My new detail go to. too often i find myself doing my own research on youtube and then sifting through the sea of online detail supply sites to find what i need but with car supplies warehouse all the work is already done for me because they literally only sell what they use and trust! i mean the fact that they took the squall brush off after testing showed it to be sub par shows a level of integrity that is very few and far in our world today.oh and the shipping... my god its fast. and thoroughly packed too. you guys cant miss. looking forward to buying from you guys again, probably within the week lol

I dont do this often but i feel as if anyone that is considering Car supplies Warehouse should read this and hopefully the owner too. I have only had a couple orders with this company so far and plan on many more, my first order had a delay that John was assisting with me. Understanding in this time with the chaos, John has jumped through hoops to make sure i was helped and kept me up to date on everything that was going on with the product i had ordered. I write this hoping everyone that may have been on the fence will go ahead and take that next step to purchase there car supply needs from this company (which also provides very fast shipping) and the manager or owner will see how I was assisted by John and reward him as i believe i am not the only customer that has had a similar experience with said employee. in the end, they are very professional, understanding, and the customer service is phenomenal.

I purchased a bottle of the trim serum lithium. I IMMEDIATELY applied it to my wifes truck according to the instructions and was just BLOWN AWAY...it has been almost a month and her trim is STILL STANDING STRONG!!! My wife can be quite hard to please at times, but this was SO EASY!!! She has not stopped SMILING and SHOWING off her trucks trim...THANK YOU CAR SUPPLY WHOUSE!!! I WILL be reordering!!! (By the way, my truck looks BRAND NEW with the trim application). Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

I have to say Car supplies warehouse has been great for me as small business owner. They have almost all the products I need to run my day to day operation. They sell supplies that have help me be more efficient. The customer serves has been outstanding. I can tell they care about what they are doing and want to make sure everything is right for there customers.

Excellent product selection, prompt and timely shipping. Very satisfied with my purchases. At one time i was scrambling to find a few things I needed which all my other vendors were out of- and they had a massive stock of everything I was missing.

I ordered online and selected curbside pickup, which was definitely my bad. However, I didn’t realize because I received a “shipping confirmation”. I didn’t realize until a few days later (mostly because I didn’t look at the shipping number which very clearly says “PICKUP” I just saw the shipping confirmation), and my order was still there. Super quick service if you’re local and very nice inside! Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome!

Had a really great experience ordering from these guys. I found it’s not the so much the product a retailer has but how that retailer answers questions. With that said they have really good choices and recommendationsBest of all everything came on time.

I have placed a fair amount of orders with Car Supplies Warehouse and have always received amazing customer service, but none greater than my most recent experience. I received a shipment of products and one of the items was missing a sprayer. I reached out to them just to inquire about it and not only did the general manager apologize more than once for the oversight, but he actually set a reminder on his phone to make sure to ship one out on a Sunday.In the meantime, I placed a new order with CSW and he packed it up the same day and sent me a picture when it was all bundled up and ready to go.This is top notch, above and beyond customer service. I run a customer service department and this is exactly what I teach my team to strive for and what so few companies do. I’ve sent friends to CSW for detailing products and they always say, “Why would I pay for shipping when I can just get most of the same stuff from Amazon and have free shipping?” And I always tell them that you support companies like this because you’re just a credit card number to most companies. Amazon is a necessary evil for a lot of things right now, but my detailing needs will stay with CSW. I don’t have a large operation, but I do buy a fair amount of product and they make me feel like I matter.Keep up the great work, guys. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

My shop has been using CSW ever since we switched over from our last company and yet to be disappointed by the staff there. Every single order is either delivered early or exactly on time, no games, just straights results. There slogan test proven packed is an understatement as I have yet to find a product that wasnt benefiting us in some manor. The staff at CSW goes our of their way to accommodate any question we have ever had in a timely fashion i havent received anywhere else. As long as we are detailing vehicles, CSW is our go to place for everything. 5 stars and nothing less!

I normally don’t write reviews for most things. But Car Supplies Warehouse deserves one.Look there are no two ways about this, Car Supplies Warehouse is simply great. They’re are one of my two go-to places for detailing products. For those that don’t know CSW is the e-commerce extension of Chicago Auto Pro (which on a side note, is the best detailing place in the Chicagoland area, bar none). Here’s the thing though, they have an incredible selection of products. They also have tons of options both in depth and breadth. Could you save a few bucks going to Amazon? Or spending a TON of time hunting down promo codes for various websites? Sure. But you would miss out on the value proposition CSW has to offer. Because they’re a team with Chicago Auto Pros, you get information videos via their YouTube channel that are incredibly helpful. You don’t get that from anyone else. I’ve built a good chunk of my detailing arsenal and knowledge just on the back of these two places.The person running the ops for CSW, Jared, is also incredibly helpful. He’s been a great resource for product recommendations and customer support. I’ve used channels other than just email and have ALWAYS gotten a response. He’s had no reason to do so and most places usually wouldn’t if you don’t go through the proper channels. But that’s how much this team is committed to providing the best experience for its customers.As for my orders, they’ve literally never taken more than 2 maybe 3 days. Now I have an unfair advantage as I live in the same city but most of my orders have been shipped same day. And they take extra precaution to make sure everything is packaged well so it gets to you in one piece and without leaks or spills.For the reviews talking about an unprofessional sales team, I’m not entirely sure what team you’re talking about. The CSW team has been stellar.
