficult to navigate through the different pharmacies. I called here and they went above and beyond assisting us! I was skeptical at first but everyone I have had contact with has been very accomodating.

The website shows its open hours; however it doesnt bother to tell you the entire pharmacy closes from1:30 to 2:00. Does this store not make enough to have people take different lunch breaks so that the pharmacy is always open to wait on customers.

This pharmacy is never prepared, I called and placed a refill order, I was told it would be ready at 1pm, I arrived at the store at 3pm only to be told that IT WAS ON BACKORDER FOR A WEEKNo one attempted to try to call another store; nor did they apologize.Every time I call to check something Im always rushed off of the phone.

Had my prescription transfered here from another pharmacy and it took them 2 days to get back to me about it being ready. When I went to pick it up they told me they didnt have it. There was a mixup and they needed to contact the other pharmacy again. They also told me it would only be a few minutes, I waited 15 and asked how much longer it would be, they told me I needed to be patient. They were very rude, I had called since I didnt have time to wait. I left and didnt receive the notification that it was ready for another hour and a half. They wouldve probably made me wait all that time and only keep tell me to be patient.

What a bunch of clowns. We have your prescription, but its not getting filled and we dont know why. It has a bag number though!God forsaken morons.

Why would a store of your volume close their pharmacy for “lunch” on a Saturday? It is not advertised that you close...

This is the worst Walmart in the area, customer service suck, management sucks. How do you only have 3 lines open when the store is still full? Why are all of the self checkout lines closed? I rather travel to Snellville.

Switched to Walgreens pharmacy because the staff always had a bad attitude here.

Always a long wait. Iffy staff attitude. They are always under staffed.
