Serge is a great guy but most importantly he a master at his profession. I called, made an appointment and he even gave me his GPS location to show estimated time of arrival. I dont know anything about my garage door and he could have very easily charged me more money, but he didnt. He gave me a bargain. I only wish I could call him for my other home needs and not be limited to Garage doors and lock.

Serg nstalled a brand new lift master and rollers. I could always here the garage door coming up from my bedroom, now I can barely hear it when Im standing next to the garage door, its that quiet . He also replace the door seal and a door cap on my other garage door.

My home garage door wouldn’t open so I called around for quotes to get a new opener installed. Alpha was the most reasonably priced with quickest response to my house than any other company. When the technition arrived he found that my gear was worn out, and instead of needing to replace the entire opener, I just needed the gear for much cheaper than I would of paid for the new opener and installation. Technician was friendly and explained everything thoroughly which proved to me they are experienced and knowledgable.

They didnt do it right and the cables were off and when the door would shut it was not level at the bottom when closing to the ground. He went in recalibrated set up a new remote and has very extensive knowledge. I would always turn to him in my future needs for my door especially with this cold weather.
