Unfortunately the time has come to admit I am having a little trouble with my hearing. Good news, I came to Optimal and met with Donna. She has really made this a great experience and was very delightful to work with. I felt completely comfortable and she was the kindest audiologist I have had the chance to meet. Our Dad was struggling to hear his family and friends, and he did not have a very good attitude about getting hearing aids. We spent months trying to figure out how to help him. I’ve been a long time hearing aid wearer but they were old and not working for me. I saw Optimal Hearing’s sign and walked in. Donna met me with a welcoming smile and we started to talk. She was very knowledgeable about hearing loss and current hearing enhancement options. I brought in my original hearing evaluation and hearing aids for Donna to look at- they were like she said..they had outlived themselves!We proceeded to do a hearing test and Donna showed me the decreased changes in my hearing and supported and encouraged me. From then we talked about options and Donna helped me choose my new Resound hearing aids. She has worked diligently with me to adjust them and make sure I was satisfied with my hearing. Donna also took me through the phone loop app.I have terrible tinnitus 24/7 and I do believe wearing these aids helps diminish the incessant hissing and buzzing.In summary, I trust and appreciate all that Donna has done and continues to do to care for me and my hearing.
