One stop shop. Jasmine had absolutely everything and more. We were able to find a dress for the bride, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride within a matter of an hour. The prices were fair and in line with market. They also offer alterations and different color choices. Not to mention - the whole building was beautiful and inspirational.

After visiting 4 bridal dress shops, I had the BEST experience at Jasmine Galleria. I came with my mom and mother-in-law, and we had so much fun and felt incredibly comfortable here (even with COVID restrictions).My consultant Jenny was incredible! It was almost like I was trying on dresses with a friend. She asked me what I liked and didnt like, gave great options, and let us walk around the storeroom to see if there were any other dresses I wanted to try on that she didnt pull. I never felt pressured to buy, and Jenny was always on board with whatever I was feeling or thinking. I almost didnt even make an appointment to come here, but am so glad I did!

She let my family members and I walk around and pick out the dresses we liked. She really made us feel comfortable and let us take our time without any pressure. She was there to answer questions and offer feedback and expert advice on the dresses. She helped me into all the dresses with ease and precision. We worked with Giselle at Jasmine Galleria for florals and decor for our original wedding date 6/14/2020. We brought pictures and swatches of our vision for our wedding but we didnt know how to fully execute it. Giselle reviewed what we brought and helped to flesh out that vision down to the smallest detail. She showed us how decor used for the ceremony could be repurposed to also decorate the reception. Covid hit and we had to move our date, then had to change venues, and downsize our wedding. Through all of this and she was understanding and flexible and rolled with the changes. We got married on 9/6/20. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL. From my bouquet, to the bridesmaids bouquets, the wedding arch piece, and the aisle florals. It all looked better than the inspiration pics and what I could have imagined. She executed our vision flawlessly. Giselle is sweet, professional, and very talented. All of the interaction we had with Jasmine Galleria staff was positive and professional. Please check them out when you are searching for a wedding florist, you will not be disappointed!

Top notch! -- I recently returned to Jasmine for a second look at a dress I had tried on months before when I first visited. They kept my file so it was very easy to find the dress. I had a great experience shopping with Colleen at Jasmine. She made me feel comfortable and had lots of size options, not just the sample sizes! Her expertise in the industry and what was in style/ would look good on me was refreshing. Her manager Jenny was also really sweet. It was like shopping with my sister, I felt right at home! I would recommend booking an appointment and asking specifically for Colleen as your stylist (she is generally booked a few weeks out). I think she was the owner went in asking to buy a wedding dress, lady by the dress told me very little selection for discontinued dress only cause I told them leaving the country soon so own told me dont over think on a dress that was going to be purchased cause I ask questions then lady upfront on desk called me to say if I wanted the dress I asked there could be changes that I wanted on dress she told me dress would have to be sized and pinned the simtres was there and pinned some areas but she could give me a estimate on bust area so didnt understand why I told the front desk lady she was there why could I have a price so she got a additive so didnt care to buy it even thou it cost $200. So I dont recommend anyone .

This place is amazing & provides so many services. The staff is so helpful and Melanie really made it such a comfortable process while dealing with her and picking our stationary. She was super friendly, listened to what I was looking for, and gave me some amazing options that both worked with our vision AND our budget. Very nice staff, my sister was able to walk in for an appt. And we were all greeted as we walked through the door. The ladies offered us bottled water and seated us in a private area where we tried on several bridesmaid dresses. We had a very pleasant experience. Excellent customer service!

I got my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxes from Jasmine! They really have everything you could need. Every experience I had with them was pleasant.Wedding dress shopping was relaxing and exciting. Their options were wonderful, including the extras like jewelry, veils, alterations, and points system. Because my bridesmaids got their dresses there, I was able to get money towards my alterations which helped a lot.My husband, groomsmen, and ring bearer loved their tuxes and said the order/pick up/return process was very smooth.Go to Jasmine!!! I Purchased a bridesmaid dress from Jasmine Galleria for my cousins wedding! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! The color options and number of bridesmaids dresses is incredible! Ive never seen so many different options! We had so much to chose from!!! Ive been in so many weddings and this place had such an easy process and was so great for all the girls in the party! The girls up front Rachel and Rose were super friendly and our consultant, Annette was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice! Lauren was so incredibly helpful! I came in terribly worried I would not find a dress in time for my big day. I had gone to 3 other bridal shops and walked out empty handed. I had a pretty specific type of dress in mind and no other shops carried what I was looking for. After I had explained to Lauren what I wanted her face lit up and I could tell she already had so many ideas. When she came back to the dressing room carrying three of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen I was worried I would never be able to decided between them. I went to Jasmin Galleria for my first bridal shopping experience. It was everything I was hoping for. I felt like I was on Say Yes to the Dress. The facility is beautiful. The dresses are in great condition and they literally have everything there you need (my bridesmaids LOVED the selection of dresses for them as well) I worked with Lauren L and she was phenomenal. I went to Jasmine’s for a bridesmaids dress for my cousins wedding and loved the atmosphere so I returned when it was my turn to get married. I ended up buying my wedding dress and all of my bridesmaids got their dresses here too! It was such a great experience and after visiting multiple bridal shops I can definitely say this is the best in the area BY FAR. I even referred my best friend to look here for her bridesmaids dresses. We all had such a great experience with Annette, whom I highly recommend, and she was very thorough in making sure we understood their rewards program and their measuring process. She even made sure we tried on a new sample in the size we were ordering, which helped to make the appointment stress-free. 3 weddings done through Jasmine’s and I’m sure there will be more in the future!

Ive been to Jasmine twice, both for bridesmaids dresses. I cant recommend Colleen enough! Shes honest, she makes you feel comfortable during the entire process, and she is super knowledgeable regarding the dresses. She answered all of our questions about style, colors, material, etc! She was also patient when we had a large group of girls (and moms) all giving opinions and attitudes. I recommend Jasmine to everyone and I always mention that Colleen is the absolute best!

Jasmine came through with flying colors to suit up the groomsmen at our wedding. The original employee in charge of our account was on maternity leave by the time the day arrived, and while the coworker that took over our account was not as well versed in suits and tuxedos, she took care of every need. She was able to make tweaks to our measurements and overnight different articles of clothing as needed. Everyone looked great and the styles were as advertised.

The staff here were very helpful when selecting bridesmaid dresses and a mother of the bride dress for a very opinionated group. The girls were all measured and required minimal alterations. The dresses looked stunning on every body shape. There was a large selection of dresses to choose from for both bridesmaids and mother of the bride. I would come here again for an elegant dress.

Looked for bridesmaid dresses last weekend, Lisa was our fashion consultant. Didnt help my girls try on dresses, pin them up until asked, offer suggestions, look for different sizes, nothing. Didnt ask about my fiance, wedding date, when or where we are getting married, how I know each of my girls, the number of bridesmaids, none of the typical, easy conversation points when maybe youre a shy consultant to make your bride feel special, even though its the same questions over and over. Didnt know either of my girls names (was only two of them that day), my name, nothing. Basically just stood and watched us the entire time, or was randomly nowhere to be found. Then, at about 45 minutes into our 1.5 hour appointment, we got the DISTINCT impression that she was impatient with us, and that we were being rushed, like we were an inconvenience to her. She got annoyed when we asked her to write down the dress numbers for six dresses, even though she had been no help in narrowing them down, and we would have easily narrowed them down to two or three within the half hour that was left of our appointment time if we werent feeling like such an inconvenience to her. The consultant with a party next to us was the distinct opposite, and we actually sat and listened to what she told her bride and those girls about the dresses because our consultant didnt tell us ANY of what this other consultant said. The other consultant was cheerful, offered suggestions, offered alternatives, advised on color options, certain looks based on the time of year, etc. Complete opposite of ours, couldnt have felt more unwelcome by her. However, the girls at the front desk were AMAZING. Didnt catch their names, I think one girl was blonde. Super friendly, welcoming, gave us water and flowers. Super sweet and unexpected.

Cant wait to return to Jasmine Galleria to purchase my dress, I left not being able to quit thinking about a certain dress! Huge thank you to Lisa Simon who helped me try on every dress almost in the outstanding dress selection. I looked online & brought in some photos of what I liked which was a big help to her. Lisa found me everything I requested with no problems. She had outstanding customer service & I felt very welcome as did my family members that came along. The pricing is reasonable & they can customize a dress if you give them enough time. They also have mens, Mother of the Bride & Bridesmaids! Its like a one stop shop. We had a blast shopping here.

This store is so spacious, and they have several fitting rooms. Probably the best looking bridal store there is. Laid out very nice too. They even have a big selection of sample sale dresses on the right side of the building, so you can get a bargain if you dont want to pay up to $3000 for your dress.

Not sure why they even take your measurements. The dress I tried on fit better then the size they ordered me. I was swimming in it. And then they want to charge you almost the cost of the dress to fix it. My dress was only about 4 inches too big but the dress my friend got had almost 7 inches too big in the chest. The bride called to complain and was told we would get discounts to have them fixed but when my friend called to set it up they would not honor the discount.

I came to Jasmine last minute on a Wednesday needed a tux for that Saturday and they were able to measure me help me choose a style quickly. I picked up my tux on Friday and everything fit perfectly. Staff was helpful and understanding and definitely went out of their way! Will definitely rent from them again and recommend to my family and friends.

This is hands down the best bridal salon in Lombard! Brianna is the best stylist around. At jasmine you really receive one on one attention! Brianna takes her time listens to what you want and really shows that she cares for her clients! From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave she puts forth her best; offering water at check in, to her expert opinion. I never felt overwhelmed or disappointed during my time at Jasmines. I highly would recommend Brianna for any bridal neeyds!

Very disappointed in the end result of this place. Jasmines bridal is a beautiful location with many options. We purchased our bridesmaids dresses here and when we received them the service was terrible! None of the bridesmaids dresses fit, half were too big and the other half were too small. Sales associates were not accommodating and were not there to service you. They basically give you a fitting room to try on your dress and leave. Overall customer service needs improvement.

Bought a dress from here for my friends wedding and its two sizes too large - they sized me in store and told me the size I should buy and it is completely unwearable. The top sags down and doesnt cover my chest at all. When I went in to discuss it with them, they told me that it isnt supposed to fit and tried to charge me $100 to get it altered. Extremely overpriced and unwearable dress.

Went here for my one of my Best Friends wedding to get bridesmaid dresses. The service was okay. The lady made us getting ridiculous sizes Im assuming so we could pay extra for alterations which I did need. But thats not why Im disappointed. I paid $250 for my dress and what I got was garbage. Not for the design, but the actual built of the dress felt cheap and poorly made. Theres like a little fold over the front of my dress and it was uneven. it looked like a an amateur seamstress made it. If Im paying that much money for a dress in a fancy store, I at least expect them to back their products up with the same level of quality. At this point I woulda been happy with a department store dress.

Jenny from management has since reached out to me to try and learn more about my previous negative rating so she can help teach her sales associates how to better improve the customer experience. They clearly take it very seriously and thats comforting to know that they constantly try to improve themselves . One bad experience is clearly not reflective of the entire company.

Got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses there. Also my sister found her dress and bridesmaid dresses there. My bridesmaid dresses came in a different color than we had thought (the color name was navy but they were medium shade blue) and they re-ordered them without batting an eyelash even though it was probably our fault. My mom looked but didnt end up getting her MOB dress there. Staff super friendly and go out of your way to help. I love their walkway, you can view the back of your dress. Expensive accessories but nice.

When coming in to pick and try on dresses our associate told us the sizing chart was outdated. When trying to find a dress that fits, this was already very questionable. Our dresses ended up coming in 6 weeks AFTER the latest day we were told. We ordered in March. They took 5 months to come in. One of the bridesmaids called and the dresses had arrived. NO ONE from Jasmine called any of the other bridesmaids to let us know our dresses were in. Thankfully, we are a talkative group and found out of dresses were in. Upon pick up, we were told we could not have alterations through Jasmine because there was enough time. Bad service. Jasmines dresses came in late and then they couldnt make it better by offering a quick turn around for alterations. Now last minute (3 weeks before the wedding) we have the find our own places for alterations. I do not recommend

They try to get you to buy a larger size than you need so you have to pay extra for alterations. My sales associate said I dont recommend crash dieting to anyone to me while I had on a dress I thought fit great. I would never recommend them after having someone talk like that to me.

Disappointed doesnt even begin to describe how I felt about my Bridesmaid appointment today. It seemed like we were a nuisance to our consultant from the moment we walked in. She was short with every answer, never really offered any help and was constantly walking away from the group. My Mother-In-Law asked her to take a picture of the group at the end of the appointment (we were well within our time frame). I have never seen someone so bothered by being asked to take a photo.... We all ended up loving a dress, but with her attitude we decided to take our business elsewhere. I have 6 girls standing up, and my mother-in-law who was also interested in making an appointment to find her dress as well. You would think that with this many people looking to buy, youd be a bit friendlier.

Called Thursday for a Saturday BRIDESMAID appointment. Hahahaha....such an exclusive place...no available appointments for Saturday and you cant even browse without an appointment...the curtain closes on the weekends. So, you know, if youre lucky enough to get behind the curtain, consider yourself lucky!

3 of us bridesmaid are different shapes and sizes. Some how to them we are the same size dress when it came to ordering. They told us that their dress size ran 2 sizes smaller then regual dress. Thats a lie! When we finally received our dress they were huge! On all 3 of us. When we mentiimen they were big they told us it can be taken in for an additional 120 mind you thats the starting price. The other catch is that it can only taken in 2 sizes. So we all ended up ordering size 22 to because they told us thats the size we are according to their charts. I didnt live near so I got my dress tailored by me for half the price. They told the other girls that paid to get it done there that they would have to purchase a brand new dress which cost about 240 because their dress still fit them big. SMH. Dont go by their size charts. We didnt have time to purchase the dress because the wedding was weeks away. Plus it took 4 weeks for them to tailor it for an additional 120 plus extra if you add length. I dont recommend this place at all.

Jasmine was able to meet my needs for floral, tux rentals, and a purchase of a wedding dress for my wife. The were very accommodating to all of our schedules.

In October of 2018, I began shopping for a wedding dress. I started at a few nearby wedding dresss stores and then got recommended to go to Jasmine. When my sister and I walked in, it was that feeling you always thought you’d have walking in to a bridal store. My younger sister even turned to me and said “oh my god I could cry.” From the first interaction with staff, you could see how knowledgeable and kind they were. I was placed with my consultant, Annette. Annette was incredibly helpful. She allowed me to pick through dresses with as much or as little guidance as I needed. Then, once we began trying them on, she gave us honest feedback which was extremely appreciated. She did not try to make us spend more or do more than what was wanted. In their store they have a cool runway where you can see how you look from the front and back of the dress AT THE SAME TIME. No turning around to try and see your behind! All 4 times I have been back to att store for more bridal try ons and bridesmaid measurings, Annette and the staff were amazing. My whole bridal party connected with her and loved her. They are all talking about stopping by when they get engaged! Finally I will soon be bringing my fiancé there for his tuxes. They are a one stop shop for everything!(flowers, honeymoon, photographer, DJ). This place is so good, my younger sister even applied to become a bridal consultant and now works there! Thanks for an amazing experience! Would highly recommend.

Had my bridesmaid appointment set for today and the service was such a disappointment.I actually found a dress I really liked for my bridesmaids, but if their level of service is any indication on how they do business, Id rather keep looking. My consultant asked us all of we wanted water, but never actually gave them to anyone. I told my consultant the line of dresses I liked and the color... Idk why though considering no one helped the entire appointment. My friends and I picked dresses, tried them on ourselves while attempting to pin each other into dresses since all our consultant did was sit and watch?If you want a great experience with a company that stands behind their level of service, look elsewhere. I feel like I just wasted a critical Saturday and got nothing done in my wedding planning!

Great selection, very pricey but nice overall

Seems like every time Ive been here, there are a bunch of people milling around but yet they have to find someone to help me. Bridesmaid dresses are okay, but mother of the bride dresses are extremely overpriced. They dont have all of the colors to look at in an actual dress and the swatches are too tiny to feel comfortable ordering a dress that couldnt be returned. Felt like the sales associate didnt really care about us and just wanted the sale. We went to a department store and spent 1/4 of the price.

Loved my experience and my dress !

Salesperson was not knowledgeable and did not know how to measure for a dress. The ordered dress did not fit and could not be altered to fit. The owner tried to charge well over a hundred dollars to try to make it fit......when the mistake was theirs. Then they reordered the dress with 2 days to spare and the sleeves were wrong and could not be altered to be right for the dress. The owner screamed at me and would not refund the hundreds of dollars spent to alter the dress. Thus I did not have a useable dress for my daughters wedding. I would warn anyone who needs alterations on their garments from doing business with them. If you can buy a dress off the rack and it fits perfectly that is the only way I would recommend purchasing anything from this business. They are cold and heartless and spoiled the wedding for me.]
