Worked with PW for kitchen cabinets and vanities for median priced flip properties in the Chicagoland area. The products are at a good price with good quality. Comes in standard sizes that are not as customizable, so itll be useful for contractors to consider spaces carefully before putting up drywall. Chris and his team are friendly, efficient and respond promptly. Fast delivery times with good inventory.

I would highly recommend Pent Water Cabinetry to anyone looking for great looking cabinets that are affordable. The soft close cabinets and drawers are such a nice change from our previous cabinets. We went with the espresso finish and it looks great with the rest of our home. I worked with Sean who was very professional and prompt with his replies to my emails or phone calls. It was truly a pleasure to work with Sean and Pent Water. The cabinets were delivered on the day that I requested and the delivery driver checked off each cabinet that we purchased to make sure our order was correct and complete. Overall it was a great experience.

I rehab houses for a living, so I need super reliable, quality, well-priced cabinets that can be delivered quickly. Since I found Pentwater a couple years ago, they have been my primary cabinet supplier for this reason. I dont want to go to a huge box store with lots of overhead that I end up paying for, or a shop that takes 2 months to make my cabinets. These guys have high quality cabinets, at great pricing, and its available when I need it. Attached are a couple pictures of recent projects I completed using their cabinets.

Just tried Pentwater for the first time and couldnt be happier! Chris was super responsive while helping me on the design and placing the order. The cabinets themselves are high quality (thick/plywood) with slow closers...all at an affordable price. So glad I found Pentwater and Im already looking forward to the next project!

It’s been 3 years since we purchased new kitchen cabinets, a stainless steel sink and granite countertops here and they are not holding up the way I had expected. Almost immediately I recognized the cabinets and sink scratch very easily with just normal usage. By now almost every drawer/door/shelf has some mark on it where the stain has come off and there are chips on some of the drawers/doors. The sink scratches extremely easily too - just placing standard dishes in it causes scratches. It looks terrible. Also one of our cabinets is literally pulling apart - there is a gap between the bottom and the side panel.We did have issues with the fabrication and installation of the countertops but the owner helped rectify that situation relatively quickly by bringing in a different company to fix some of the damage. Some of the issues we just have to live with (chips) as the quality of the granite is not great. But I guess it’s to be expected based on the price vs. other places.I would not recommend buying a sink from them or a granite countertops and, for the cabinets, make sure to get a touch up kit (or several) because you will need it - a lot.

I really dont have issues with the cabinets from Pentwater, however, the delivery organization needs improvements.The delivery man didnt even let us know that the items he delivered. However, I received a note that the items have been delivered and I should leave a feedback. There it is.The delivery happened and the items left unattended.Anyone could have taken it. Why the communication tools if its not used?I was told to be here to wait but no calls, no texts, no doorbell rings that they had arrived...This is illogical and not up to business standards.

I had an issue with a cabinet after I moved into a new home and contacted Pentwater. They were helpful in telling me how to fix the problem and also sent me some items to solve another issue. These were probably issues from the contractor that installed them, not the cabinets themselves. The cabinets are beautiful and I hope to have them for a very long time.

Im sure you already know how lucky you are to have Brian Alagna on your team, but I want to let you know how VERY GLAD I was to have Brian on my team for my recent kitchen remodel. This was a once in a lifetime event for me and I had no previous knowledge of kitchen remodels. Brian came in and went over my preliminary drawings making excellent suggestions. He came back 2-3 times once the demo was under way to ensure that as my design changed the cabinet order still made sense. He returned all my many calls and made sure I had everything I needed - down to the little pots of white paint and filler sticks.So thats the nuts and bolts of the story. Then theres his passion for what he does. You cant train someone to be passionate about what they do. You either have it or you dont and Brian has it in spades. Where do I begin! This is my 4th project with Brian, my 2nd personal home and he has gone above and beyond for me, for my clients, and for my family to build custom looking kitchens at a much more affordable price. It comes down to 3 things good quality cabinets, a great designer who listens to what I want or what my clients want, and an excellent carpenter to put the ideas together.
