We arrived on a Sunday afternoon within 45 minutes of closing. Mark was there and was very attentive to what options would work for us. We were looking for a mattress for a friend to buy and put on his guest bed. While we were picking out one mattress I was just looking at the other mattresses for my bed for a future purchase. While we only intended to buy one mattress we ending up buying 2 mattress. We took one mattress home and scheduled the other one for delivery. The core issue that we have is that the beds received are not the same as the ones on display in the store. We switched beds twice, but the same issue was present, the comfort level is vastly different from what is experienced in the store. Their employees and owners come across as wanting to be helpful, but after 3 mattresses with the same issue of the beds being significantly harder than what was in the store, the offer was always to spend more to get something better. The last mattress that we purchased was their softest and most expensive mattress which is still hard as a rock. The firmness level of the bed is is not just our opinion, but the opinions of many others as well. We are now left with a very expensive paper weight. We went as far as to call the mattress manufacturer, and ask them directly based on the tag what type of mattress we received. They essentially without saying it directly said that our mattress was not in their system which leads me to believe that this is a refurbished bed. Based on our research, this confirms our thoughts of them selling refurbished beds. There is so much to be said that would be difficult to communicate it all here. The last straw was calling the owner of the company, Mark, at their Buford location, and he hung up on my wife after trying to discuss our issues. Do your research before buying from Metro Mattress. Their reviews seem amazing because they are screened, negative reviews dont reach their pages. Ill be happy to explain this issue in greater detail to anyone, I would highly suggest not considering bed from Metro Mattress!

It is a family owned business since 1979, and it shows. Cyndi, a manager, was super knowledgeable and so friendly. She was welcoming and answered all of my questions as I lay on a great mattress. One hour, and I left paying just what I wanted to pay for a great mattress. I can’t wait to have it delivered in just two days. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Purchased a king size bed mattress. The young lady in the store was so helpful. So he told us that if for some reason we weren’t satisfied with this with the firmness we could exchange it within 30 days. The firmness was a bit too much so we decided to exchange it. It was a good experience exchanging the mattress. The exchange came with the same friendly smile as the original purchase had . Very happy with the mattress.
