Terrible customer service. Three year old defective Therma-Tru front door with no recourse for warranty support. These people won’t answer their phone or return an email. Avoid this place like the plague.

I purchased a total of four replacement sashes for 20 year old windows on two separate occasions this summer. On the first order, the internal grill was missing. This was promptly corrected. On the second order, there was an issue with Harveys internal process for relating the original dimensions to their updated manufacturing process. This resulted in a lot of back and forth calls and emails to ensure that the sashes were being made to the correct size. The issue was turned over to Amanda Sciutto who investigated the delay and worked to expedite manufacture. Although both orders were incorrectly processed, resulting in delays, Harvey eventually came through. In the second order, Amanda followed up promptly, with clear explanations regarding the issues and went as far as contacting my local distributor to ensure that they had received the sashes. The fit and finish of the replacement sashes is very good. One cannot distinguish them from the original sashes.

My Harvey slider was stuck shut. The Harvey dream team showed up, drilled out the door, replaced, vacuumed and were done in a minimal amount of time. Zlatan Refer and Hector Velez were professional friendly and accommodating. If your Harvey slider is stuck...only ask for the dream team!

I needed to replace all the windows in my home. I did all the measurements myself and called one of the contractors I know who deal with Harvey as they do not sell to the public. Harvey is a contractors best friend. The contractor ordered the windows for me and delivered them to me. I installed the windows myself. Easy process. Harvey makes some of the best quality windows I have ever installed. I would recommend them to anyone.

I arrived at receiver . Only 3 doors. 1 truck was backed into a dock . While I checked in a UPS truck backed into door 28 that was assigned to me . So I took the door next to 28. Guy told me to move after UPS guy left and while another truck backed into 28. He said the door I was in was not assign to 18 wheelers.So I had to back into another spot . They loaded and unload 4 trucks . Then took lunch then loaded or unload another truck after lunch that arrived after lunch. Well all I can say is long waiting time .At least the person said they were sorry. Just wondering why they could not unload me before the UPS guy and before lunch .
