This is literally the best Sherwin Williams in all of Gwinnett County! John, Brian, Will, & Zack have awesome customer service. I check for availability here first every time I have a painting project. Because I have a remodeling company I’ve been to most locations in the area, mainly due to the recent paint shortages, otherwise I wouldn’t go anywhere else. But aside from all of that I still use Sherwin Williams products for my customers… because it’s the best.

Very quick and efficient with very clean environment. Associates wore masks and there are online options to pre order for pickup. The store is very clean and everyone was friendly. Also, I am happy with the paint.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Sent my painter today and Brian was rude and very difficult. Went to a different location earlier but unfortunately they didnt had the paint that I wanted there so I had to go back to this location. Please train your employee again. He needs a better attitude.

I was in the Loganville store, the customers service was excellent. John assisted me he was patient and kind, he was very knowledgeable, he even took my purchase to my car and loaded it for me. It’s nice to walk in a store and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a Sherman Williams customer for now on. By the way his suggestion for my Gray turned out perfect Thanks John.

I went to the Loganville store about a year ago and they were abrupt and unfriendly, and impolite, so I had not been back since.However today I came because this is where the builder got the paint from and the experience was totally different. They were pleasant, professional and polite as well as Friendly. The Management was excellent they even looked up my Business account from Michigan, I was please to so business with them.

Ive been to every hardware store in town for paint. The 2 young men at the Loganville store were very helpful in recommending the type of paint I needed (I already knew which color) for the rooms were painting. I was also impressed by the young man who carried 2 gallons of paint to my car for me! Keep up the GREAT work! We will be back!

Stopped by today with a list of items to pick up. Zach made sure I had everything I needed before checking out. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I needed to touch-up several rooms in my house and went to Home Depot, then Lowes, but they both referred me to Sherwin- Williams as the only company that can match my 11 year old paint. I went to this store, and the paint was matched.. or so did I think. After waiting 24 hours the new paint did NOT match the old and boy I was miserable!!! I contacted the store and spoke with Brian the manager who said to come back to the store and theyll try to rematch it. Long story short... Brian mixed a match made in heaven and Im so glad my wall looks beautiful again. I highly recommend this store.
