Tesla tint specialists! I had visited many tint shops in my area and viewed the workmanship and tint materials used such as 3M Crystalline, Xpel XR plus, and Huper Optik. I am fortunate that The Tint Factory installs Huper Optik. They are worth the drive even if you don’t live in the Inland Empire. Cesar’s craftsmanship is amazing and the receptionist was very knowledgeable and courteous. They tinted my 2021 Tesla Model Y and 2021 Atlas windshield and windows with i3 Ceramic. They will be the only shop I use to have tint installed. They have been installing tint since 1989! Very few places have been in business that long.

At first, the conversation was awkward. But, the business we concluded on was very clear. And, was true. The instruction packet they provided assured me the orange peel and bubbles in my tint application would dissipate over time. They did. I am very satisfied, 2 weeks after their instal. Good job!

Awesome business! I had my 2018 Subaru WRX done here in 2017 and I just had my 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE tinted. Both experiences were amazing and the quality of service and tint top notch! Thats the long story short.But let me add some detail. In 2017, I bought the best tint at the time Huper Optik ceramic and it was a big difference. The heat reduction was so noticeable I didnt even have to run the AC most of the time getting in the car. The glass was a nice but tempered reflective shine that made the car seem like it went from $35K to $100K in value.In 2020 I returned to get the best tint the Tint Factory had. This time Autobahn Black Ceramic was the newest and best one so I purchased it at a reasonable price. The heat reduction was even better than last time and my camry looked even more stylish. I am again highly satisfied.I have been to and contacted many tint shops but Tint Factory always carries the best quality tint at an affordable price. Most of the time the car is done in a day or less. Im highly satisfied with my purchases. Thank you Tint Factory!

I had a previous bad experience at another location which luckily lead me to this location! Let me tell you, the kindness at this location is excellent. So far within the past two weeks I have had The Tint Factory tint 3 of my cars my windows. They did an amazing job and everyone was very professional. I have been to the Tint Factory before a years ago with a different car and I had a great experience. So I wanted to bring my car back knowing that I was going to get the results that I wanted. Well I can say that my experience was just as amazing as it was the first time that I came. The customer service is outstanding and they have a quite an extent amount of options. The only place I go to l. Dont get confused with Tint City.. Been getting tint done by Cesar for over 15 years and has done at least a dozen cars and the quality stands the test of Time. Just called to get a quote tried to ask a couple questions about the products offered and how they compare but got educated on other tint shops prices. Asked 3 times she seemed to not know what she was talking about. She then accused me of being aggressive because I said I didnt ask about prices, I asked about how their materials used compared to the 3m tint that some shops use. Needless to say they just lost a customer. ✌️

The Tint Factory has friendly staff and are very professional. I have been going to them for years. They use quality tint and they have a lifetime warranty. If you have any problems they will be glad to fix it for you. I have never had a problem with any vehicles they have done for me. Took in my brand new Mazda straight from the dealer to get my windows tinted back in 2013. Prices were higher at that time then most other tint shops but I decided to pay for it because everyone was telling me they use really good tint and give you a lifetime warranty. Well 5 years later my tint turned purple and started coming off. My receipt faded away some time ago so I threw it away thinking my info would be saved on there computers. Well I show up to there shop and they tell me sorry they only keep peoples information for one year and then they throw it away so I would have to pay for my tint because it was not covered. Walked out of this place and will never come back again. There is no lifetime warranty. The lifetime warranty is only good until your receipt fades away then its over. Told the lady this and she was like well next time take a picture of it on your phone. Smh

Im updating my review for Cesaer and his team over at the TINT FACTORY with the green sign . I left a review a few months ago claiming of imperfections and scratches.The glass was the issue, scratches from the dealership key box..The tint looks decent still see imperfections tiny bubbles even after a few months. WOULDNT RECOMMEND TINT FACTORY

This was the worst experience I ever had with a tint shop. The owner/ manager ( AKA Cesar the thief )did a horrible job and couldnt even match the tint with all the windows. There was bubbles everywhere and he had no pride in his work. I went back to refund my money and Nicole and Cesar refused to give me money back for the horrible job. To top it off, he had the nerve to call the police and tell them I had a gun. The police arrived and delayed my time and the officers time. If you want a horrible job on your tint and the police called on you DO NOT COME HERE. This guy deserves to go out of business.On a positive note Tint city the shop right next the crook shop (tint factory) corrected the problem for me . I give tint city 5 STARS!!! Stay away from TINT FACTORY and the crazy owner / manager (AKA CESAR the THIEF) who wants to fight his customers and call police . He is not man enough to fix any problem .

Brought my Toyota Corolla in for a remote start, Kyle had told me that CompuStar was the best out there for the range I needed. I have been told that before so I was skeptical, but they did a fantastic job showing me reviews of the products and I went with their recommendation. I couldnt be more pleased! Now I just need to go back for Window Tint. True professionals here, no work out of a garage bs like Ive dealt with in the past. So happy I didnt get bamboozled by the other low ball guys Ive seen on Facebook and chose The Tint Factory instead.

I came in and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. She gave me alot of information and seemed like they knew what they were doing. I got my car done and it was perfect. I ended up with the ceramic which blocked alot of the heat. I could tell immediately when I got in the car. I went to this site first to find a place and I read the reviews which made me go to them. I noticed a review by a mariam talking about $99. That was not any of the prices I was given. They have 3 different prices and none of them was $99. I accidentally went to Tint City and they advertise $99 and they look just like the tint factory. She probably got it confused and wrote the review on the wrong place. I sat there and for 2 hrs I never heard them quote $99 but a couple complained about tint city and being lied about the $99. This place has my referrals.

1st Time - I dont know what to say, this place has always been amazing for me everyone and my family as well, this is my 4th vehicle done by them. Unfortunately this time though it was horrible, the tint looked liked a 5 year old with a razor blade cut it at the top, not only there wasnt a straight edge anywhere, there were also gaps that went from 2 inches to 1/2 inch ON THE SAME WINDOW lol, every window was like that, 2 weeks later there are bubbles everywhere.2nd Time - They changed the tint on the windows, but 1 window had glue left between the tint and the glass, the other one was scratched, got an appointment for 2 weeks later3rd Time - The owner himself took care of it and the windows look good now finally. I wanted to get my windshield tinted to keep heat out. Normally $130, I asked them for a discount considering I have had to come down here 4 times and a month before I can get a decent job on the tint. I was told they would discount it to $120.... Really a $10 discount after all this???? Yeah I told them no way, honestly I felt insulted.UPDATE 05/09/2015:Thought I would give the guy another chance so I took my wifes new Accord down there, he immediately came out and was confrontational (even with customers in his lobby and frankly I was embarrassed for him). He said Will you leave me another bad review, I told him that if he did a shitty job of course I would, he refused to work on the car because he was worried about another bad review. Obviously the guy has is not confident in his skills! BUT turned out to be a blessing, went down the street to Tint City and got FANTASTIC service, the guy wasnt surprised to hear about my complaints with Tint Factory. Learn from me and do yourself a favor, just go to Tint City...

I got my windows tinted for a christmas gift and was a little sceptical that i wouldnt like it, but it turned out great and i couldnt be more pleased! My cousin is the one who took me because she got her car done there and liked the service. She is now taking her moms car there because the customer service was terrific! They were very friendly and wanted to make sure i would like the tint so they showed me the shade on an actually car that was already done. I choose medium and dark. My car looks great and im so excited when i drive it around! ha. thanks for the great work! (:
