Selection and pricing was good. Employee was excellent. She made it a safer covid environment. Got security to help and pulled the customer chair into her area to pierce the babys ears.

The young man that helped me pick earrings and pierce my 5 year olds ears was wonderful. Very professional and polite. Knowledgeable as well. I have already stopped here again to pick up a few more pieces for Christmas presents and will be back for more. Good quality pieces of jewelry, fair prices.

Got my toddler’s ears pierced here and it was a great experience. Rose was very professional and patient with us. She explained the whole process in detail and was able to put my mind to ease. Would highly recommend this place for ear piercing for your little one.

After much deliberation we decided to take our 4 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced. There were two women working - Rose and Aielle - they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and took their time despite it being the Saturday after Black Friday. They were great with my daughter and the piercings look perfect. Very happy with our experience.

My mother and I had a horrible experience here. they had made my mother cry! When we had first came to shop here at Yorktown mall we were told that there werent any mother or grandma charms when we came back three hours later another lady showed us so many charms we couldnt even decide between them all. Our bracelets broke the day after we had bought them and they wouldnt exchange or return our products when the recipe clearly says we have 30 days warranty on returns and exchanges. There jewelry is supposed to be very durable considering how expensive they are and they are partners wth zales jewelry. I promise you if we wouldve went and brought jewelry from Walmart, target or even kohls we wouldnt be having this problem. Again they wouldnt return our broken products and they were so rude they had put my mother in tears! I will never shop here again and I really hope Ive warned people to not shop here as well! They are extremely rude and they do not try to make there customers happy. Customers are supposed to come first and they definitely DO NOT put there customers first!
