Store is as clean an as organized as it can be. I loke that they have sanitize stations throughout the store for our safety and the safety of the employees. Customer service is veru friendly and they treat everyone with respect. I always find something nice at this store. Many items to shop around for you can almost find everything you need at one place.

This location unfortunately doesn’t clean the self checkout at all. The paper and spray is normally located on the side on a portable table but the many times I went there no one cleaned after or before a guest not even once. They just yell “next guest” from a far.The only plus this store has is truly Guest Service as I have never had a problem picking up an order and checking for quantity on items in other stores.Today the self checkout advocate was not friendly, she was unwelcoming. I asked her twice to help me with putting in quantity on my plastic bins so I don’t have to scan them individually one by one, she came to me just to waltz off saying she will only input quantity later and she never did. She proceeded helping the person who asked her second after me to remove an extra item and ignored me. She stood at the front just hatefully looking from afar. I don’t know this lady but she gave me a very bad first impression. The shoppers are also rude and cut you off where you stand in line and old lady insulted me too trying to pass with her cart and there was so much extra room and I was so shocked. I don’t live in Lombard and I don’t know what is going on in this neighborhood but the vibe is rude and angry.Unfortunately, I will try shopping at a different store or simply delivery.

This target is the most ratchet target I have ever stepped foot in. Nothing but huge stacks of items in boxes out on the floor but also, no products stocked as well. Worker that is supposed to be greeting customers was just on her phone doing nothing.It was VERY dirty & even the stands to detect possibly theft were crooked.The self check out line is always ridiculously long and ran by someone who is just chilling on the job drinking their Starbucks. RATCHET. Avoid at all costs.

The store is clean and organized and bright. Ive never had a problem returning anything. It is hassle free shopping with good selection and fair prices. I love my Target!

Target is always a great place to shop for many useful product and competitive pricing. Stores are very clean and neat and the staff is always helpful. Total different experience than Walmart ..

Target isn’t the best despite it being in yorktown. The self checkout was closed and the overall organization was not the best. Wheaton, Schaumburg, and other targets seem to be better.

Our cashier scanned the wrong bar code on our gift card. Honestly if you’re a cashier you should know which barcode to scan. Dumb. She said it had no balance but it said on the register invalid bar code. Hmm. We told her it had money on it but she never tried to scan it again. Bad customer service!! Go to villa park target.

Process is fairly easy. Drive-up staff are always friendly. App takes a little getting used to, but once you figure it out, it works well. Order is ready far quicker than Amazon Fresh or the local grocery store.

Always long lines at checkout/self-checkout. They need more registers open and more than 4 terminals open...its 2021.

This location was out of cart wipes and hand sanitizers at both entrances. When we asked an employee for more they just told us to check the other entrance. I usually expect more from Target.

Uzma is so kind and such a dedicated employee.She looked all over to find an item for me that was in stock but on clearance so its exact location was hard to determine.After i had already given up, she tracked the item down and found me in the store and personally brought it to me.She is so enthusiastic and made me more likely to shop again at this target, and to recommend this location to others

By far the worst target I have ever been to.. out of the 20 or so associates i passed in my hour long trip not a single one managed to say hello, waited almost 15 minutes in line because they only had 2 cashiers. The woman working in Starbucks (short red hair) was also extremely rude and did not make a single drink to standard. As a former Starbucks manager and target employee this store needs some serious training!!

The shops location is quite convenient, with a big aisle, ample parking, and excellent customer service. This is ideal!

I love going to Target but I have to say this is the worst store around the area. It has nothing to do with employees but it must be management and resources. Stock is lower than surrounding Targets. You have a hard time finding online items and what drives me the crazy is none of their price checkers work and have not worked got a good year. You have to go around the store looking and testing every single one. There has to be around 8-10 probably in the store and you find 1 working. This has been the condition for at least a year, it’s really sad. Customer service when you try to return online purchases even if you print the online receipt, they give you a problem when it’s not a Target product even though you’re printing the receipt that is returnable at target with barcode and instructions for clerk. There is always a struggle and need to involve management, it hasn’t been a good experience. I even stopped making online purchases from Target and went to more customer friendly stores like Kohl’s or Amazon and Walmart. It is the closest one to my house but I always regret going to that store and now I drive farther. It’s sad because some employees are nice but there is lack of training of what they need to know to fix issues with online purchases and poor management and maintenance. Come on guys step it up. Family that have moved to the area also comment on how much they miss their old Target.

Well this score is only and only for Lombard Target. No one was cleaning the self check out registers. Starbucks is rude. I love my local target which is Glendale Heights, IL.

Target overall is a strong brand that offers most of the products that my family and I look for. When visiting most stores they are clean, organized, not cluttered, and have a friendly and helpful staff.

1st time Ive used this service...its FABULOUS!

The store did not feel crowded and all of the associates I encountered were very friendly. The only negative was that two products I purchased were stocked in such a way that I couldnt get them off the shelf without damaging the box.

Had a bad experience at the Starbucks today. When I called tonight to speak with someone, I select 6 for Starbucks and the call ends. Tried calling guest services MULTIPLE times and no answer.

I wouldn’t normally bother reviewing a big box store like this but I was looking for a DVD that the website said was in stock but I couldn’t find on the shelf. I asked a person there and they said it was in the back and voluntarily went in the back to get it for me. I just thought that was cool.

Josh in customer service was amazing. I recounted a terrible experience I had at the Glendale Heights location. He took awesome care of me was able to work with me and had the item on stock to exchange my broken TV set. I thank the entire staff for their general awesomeness. Definitely, highly recommend this store to anyone needing to go to Target.

I received my clothes from store 1024. The clothes was not in prep bags and just thrown in the box. Which mean theyre skip prepping and went straight to pack. What if it was raining in my state. Please practice the right way fulfillment team pick, actually prep and than pack.

Now I absolutely adore target. It brings me unspeakable joy when I wander into this building and end up spending $100 more than I expected. However, the other night I was extremely disappointed with my experience. All day I was experiencing diarrhea and I finally mustered the courage to go to a store for anti-diarrheal medication. I thought “oooo I’ll go to target for these medications, that’ll lift my spirits!!” Now imagine my shock when I walk into the store and the diarrhea medications are smack dab front and center RIGHT WHEN YOU STEP FOOT INTO THE BUILDING!! Now everyone who walks inside has seen me browsing this section and can assume that I have been crapping my pants. Pride gone. Evening ruined. Guess I’ll go to Walmart next time.

Customer Service: The Associate, Judy made my experience pleasant. She saw I wanted to use the self checkout but shy and awkward I continued to traditional checkout. She invited me to step over for a lesson while informing me about the use of a Target debit card, earning points, easy pay, access to online options when items are not available instore. Store was awesome, had a last minute IT item needed for the company employees to work remotely. Designed a pick up person ended up switching that person and it was no problem, they worked with me. OUTSTANDING!!!

It is fast and easy service. I use it often I work across the street from a location,put my order in at lunch and pick it up on my way home.

The pharmacy tech is very kind it’s a CVS. They are fast and prompt when regular staff is present. The store is organized yet the checkout is a little crazy and unkempt with covid.

Has the best materials and tools for any job needed big or small. With a wide range of products with your taste. With many target owned brands like cat and Jack and room essential. Never disappoints. With neat and fast service. Target gets two thumbs up!

Target always has great deals and so many options to choose from.

Its your typical Target. Could use a wider selection of products. To the stores credit, I definitely have seen improvements and updates in this store over the past few years.Additionally, on peak hours during the weekends, there is always a manager or point person making sure enough registers are open so the wait times can go down - even though the lines tend to get hectic. Usually, this is the case for most all Targets, so I dont blame them.

The people who bring out the orders. Are pleasant and caring. Always get the orders correct.

I called and asked about a item (by dpci#) they said they had 2 in the back I asked if they can hold one for me to come pick up. Drove from Aurora to find out theyre sold out a hour ago. But I called 30 min prior. I told the manager colin and that I called in about the figure and I gave my name. He and a female manager looked at me crazy. Basically no accountability for having me drive all the way to Lombard just to be lied to

Always have what I want and need

Im annoyed with all of the restrictions youve put in place (IE no recycling, no Starbucks, one entrance closed, etc.) All other 3rd party Starbucks, like Marianos, are open. And I know youre still giving the store designated Starbucks hours for payroll, so there is no reason that Starbucks should be closed. If every other business can remain open while adhering to current restrictions, then so can Target. Marianos and Jewel are also still collecting their plastic bag recycling, in which Target is not. I frequented Target before the pandemic and yesterday was the first day I had been to Target in almost a month. In addition, especially for the store in Lombard, IL, many grocery items are out of stock, so I stopped going out of my way to go to your store only to find out I had to go to the Jewel closer to my house because Target was out of stock.

Target is organized and super clean, although, They cant keep certain items in stock. Every time I go there is a shortage of soap products

Target saved the day for me. I had some stuff I had yet to buy and they were the only store in town that was open on Christmas Eve. They have a huge selection of products and happy employees that greet you with a smile.

At check out Mirza explained to me the benefits of having a Target Debit card vs. what I thought was just a Target credit card. He took his time and patience since I was skeptical and even had a manager come over to explain the differences. I was never talked to about a Target Debit card before and always assumed it was the credit card, which I did not want to apply for.

This Target is always, ALWAYS out of common items- cheese, milk, yogurt, rice, cake mix... it’s maddening. No matter what day of the week or time of day, there are always empty shelves. No idea who’s responsible for ordering inventory and keeping that place stocked but they need a pep talk. Incredibly frustrating when I have to run to other grocery stores because they’re missing these common items. Sadly this is down the street from me so the location is most convenient (giving this the two stars) it’s just unreliable I almost dread going in there with a must need shopping list because I know I’ll be disappointed.

This was a gift I was notified that the order was ready for pick up, when I asked someone to get it for me they were told that you couldn’t fill the entire order. The result is that I do not have a gift for the shower today. I placed the pick up order after being promised a delivery order would arrive on Saturday and then you switched it to Monday. Again no gift for the shower from Target. I prefer to shop where I can rely on an order being completed as promised

While waiting in line 10 minutes...the cashier dec ides to close with 3 additional people in line. she was extremely dismissive. if she needs to take a break or the end of her shift. Establish a breakpoints. she turned off her light after we had been standing there 10 min. register 13 @12:50 pm

Its a very unorganized store. The shelves are often messy and not stocked. I also had bad experience with customer service. I found them very rude and not at all customer centered. Target used to be great anywhere you went but now more and more are falling short like this store.

Ive shopped at this Target for years and seen it evolve into a superstore. The selection of beauty, clothing, electronics, food, and household items they offer is very. Checkout is fast. My shopping experience is always good.

The quality of the products they sell is better than average. However at 1 minute before closing I asked an employee where the shoe department is, and was told by the employee that the store is closing and asked me to move to the register. I was not finished shopping yet, and I do not treat my customers like that at the place I work at.

Normally I love target but not today. Today I am looking for a specific item that the website says they did not have at the Villa Park store but when I went to look for a different item they did have it just in the wrong color. So I called the lombard store to have them check if they had it in the right color. I had to call every 20 minutes for 4 hours trying every extension before someone finally answered the phone in the electronics department even though I am looking for something in the outdoor toy department. I explained to the nice man that I was trying to get someone to go look for the item. he told me to hold on and he would try to get somebody 10 minutes later I was still waiting. Still dont know if they have the item I want. So first the website is inaccurate and then couldnt get a person to help. Whats going on Target? I feel like Im dealing with incompetent walmart!! Answer your phones!!!

I love the new service of ordering online and driving up! Its so convienent, especially in the winter or when its raining. It saves me so much time, please never get rid of it!

Not happy! I ordered for “pick up.” After a few minutes, it advised me it’s out of stock. So I went to look coz on their app, it showed that it is in stock. Guess what? I found 4 of that product. I think they were being lazy to look for it at that time. 😡

Rather nice Target, everything is well organized. Floors are a bit dirty and the store could definitely use some more cleaning, and the customers arent too friendly but thats not Targets fault. I love the Freshii and Starbucks, they are very cozy and very well set up.

Usually have a good experience here. Good selection and easy to do returns. Staff is sometimes hit of miss. Sometimes it is harder to find someone to help you. Decent clearance selection so I always try and look at that.

Bob the manager was super helpful and very nice in getting 2 receipts reprinted for me. Adam the other manager was hustling too as it was really busy. Kudos to both of them for their hard work.

This Target is organized how people clean when company is coming over. It is perfect for the shopper who is into scavenger hunts. It is not the place for people who want to make a quick stop.

Shelves are usually empty. Items listed in stock online are missing. Employees talk to each other and offer no help.

Shopping at Target, Yorktown Center, 60 Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard, IL 60148 is nice and easy. Its relaxing to go here as theyve got everything that I need all in one spot. Its also near the Oak Brook mall and York Town mall. Nice staff always helpful and good stock most of the time when I go there.

I love Target and picking up my online order was really easy and the guy was really nice and he got me my things quickly and everything that I ordered was there so it was a great experience :)

I had the last straw with Lombard Target tonight. My cousin called the store at 1:30 and asked to have 2 items put on hold for me to pick up. I went in after work around 5:30 and asked Customer Service for the items. Nothing was behind the desk. They sent me back to the Toys department thinking they put them off to the side back there; they did not. No one ever put the items on hold for my cousin/me. An employee informed me that 3 neighboring Targets had my item in stock and that they would be able to hold them for me, even over night if I wanted to come back tomorrow to grab them. Thankfully before I drove all over the place, I called each store. 2 of the 3 DID NOT have the item (so their online count was way off) and the 3rd store had some in stock but wouldnt hold them for me. Not a single employee I spoke too was helpful or apologetic for their companys mishap. Target has officially lost my respect and business.

Went to buy some groceries...was going to get honey crisp apples...thought they were 1.79 a pound but got up to the register and they were 1.79 each. The place is a total ripoff...it wouldve been 9.00 for 5 apples. Its convenient to where I live but I wont be shopping there anymore. Not competitive and s definite rippoff. Everything is more expensive...Everything.

Big selection. This Target has groceries...why I was there this time. Grocery prices varied and TP was actually high. Well lit and easy to see.

I go to SO many different Targets however this one has got to be the cleanest one Ive ever been to. From clothes bring organized and not looking like a tornado ran through it to the bathroom bring clean.

It’s a nice enough Target, but I absolutely hate that if you go there late or early there are no human cashiers. Please hire a few people back! Self checkout is awful for bulky items, gift cards, and alcohol among many other things. It should not be possible to shop in a big box store with no employees. It sucks for employment, too.
