I called to ask a simple question and this lady answered the phone. Her response was VERY rude. The lack of customer service over the phone alone was enough for me to never go here.

Worst customer service ever. Iand get this I went in to purchase a Lawnmowerbfrom. Them. But due to their attitude and customer Apathy. I rather buy a new one. This location needs new management and better training by its employees on customer service. Especially during these Covid 19 times when buisness is down. I guess the manager gets paid regardless so they dont care

If I could give 0 I would. Stay away, tried to sell a gold chain, other more reputable shops offered $800, they offered $350. They test it before even giving you a price which is completely backwards. Not to mention when I walk in, a clerk just says what do you want, no hey, how you doing or anything. Take the time and just go to Dynasty in Norcross, its a longer drive but well worth it and customer service is way better.

Don’t know which location is more rude.......Lawrenceville or Loganville. This WILL be my last time doing business with them. They all need to take classes on customer service. See why they can’t keep no one.

The entire staff gives EXCELLENT customer service!! They have a pretty good amount of items for sale at fair prices, too.

This place is absolutely ridiculous I go there and forgot a small piece told the guy I was coming right back I walk in at 6:46 and they tell me they arent taking pawns anymore ummmm excuse me you dont close until 7 this store has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life I hate this store and the employees about managers alike are rude. Theres absolutely no reason I shouldve been turned away when I was told I would be taken when I got back as long as it was before 7 which it was!!

This is quite possibly one of the worst and most unprofessional businesses Ive ever had the displeasure of going into. The employees there are rude, unprofessional, and very obviously dishonest. Anyone who has ever been to a pawn shop understands that they are in business to make money and thats fine, but at this pawn shop you should fully expect to receive ridiculously low, even insulting, offers for anything you bring in and you should also expect their staff to treat you with well polished disdain and indifference. Theres no reason to ever do business with this establishment unless you want to be mistreated and taken advantage of by their low caliber staff and receive what can only be described as criminally low offers for your valuable. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. It would take little to no effort to find a more professionally run business.

Always willing to work with you. Great staff and good variety of items they also have sales often! I have never had a bad experience here and I have moved around the country and experienced many pawn stores these guys have got it worked out! well worth the drive if your not local dont mess around with mom and pop places around here they seem broke and desperate sorry but that has been my experience. I only go to Loganville Cash America Pawn and I dont have to worry if Im wasting my time and there polite.

Ive never been so surprised in my life at the thievery of these people. Jason, the ASSISTANT manager should be fired. If this is a corporate ethical business as he stated when speaking to me, then Cash America Pawn, yall can do better than that. Shame on you for putting people like him in place as the face of your corporate ethical business. Christmas time, you would have thought the store would be full of folks. Nope. If it were me, Id check money margins since the new staff took over. Proof is in the pudding. Look at these reviews. Im so mad at myself for walking into a den of snakes without doing my research.

Not going to be bringing my business here anymore. They always see him like they have attitudes and are too good for everybodys business. Not only that but I have proof that they are crooked I found two of my tool boxes here usually I get about $10 a piece for each one they telling me I owe $25 for one toolbox and saying I have a separate ticket and thats a lie got a letter in the mail that matches the ticket that they say I dont have nothing but a bunch of Thieves and Liars and this isnt the only time this has happened either theres a few other people I know that has had the same things happen to them. If you want to bring your business to this business go ahead but I definitely wouldnt advise it. Also they are extremely overpriced up onto CD player for $5 a while back and accidentally lost it go back in there and see it on display for 85 bucks such a ripoff these people are cons and it makes me sick

The lady was right they seem not interested in peoples business and they act like you are wasting there time wow. You guys are a business take pride in your job hell you chose it! Bottom line is I love to support my local shops in everyway even volunteer, but this is 1 place I will not be supporting do to the lack of leadership, efficiency and integrity of this business. Please do not support.

Straight crooks...bought vaccum worked literally 5 mins..man said its sold as is. Straight theft..this place shouldnt exist. Didnt offer any resolution what so ever..crooked as any thief on the street..SHUT IT DOWN!

I brought a 1100$ diamond ring in to sell and was offered 80$ because they only account for weight is what I was told.. So the diamond and ct did not matter. This was ridiculous. They would sell this ring to someone else for at least 400 or 500 $ and offer me 80$. Never going back. Expect to be ripped off if you sell jewelry to these people.

Everything in the store is sold at or above brand new price. They offer nothing on pawns. This place is a complete joke. Never will go back nor recommend to a friend.

If I could give A negative star I would. worst customer service ever in history No one spoke when we walked in . They walked away from the counter .To help other customers who came in after us and didnt even apologize for how RUDE they are.

Decent variety of merchandise. However, unless youre a regular and someone they know, they arent cordial. They act as if youre being bothersome and wasting their time. I left feeling they werent interested in earning my business.
