This particular pacsun is the Best store in that mall maybe the greatest store in the Galaxy because of the absolute units working there each and every employee working this day deserves a raise in compensation for god tier customer service no tipping option on the card machine is a literal bank robbery happening every day while these soldiers of service are putting the Lombard location on the map

Horrible! I walked in and never got greeted, all the employees were sitting down behind the counter. They were like about six of them complaining about how slow it was, um its probably slow cause THEY DONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOU!I know how bad it gets during the holidays but come on! I needed an item for a Christmas present but walked right out after, hell noNever again!

Not greeted at all even though policy states you need to be greeted within 15sec. Not too busy and workers were talking behind counter and not as productive as they could have been with multiple shirts needing board folding and a bass speaker plugged in on the ground.

They rude but still going some items

My 17 yr. old daughter purchased a shirt that she thought was on sale but then rang up for a total of $38.10. She gave $40.10 cash and the salesperson seemed to struggle with how much change to return. She asked about the receipt which he said was in the bag. 10 minutes later she decided she didnt want the shirt because of the cost and went to return it. The same salesperson said she couldnt get the full price since she didnt have a receipt ( which he supposedly put in the bag) She asked for a manager who was as rude as the salesperson. The manager couldnt find a sale in the register for $38.10 and said he could only give her $19 which was the sales price. Upset and frustrated she didnt know what to do so she took it and asked for the district managers name and number. By the time she got to her car, the store manager called her and said a $20 bill was found on the floor so she could come back and get it. So she ended up making an extra $1.00 but it is obvious more was going on here. My opinion is he planned on pocketing the extra money and probably has been successful doing so in the past and only got caught this time because of the quick turnaround. I have left 2 messages for the district manager with no return call. Guess attitude trickles down. I have all three names but choose not to post it. They know who they are!! Wont go back thats for sure.

Cheap, trendy and casual. Good for just bumming around.

Decent after Christmas sales. Dressing rooms are looking a bit run down, but nice service personnel on staff.

A bit pricey but lots of nice styles. Best to go during sale time!

I’m a sales person as well (not here luckily) I expect the same service as I give.. I understand costumers can be a pain and I didn’t ask for much at ALL, I wanted to return 3 shirts and rebuy one since it got marked down for less value I told him exactly that and he was like “soooo you wanna return and rebuy” rolling his eyes at me (talking to me like I was stupid)...LIKE SERIOUSLY? You don’t need to roll your eyes.. and act smart I said yess.. and since that bother him I told him “or is their an easier way for you to do that “ in reality I wanted to tell him “with out you having to work soo hard don’t want to brake your fingers” ..(I hope he reads it) seriously if you don’t wanna work their just don’t ..share positive attitude and be nice!! Please !! I feel bad for the guy honestly when people have bad attitudes makes me think about their parents what kind manners did they show him. Sales person was 517750 I’m sorry but not letting people get away with being mean..specially if we don’t do anything to them..? I wouldn’t want my mom, brothers or anyone being treated like this

Good Employees, I had many questions that where answered.

I love pacsun, and the styles and varieties offered here are amazing, Im just not a fan of the style of customer service here. It isnt the fault of the employees, just that the mall atmosphere forces them to be ultra cautious of shoplifters and very over attentive.
