Great store and great customer service!!The young lady cashier on Saturday October 16th exemplified superior customer service. Most stores have a no return policy which I totally get. I got a pair of underwear for a date. As with any undies you can’t try them on, and buying and sizing is a game of luck!Well I bought them, as they can sometimes cost a pretty penny and my luck they were too big. So I go back not 30 minutes later I explained to the clerk I just bought them and they were to big. She understood and with grace said we have a no return policy. I explained I just simply took them out of the box and she empathized as I almost started to cry. She examined the pair and said what do you need? I a simply said a smaller size and she said “we can make it work”. She was polite as when I bought them and made the whole experience pleasurable! I had this problem before at a different store and the difference in service was polar opposite (Circus of Books in Weho) like war and peace! This here is how customers should be treated!This is a top notch store and has earned a lifetime customer because of her willingness to help. I’m gonna go back and buy two more! Treat your customers well and I’ll tell everyone I know to go to this store top-notch service, gets top-notch customers. Thank you for representing this store in a great way. You’re lucky to have her! Give her a raise!!
