Dont waste your time because they dont care about customer satisfaction or service.
We always go here. The owner is great to deal with and we support our local people before big box.
However things were 3 years ago are not the case now.We have madepurchases here over the years. The equipment is good that they sell.Top quality tools sold by Low quality people.You will NOT be treated like you matter.They only want to sell new tools for the most part.They require CASH or Debit card for ALL REPAIRS .. EXPECT THIS.This is fine, however being treated so poorly is not acceptable in todays world..I think i will be looking for another location to service our equipment....

After taking 2 pieces of equipment to be repaired, and paying top door for the repair, I was stupid enough to try a third time. When I received the phone call with the diagnosis, which cost $30, I decided for the amount they charged to repair the weed wacker, I could buy a new one of the same brand. I dont mind the high price for the repair,it is my option to take it or leave it. I do mind being handed a box of parts that were taken off the tool, and being told we dont put it back together unless we fix it!
Total rip-off on repairs make sure you’re told the price before authorizing the work
I have been going to this store for close to 10 years, after purchasing a Stihl hedge trimmer and a Stihl combo blower/yard vacuum-shreader. They have been very helpful with supplies and the occasional service... even stuff I didnt buy there!
