Megan is usually the one to help me if I have any questions or concerns about my unit. She’s personable, kind, and always willing to help. Great experience.

There have been many turn overs of local managers at the Loma Linda facility. That being said, everyone has been VERY helpful, either on the phone, or in person. Always ready to solve any problems. Can’t point out any particular manager. They’ve all been trained well. Megan is the last that, I’ve encountered. Megan has gone out of her way to accommodate my needs. My wife and I used StorQuest off of Mountain View in Loma Linda for about 4 months and had zero issues. Naomi helped us through reserving our unit, showing us around, was able to answer any of our questions, and always a nice face to see when we visited our unit. The property itself was clean and never very busy, plus a nice bathroom on site which came in handy. We checked out of our unit his morning and there weren’t any bugs and our stuff still smells like home and not a nasty storage building. We would definitely recommend this location and Naomi to anyone in the area looking for a trusted storage unit.

Showed up at 4pm and got a storage unit even though they close at 5pm. Naomi (the woman working at the time) was friendly and professional, she made getting the unit a breeze. We moved everything in with no hassle even though it was past closing. Overall a stress free experience. Would recommend!

This is my third experience renting a storage unit. I was searching for weeks and found a great deal here on a 10 x 24 storage unit (their best deals are on their website, they also have military discount!). Its located in a good area with great security features. Before going to their location I read the reviews on yelp and google confessing how wonderful Naomi is. Ill admit, I was skeptical but she truly lives up to her reputation. She is an absolute joy to talk to and full of character. I highly suggest considering this location. Even just to drive by and check it out.

I like the idea someone actually lives onsite, especially since I work on organizing my stuff after my work hours and on weekends late, I know someone is there in case something should happen. Its a convenient location, and in a safe place. The bathroom facilities are always cleaned and well stocked. The grounds is also clean and neat. I am very happy with this storage facility, and would highly recommend this facility.

Absolutely perfect experience here. Id been running on four hours of sleep and was coming to Loma Linda after having just finished a big move from SD. I was exhausted from the move and lacked energy for any social interaction. But somehow the property manager Naomi not only made social engagement surprisingly comedic and stress-relieving, but also helpful and efficient. This is my first time ever adulting so owning a storage unit is new for me, but Naomi explained everything superbly and got me all up-and-running within 15 chill minutes. If my renting here is anything like my first impression of the place, then I am in for a very great experience. Definitely recommend.

Naomi is the best. Shes really patient and answered all of the questions I had about the different storage units and even showed me different options that I had. I like how secluded the area is and everything seems very secure, so it makes me feel like my belongings will be safe in my unit.

(Note that most other storage facilities I have used in the past are staffed with surly, unprofessional people who act like THEY are doing You a favor by renting you a unit.) I found this storage facility by simply driving past it as it is conveniently located on Mountain View next to Clarks Market. Naomi did a wonderful job streamlining my storage unit the day I walked in and answered any question I had. The prices are competitive and the services are top notch. They have a lot of accessories on the wall also available for sale that I didnt think Id need but turned out to be incredibly useful (like a mattress cover for my mattress, last thing you want is an insect infestation in there). Overall, Im very pleased with my experience with Storquest and plan to use them throughout my summers here at Loma Linda.
