The Drive thru associate was extremely rude and when I went to complain to the Store manager about his behavior she defended him and made excuses for him and said she couldnt believe I felt that way. She was very unprofessional. I will never go to that Baskin Robins again.

I thought it was weird that they never have mint chocolate chip ice cream but I just went to this location and order a pistachio almond on a sugar cone.. yall the ice cream was MELTED! The young lady told me she had to put it in a cup.... WHAT?!? Why are you serving melted ice cream?!?!

Their cappuccino blast are never on point they usually always make an excuse so they dont have to make them this has got to be by far the worse baskin robins there is and the ratings show that ive been here many times get your s together yall are always lacking with everything and who wants to buy melted ice cream this place never listens sooooooo bad

Ice cream selections were very low and didnt look appealing. My family still picked a few scoops in a cone. The ends of the cones were broken and didnt taste fresh. I had an ice coffee it was delicious.

Upset that online it shows baskin closes at 10 but apparently they close at 930 🙄🙄😒😒🤬🤬

Didnt have some of the cones and they were out of stock. Portions were smaller than they were previously.

I payed for two scoops they only gave me one n i got a bowl so i need a spoon to eat it they ran out of spoons and they said it in the rude way possible my dad ask for butter pecan and payed for 2 scoops and he only got one i’m very mad and disappointed that i wasted MY GAS TO COME HERREEEEE

Serving sizes arent worth the price! Very disappointed as my family and I have been coming here for years and we will NOT be back! I was charged $2.32 for this kid scoop of vanilla! Ive been purchasing this same scoop since forever and its NEVER looked like this! This is ridiculous! If it werent for the fact that I had promised it to my 5 yr old, I wouldve asked for a refund. And my husbands two scoop sundae looked just as pitiful!

They are always outta flavors literally didnt even have the mocha cappuccino blast last time i went here big sad have to travel a long way just to get the flavors i want at a dffrent establishment

When you have to wait nearly 25 minutes in line with one person in front of you to pay for. Pre-made cake. It’s a problem. Lots of laughter in the back overhears and the drive through was being served. But the patrons inside the store ignored. Yeah should have walked out without the cake, but couldn’t disappoint the birthday girl.

Pretty good ice cream and a lot of flavors

2 people working and not one talked to me after several minutes. There were some customers, but no one waiting to order. I don’t tolerate poor service so I left.

This is a Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts combination spot. The staff is really nice and its good that you can taste different ice cream flavors before you choose the one that you want.There is a drive through which makes it very convenient but it doesnt list all of the available ice cream flavors so you have to go in if you arent sure which flavor you want.

Stay away. Worst location ever. I went and they were out of every flavor, ice cream looked old, and the guy behind the counted acted like he didn’t want to be there, and he waited on three other people who came in after me first. I was so mad I just walked out and left. Won’t be back because the last time I was there they gave me old lemon custard. I tried with this location but I give up. Go to Berens. Way better and friendlier service.

I was one of two people in this place and it took 40 minutes to put two scoops of ice cream in a cup and make a large milk shake...Wasnt a place to sit because every table was nasty and all the trash cans were over flowing...will not be coming back

Shakes were good.Not thrilled with one girl wearing the same gloves to do food, touch her hair, and work the cash register. The other girl didnt even wear gloves working the drive thru.

Staff is not super friendly. They appear to dislike working. Plus, the Last time I went, my ice cream had a thick, curly, short, black hair in it. Ick!

I went to get a birthday cake for my daughters birthday. The cakes are already premade but they do write on it for you. I would give five stars but it took a while for them to write on the cake. However, the cake was awesome. I would recomend this place for ice cream cakes and ice cream.

Only 2 people working an extremely busy location on a Saturday. Both ladies were working very hard and appeared to no help from management. Waited over 20 minutes after the item was ordered & paid for. Saw 2 groups of people leaving, without being waited on. Apparently the drive thru is the only priority.

I was looking forward to Baskin Robbins Sundae today. My son and I have tried this location before and they were VERY slow. So today we gave it a shot again. OMG we will never go back there. There was a mom and daughter ahead of us that just ordered a shake. The guy behind the counter acted like he was having a hard time making it. So I told my son we would keep it simple with a sundae and a 2 scoop cup. Well he didnt even acknowledge we were standing there when he went to ring up previous mentioned customer. When he came back he still didnt speak, like he was mute. He looked at me a split second and I guess cuz I didnt start speaking to him (which I was still waiting on a greeting at this point) he moved right to the next people in line. Luckily that lady was nice enough to say we were next. I was so frustrated I got my sons 2 scoop cup and left. I enjoyed swirl world on the way home. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE teach these young people basic customer service. Just a quick acknowledgment would work just fine. A smile wouldnt hurt but we dont want to put too much on them in one day. It is FREE to show kindness and it doesnt take long to learn it if we try.

I gave it one star because I cannot write the review without putting any stars. This location is pitiful I waited more than 20 minuets for two small milkshakes with no other costumers on the store. When I asked for the manager there was no manager on site and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my refund because out of the two people that were working there only one person knew how to do refunds just save yourself the trouble go somewhere else 😵😧

I’ve gone to this location twice. Same bad experience both times. I simply wanted a chocolate shake but believe it or not, they didn’t have chocolate ice cream for the shake. Seriously? The second time she said “the truck hadn’t came yet”. The location was dirty overall. Not tidy. (I did try another BR and they didn’t have chocolate either - seriously chocolate ice cream is that hard to find?). Won’t be back. Sorry.

Horrible service and didnt have half the stuff on the menu.

We frequent this location for donuts and rarely have quality issues. Typically biggest issue is not having the donuts we want. On the ice cream side of store we rarely shop due to freezer burn on chocolate ice cream last year. Mistakes happen but when owner wanted to argue about the quality and not give refund it left us not wanting to eat at this baskin-Robbins. Fast forward a year and our daughter wants an ice cream cake.... we havent cut into it yet to see the quality but the decorations are atrocious. If you want a cake that looks professional and you would proud to place in front of family for a birthday, DO NOT order a cake from this location. When we asked about the quality of the decorations the owner (same one who wanted to argue about the freezer burn) laughed and said yeah, looks good!$45 for a cake my 9 year old niece could have done a better job with. Please dont waste your time or money on this location.

They did not have any of the prepackaged icecream I wanted, and when I asked for them to pack it from the instore ones, they decided, they were going to add $2.00 more for each one. I left without buying anything, that was my third time of leaving there empty handed. I was really very disappointed because I love my Baskin Robbins icecream.

They seem to be out of things a lot. This has been ongoing for a while. Always out of several donuts as well as staple ice cream flavors (chocolate/vanilla/mint chocolate chip).If you visit in the last hour of the day and ask for a milkshake, they will tell you that the mixer isnt working (basically that they dont want to make shakes and/or have to clean the machine again). If you ask for donuts, theyre out of everything. There have been several times that the door is locked with an hour+ left before closing. You then have to go through the drive-thru which is slow. You can ask them why the door is locked and they will tell you that there isnt enough staff (yet you can see 3 or 4 workers inside).I have been there and have seen management disciplining workers in front of customers. During busy times you think management would help out with the customer flow, they rarely do. Theyd rather bark orders from the back. As far as product inventory...cmon. I can see being out of something here and there but not consistently each time we visit. Get it together.If youre going to be open until a specific time, provide the items/services until closing.

Absolutely horrible experience.. was turned away because they wouldn’t except a $100 bill plus on top of that they don’t have basic flavors of ice cream.

I just left the Baskin Robbins in Loganville, Ga and I’ll never patronize them again. I went inside the Loganville Baskin Robbins location and despite there being THREE (3) employees working behind the counter, and me being the only customer waiting to place an order, none of them acknowledged me for the entire time that I stood there. It must have been at least two minutes of them walking back and forth behind the counter, without so much as saying “we’ll be with you shortly” or something. I get it you’re busy, but if you’re too busy to even acknowledge the fact that you have a customer in your store, then you obviously don’t need my business. I’ll go to some other BR from now on, but I definitely won’t be going back there.

I like Baskin Robbins ice cream . I live in close proximity to this location I will never visit this place again because each time I visit the older lady employed there always cheat me and charges me regular cost for specials.Each time I have called her out on it.Its shameful to cheat customer over a few dollars at the expense of losing them. Such a lack of integrity!
