The store was fairly cleaned and organized today however very busy with a long line. One employee opened a second line and rather than saying “next in line” she just let people that had not been patiently waiting hop right in. Please instruct your employees to be mindful of customers please.

The staff are always stocking. Waiting to be checked out is a thing here. If you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else. If you need a cheap gift or want a cleaner, well maintained store, this would not be it. The staff are kind and always busy. The stars are solely for the staff.

The store is more organized and clean. Very nice things to buy. I like how the arts and crafts section is up to date with many options. Only complaint is more registers needs to be opened on busy days/times.

My visit at the dollar tree was average as far as the store goes. The only thing special was I was shopping with my daughter and it helped make lots of memories that Ill cherish and treasure! This location didnt have much stuff as some do. Thank you for reading.

Tis store is always nasty, floors dirty, boxes in the aisles and never see a manager. Usually one person at the register and the line had 32 people in it with no manager in sight. Id like to say this is a one time thing, but is consistent. I drive all the way to 29 hwy. Dacula where the store is clean, shelves stocked and at lest 2-3 people around to help.

Besides the long lines, I normally don’t have an issue at this location. However, I went in this morning and bought some items. The cashier, an older white gentleman, was not rude but seemed to be trying to rush me through. Not a problem though. I told him I had another transaction-to load money onto a prepaid card. He called for a manager-I assume-and she came out. It was a Black lady and she was extremely rude and terse. She had a horrible attitude and a rude tone. She has absolutely no customer service skills, which is unfortunate, considering she works in customer service. I have never seen her before today. Other than this, my experiences at this location have been acceptable. I’ll just take the ride to the new location at 20 and Sugarloaf Pkwy. I did call the complaint line, as I feel all customers who have a complaint should do-for any establishment.

On Saturday February 27, 2021 at approximately 5:30PM there was only one cashier in the entire store. The store had approximately 40 customers where 20 of us were standing in the ONE line.The line wrapped around the front of the door to the back of the last aisle (where the paper/plastic utentils, paper towels, etc are).The cashier was very calm and handled all situations as best she could. She couldnt call for backup because she mentioned the only other worker was outside in the back at the delivery truck.This is a complaint on the store of the poor management and lack of care and concern for the worker(s) as well as customers.Not only are we currently experiencing a pandemic to where the store was overcrowded/unable to social distance in a large line, but the care for people in whole for safety and security was not made a concern from this store.

Clean and orderly store. Products are consistently stocked and available.

Its 5pm with only one register open. You get what you pay for.

They had 2 workers. 1 cashier and 1 blowing up balloons. The line is halfway down the aisle 😤

Alice that works in the Loganville, GA location was such a God-send! She was extremely delightful in her helpfulness and didnt hesitate to go above and beyond for my husband and I. A true Gem to this location!

The managers here are disorganized .... and turn over rate is high because the mangers are constantly training new employees or training themselves.lack of leadership is basically poor customer service

Abigail, Alice and team really stepped up! It is a busy Saturday and I need to get some Birthday baloons, unfortunately they were out of Helium. Without any hesitstion the whole team helped get some baloons that were sucked up on the air vents throughout the store. Alice had a patented process of a spray bottle with water to bring them all down! They did this all with a smile and helped get my baloons for my daughters birthday! Thank you!

If you want to ruinned your day, being disrespectful, been throwing you change to you, refuse to plastic bag ur bleach if you ask - then go to cashier name Camarian ( or something like that, with a long braids) she will do you each time you will be there. This is my third time in a row. Dollar store please give a proper training to your employee. This is not acceptable.

My family loves this Dollar Tree store. They have excellent prices on every day household goods. My family shops here all the time, however I dont get to go as much as I would like to so when I get to stop in I really enjoy it and always pick up a few things that I love such as snacks and drinks. I also love to pick up shaving supplies and soap here.The employees are always friendly and the store is always clean and well stocked.

Went in for Valentines shopping and I am happy the staff was ready for the season. I could just go in and buy what I needed and left with almost no wait at the register. Good job whoever is the manager there and set the schedule correct.

I’ve seen the place cleaned and organized in a few areas then by next week it’s the usual mess of a Dollar Tree. Every now and again there’s a very nice lady that works but most days don’t expect any decent customer service.

This store gets 1 star on behalf of the associate(s) working 5/31/19 prior to close time. The store is locked. I pulled up at 8:57pm along with 3 other customers. The sign on the door reads 9am-10pm mon-sat. Today is Friday and its before 10pm and no one can enter.This is terrible customer service and terrible community involvement for the store if the employees cant adhere to policy. Employees should be reprimanded and the store should seek qualified loyal people who will honor the stores hours for the need of customers.--------------------FOLLOW UP BELOWIm back and Im editing my originally posted review (above) although it still stands. Just left the store tonight Saturday 8/31/19 approximately 9:30pm. The representative Brad was extremely nice. He was not only working to organize and clean by sweeping but he stopped what he was doing to speak and assist customers needs. I believe in leaving good views as well when theyre due so I write this review on behalf of a friendly employee. Customer service means everything especially when youve had other bad experiences at the same location.Please note I do not know Brad personally nor have I ever been affiliated with him. As he was ringing my products up I asked his name and commended his work ethics. Employees should be recognized so Brad gets 5 stars for this store.

I could not find an item so I asked in employee sitting on the floor stocking a shelf. She said its down there somewhere and refused to get up and show me saying I dont know where is supposed to be. Must be the employee of a month.

Everything is $1! We cant beat that. Its usually super crowded but I went in today around 530 pm and there was hardly anyone in the store. I was very surprised. Today was a quick shopping trip. The store is usually clean. Customer service is pretty good.No issues to report.

Tarji The Sales Associate took great care of our needs.Was so nice to talk too and Helped my kids find the great Gifts around the store.We really like and APPRECIATE him helping my kids get great DOLLAR GIFTS FOR THE FAMILY.

Always crowded but what can u expect with everything being a dollar. They should have opened another register, there were 2 open but both lines were backed up. There were 2 more employees putting out stock in front of the store seems like one of them couldve opened another register.

The Dollar Tree location I go to in Loganville is highly organized and theres almost always something new there.

A nice Dollar Tree, but you have to know when to go there because stuff goes quickly. You might have to scavenger hunt items you saw online or in another DT.
