My family and i have known the lady who works there for a long time now. She is absolutely wonderful. Her store is amazing and everything in it.

Today, i went with a friend. when i didn’t get my $10 change, she thought i was stealing when my friend told her. she took my receipt so i have no proof i had change. she also has my phone number on it. i never EVER want to go that store again. i might get a call tonight that she is short on cash. that was my dads money and SHE is the one stealing from an autistic TEENAGER.

I went here a couple years ago before the Covid-19 outbreak. My father waited in the mall food court and I went inside to go look around because the store was the whole reason we went to the mall. I was looking at the squishies they had at the time and I decided to touch one because I wanted to know if they were the slow rise kind. Suddenly I hear this woman yell in a very annoyed voice HEY YOURE NOT SUPPOSED TO TOUCH! and I quickly turned around. This older woman came over to me, looking very angry, and pointed to a sign that said Dont touch the squishies that was hung out of my line of sight. I looked at her awkwardly, nodded, and apologized because I didnt see the sign. I quickly looked around the front of the store and didnt bother with the back. I rushed outside to my father because I was so embarrassed. I was around 12-13 at the time of this happening. I hope the service is better now.

Ive been going here for years, since elementary school, and loved it ever since. Its family-owned and not at all tied to other Too Cool stores at other malls. Everything she has is official merchandise, hense the prices, which I totally understand. Since its usually only her watching the store, of course she has to carefully watch people viewing expensive items. Understand that these are official products. Shes very serious about getting her customers only the best.

The woman in the store was fine until I went to go ask her a question to see if the store carried a certain item. I showed her a picture on my phone and she cuts me off saying “No, we don’t have that. OBVIOUSLY.” I don’t think it was very obvious as the entire store is filled to the ceiling with (overpriced) merchandise and “ask for assistance” signs everywhere. She could have just left her answer at no but decided to make a rude remark over a simple question. I was excited walking in and annoyed walking out—find somewhere else to shop for your trinkets.

Ive been going to this place ever since i was 10 and now 17. I love the place and go whenever i get the chance. All the items there are really good with prices. The little older lady is really nice to me, but i dont think she remembers me since i grew out my hair. I just love the little collections that are hard to find other places. I truly recommend going to this place.

I went to this store for the first time a month ago and it was too cool! Haha. I loved the BTS merchandise and they even had Keroro Gunso posters! The lady was very nice and friendly to me, I’m not sure why these other reviews are so harsh.

It’s a very nice chill store! prices are a bit high but since goods are imported it’s understandable

There is a wide variety of things to buy here, and have good pricing compared to the other places I have seen similar items. The staff greeted us as we walked in, and smiled. When deciding on what to buy, the man behind the counter handed us a bag to see the items more clearly. We did not feel rushed, and were treated kindly. This is my first experience with this store, and it seemed like a great place to shop.

Rude staff. My child bought a surprise bag with her Christmas money. Then we asked about a squishy in the window. The sales lady said it wasn’t for sale, it was damaged. We then said well maybe it’s not a good idea to display something if it’s not for sale. She said, “That’s your opinion.” And we said well we won’t come shop here again, and she just laughed. Well, the opinion of the customer DOES matter. If she was rude like that to us at first, we never would have bought anything there to begin with. And, we will never be back again.

As a kid, I used to enjoy this place a lot, because it had pokemon and anime merch, but whenever I come into the place, all I see are a bunch of bootleg toys being sold for rather high prices. But what really sets me off was what happened today. I was going there with a friend so we can have something to do while we waited for my family to pick us up, and I found this one product that seemed to be interesting. My friend was by my side, and bumped into me, just for a joke. I dropped the item from my hands, which made it fall into one of my bags, and the moment I was going to pick it out of the bag, a lady came over to me and accused me of stealing. We tried to explain to her that it was all a mistake, but she hit us both in the temples of our heads, and told us to leave or she will call security, even though we couldve explain it all if she gave us the chance. When we got out, I immediately grabbed my mom, who was really frustrated when she heard the story, and had one big talk with that lady. When the lady was asked if she really hit us in the head, she lied and said she just poked us, and started touching me again, and when I told her to stop touching me, she didnt. Then, when she was asked for security footage, she said there were no security cameras, which just ruined her side even more. We decided to leave the topic with that, and never come back to that store again. I give it one star out of five, just only because those childhood memories are holding me back from giving a zero, because of the bad staff and the quality of the products.

The lady that owns the place is so rude .We were buying notebooks and we thought it was a different price and when we told her we didn’t mean to get those Bc they were to expensive she said “What do u thing this is .”We just let us slide .And then my friend had to pay with Apple Pay and we said we didn’t know and we grabbed all our change with was coins, and she fr our on gloves !And started voicing the change disgustedly.And she started laughing Bc we had no dollar bills and just coins .And too too it off I found 10 dollars in my pocket and we only need one more dollar and I told her that and she just pushed all the coins and me and my friends had to pick them up and she just paid with the 10 dollars .and when we were picking up the coins she just started laughing .The lady is so rude.

Two of my daughters went shopping there today, to buy something for their sister, after looking around for 10 minutes, a lady that works there was recording them with her phone. I guess she doesnt trust white girls.

I love this store!! The lady is so nice and helpful there and has many cool anime stuff I couldnt believe my eyes!!! I really recommend this place if you like squishys or hello kitty then this is the place for you. There is Many stuff with high prices which is reasonable bc you cant get them anywhere else!! The lady who owns the store seems... Emotional? I mean, one minute shes smiling, but as soon as you ask her a simple question, her smile immediately looks forced, and usually replies with I dont know or read the package or something similar. The pricing on the ty merch is good(sometimes a dollar over but at least its cheaper than Claires, they sell standard beanie boos for the same prices as thier exusives, which the exusives are at leat $10.00 plus tax) but the rest of thier merch(the anime stuff and video game stuff) is a bit expensive. And from seeing several other reviews, it seems most of the merch(minus ty) is bootleg or knockoff. Im not giving 1 star only because thier ty merch is 100% real. Dont let all the bad reviews (including mine) stop you from seeing for yourself. Everyones opinions are different. 😊

I love this place I have a lot of squishes but if u go there like it is the best squishes candy like I want to live there I was looking for squishes store for a long time and when I went to this mall I was hoping and looking for squishes store and then my little brother Casey said bell there is a squishes store and I went to tell my cousin mia and we ran to it I was like Casey this not a squishes store I mean it looks like it and then I saw in the window squishes I was about to fant and me and my cousin ran in there we screamed squishes!!! And we told each other to take a picture and I bought two squishes and my cousin could not get one so I said sorry u cant get one she said it is ok she was mad for a minute but yea so I saved up for some money and I am going to go 👍🏻👌🏼✌🏼✌🏼️✌🏼️✌🏼️✌🏼️✌🏼️✌🏼️✌🏼️

This is the worst store to go to for anime plushs I just got a freakin natsu plush for $24 AND IT WAS FAKE NEVER COME TO THIS GOD DAMN STORE. So do yourself a favor and dont come to this store, so please my friends never come here EVER

The lady is very mean and rude. The store also has small notes all over it telling you not to do this or that. My friend said she went there and she touched a stuffed animal and the lady called the security guards to get my friend out of the store
