Chris at Extra Space Loganville has been nothing but helpful and kind from the moment we signed up to use them a year and half ago, until the very end when we were finally able to get all of our stuff into our home! He was a big help and made the entire process quick and painless! Their units are spacious and well protected! Easy access which was a plus as well! I would recommend this facility to anyone!!!

The staff I spoke with were amazing, the facilities themselves seemed to be well kept. The lot, though.Its terrible. It has step grading. If youre coming in a sedan, or any low riding car, youre going to scrape. And there is no way to go around the steep grades or the staircase drives. Theres only two ways into the indoor units, a regular door, and a garage door. The garage door has a 5 ft drop in front of it that no moving truck is going to be able to help with. The regular door is on an angled road, thats something like 45°. Doors will easily open or close according to gravity.Great people, great units...Terrible location.

This place is much nicer than the last storage place I used. Plus its a bit less expensive. Just remember that that price you see advertised doesnt include all the one-time fees and such that you have to pay with the first months rent. The guy on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Good ol great customer service is very rare these days and so I was really pleased with my interactions with him. They have a rolling cart for you to use if you get a climate-controlled unit which helps cut the unloading/loading time in half.

Transitioning to civilian life after military service can be very difficult. Knowing how much space you need to store your entire life can be pragmatic. I worked with Andre, one of the managers, the morning I moved all my possessions into storage. He was able to not only accommodate my needs fully but was able to work with me through various problems and offered a solution to each and every one with a smile. This was the best experience I have ever had working with a storage facility and would recommend to my closest friends. Thank you Andre for going the extra mile to make my life easier!

Overall happy with our experience. Decent rates. They did change the rate on us about 6 months in from $45 to $52. Not a big change but not thrilled. My biggest complaint really is the parking lot, it’s extreme bumpy and uneven. Recommend this storage place overall. We just moved out because we are moving states. Otherwise we’d still be renting a space.

The onsite manager, Chris, is an exceptional person. My family is dealing with mental issues and we needed to change our paperwork. Chris understood what was going on and helped my family change the owner of our storage locker from my dad to my mom and understood the situation and handled it with class, kindness and understanding. Chris is the type person that you dont find very often in the world and his delicacy & smoothness helped our family in a hard situation with a smile on his face. Do not book at this location. Very misleading. I booked a climate controlled unit for my stuff and the unit given is not fully climate controlled. The temperature in it is nearly equivalent to the non climate controlled ones outside. When I asked about it I was told that the only difference is they keep pollen and dust out. The real climate controlled units are directly behind the office only FOR THE SAME PRICE!

I just rented my first climate controlled unit. I must say the experience was very nice. The gentleman who assisted me was very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful overall!
