John and Team at the Yorktown Lids know their stuff and have excellent customer service

Went in to get a hat embroidered today and it was nice. Shoutout to CJ who helped me out, was super chill and helpful.

Brought a hat in to get embroidered and some how the machine glitched and messed the whole design up, it was busy so Im pretty sure they just walked away and didnt pay attention then the store manager didnt want to help and expected me to pay for a new hat when they ruined a brand new hat a specific one at that because the lids stores dont sell this hat so I had to find it else where. Was supposed to be a gift but its completely ruined!! Thanks to the lady cashier who was doing all she can to help but the male and manager are terrible. Never again

Stopped in here to get snapback for the birthday and ended up buying 3 they knew what they were doing.

Lids is always a great place to buy your hats from but this particular purchase from lids was a Pro Standard hat with a leather or whatever type of material bib and I had the hat for a month and wear it for like 3 weeks. And the leather or whatever material it is has started to kind of melt away. Im a little upset about it but I paid $20 for the hat it was on sale. Now I see why. But overall I have good experiences.

I like them because they have a different kind of hat and style that goes along with the hats that they have at lids. And then they always close and always got something I can get online.

Browsed at Lids, Yorktown Center, 223 Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard, IL 60148 and found some nice hats that were available for purchase. Great staff and stock options here.
