We ordered two drinks this morning and they tasted GREAT! As a Starbucks Visa card holder, I was able to use coupons for free drinks too.The store was very busy in the drive thru and we received our order at the walk up window quickly. The barista was very friendly and kind.

Employees are great here. No complaints there but I just try to never go to Starbucks where they don’t have bathrooms. It feels illogical and unethical to sell a diuretic and laxative but only have bathrooms at some stores.

They are always out of products majority of food items and drink toppings, this location might as well change the menu to reflect what they can actually serve you

Somehow a blonde Americano Ive ordered at this location tasted very watery and reminded me of diner coffee.

Drive thrunis always busy, but the line moves fast. Service is efficient. Limited parking if you prefer to walk up and place your order.

Was pleasantly surprised by this local. Walked up to the window and made eye contact with a barista. Before I knew it one was opening the window and taking my order. I waited a few minutes and my order was ready. The employees I interacted with were very professional and courteous.

Being a drive thru location, I thought I’d be bummed to have to order and not have that “Starbucks feel”. However, the tables outside and the modern look of it made up for it. I’m sure on a rainy day, my outlook would be a whole lot different but for the time I was there, I enjoyed the July weather here. Drinks are great even though you don’t get that “friendly feel” of talking with a barista as you do in other locations.

Sometimes they forget an item ordered but I always go back and get it. No issues when I go get the missing item(s,). Good staff and very cheerful

Just went to drive through, not is worse than warm coffee with way too much cream. This is not the first time, how can these baristas give you warm coffee. Really pisses me off

They messed up on mine and my husbands Tea OK not a big deal I just let it go. A few days later I went there in the morning before work to get coffee. The girl working had a bit of an attitude maybe was having a bad day I don’t know but As I was watching one of the workers make my coffee I noticed they did not add a shot of espresso like I asked so I told the girl I think they forgot to add a shot... she said yes we did we know what we are doing ! So I’m not going back

I had a problem and they said that they had a glitch but not one of the operators said we will help you out will give you a free drink or no apologies no nothing and it was their fault and I had to wait an hour and a half just to get something to drink and when I called the the 1-800 number they the lady operator never said were sorry never said you know were going to make it better for you heres a extra bonus drink on us for making a mistake because she clearly said that it was a glitch on their side no I got the recording because they record everything and never cuz theres other places you could drink but I usually use you service because theyre all over and when you start getting overpopulated with all kinds of Starbucks you start making mistakes know if your customer the customer is always right no matter what so thats why Im giving it the way it is and either they make it better or I stop drinking the coffee but since theyre multi-million-dollar they dont care about one person they should but they dont so Im going to call him again Im going to let him know and see how the outcome goes and if they dont no see we swear sorry were going to give you a complimentary drink to lessen my mind and thinking that you know theyre there already pushing it to where they think theres a best coffee house in the world no theyre not no making it better is making the client feel better about the company because without us they will not be no Starbucks and they have so much coffee which one coffee to make the customer feel right to spend more money with them did the lady was I cant see route because she was kind of rude All rights granted but Starbucks aint this aint the Starbucks in you when they first 30 doing nice and courteous now you got you got people that answer the phone that dont even know what theres whats going on so very disappointed very disappointed

I was in a hurry today and since the drive thru was long, I parked and ordered a plain coffee. Of course with my luck they had to brew more coffee (they did not tell me this when I ordered). I ended up waiting 5 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. And they do not have the karafe with half and half set out. I like extra cream and so they gave me cream in a side cup, but it was not enough and I eventually went home and added more milk. Its just not the same as when you add your own cream and sugar...

And its even faster if you order ahead of time using the Starbucks mobile app - this location is designed for efficiency.I was pleased with how quick they were to take care of me, but even more impressed with how the employees are always smiling and friendly, even in a fast-paced location.Today I forgot to place my mobile order and had no idea until I got there. They went ABOVE & BEYOND any customer service I have ever had to make up for my mistake, even though this put extra stress/pressure on themselves during the morning rush.

On last Friday 27th, my bf and I went to the Starbucks drive thru at 12:10pm, the person who was handle the food DIDNT HAVE A MASK NOR GLOVES.I WANT TO ASK TO THE STARBUCKS MANAGER, WHERE WAS THE SOCIAL DISTANCE, THE PRECAUTIONS TO STOP THE VIRUS. also she gave us attitude when I asked her fo a sip kid, she grabbed it with her bare hands by the sip.Now Im wondering if this is the reason WHY I AM SICK😡😡😡. This is incredibly.I not even want to give it 1 star but I have no opinion.

For a drive thru Starbucks they are fast first thing in the morning. This place gets a lot of people so Im glad that every time I come I get my order quick and Im on my way to work.

Out of the ingredients that i needed for the drink i ordered. FORGOT to put the dragonfruit inclusion in my drink, addressed the mistake and the employee put the pieces in my drink outside of the window - placed the LID on the counter outside of the window....wasn’t able to poke my straw thru the lid in the car because he put the LID that was placed on the counter BACK onto the drink, didn’t bother to put a NEW LID on my drink. very poor customer service and cleanliness. never coming back here again

I’ve been going to various Starbucks on my way to work since I started working the late shift at my job. They messed up my order and overcharged me today. I ordered coffee. Simple, right? They gave me iced coffee. I said hot coffee. They handed me an americano with milk added. Not only is that not what I wanted, it has way less caffeine than what I wanted. As an added note, this is not the first time they messed up my drink order. I will not be going to this location again.

New location in Lomita. Drive through only but it has some tables for those who want to hang around while enjoying their drinks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking space is a little bit limited.

Absolutely horrible location, driveway is very narrow, does not accommodate a car entering and exiting at the same time. Slow service, however the baristas are friendly and knowledgeable.

I thought it was strange when the fat white barista was smirking behind the cashiers window. She was giggling with everyone else in the place, now I have frequent diarrhea. This is not good.

Been here a few times mostly out of convenience. employees tend to be disconnected and cold, and Ive gotten my drink made wrong on multiple occasions. Once I had to go back later in the day because I was charged full price even though I told the barista I had my partner discount (Im a barista at another drive through). Today I spent 12 minutes waiting in the drive through with no apology or recovery card. Sorry guys
