About a year ago, I had signs made and the process was very smooth and staff was very helpful. The signs were installed and then over time the signs began to darken, on one sign so bad that you couldnt make out the name of the business, and other sign was beginning to darken. I took a picture of both signs and sent it to Fast Signs to indicate how dissatisfied and disappointed I was. Within 24 hours, I received a response from them to state that there was something wrong with the laminate that went over the signs, and that the signs would be replaced free of charge. In a week the signs were replaced, the old signs taken down and the new signs put up, all at no charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A VERY APPRECIATIVE CUSTOMER! It is rare to find this kind of accountability in a company.

Santoie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful and professional and was able to provide important insight that allowed us to get the exact products we needed. She was prompt in her communication with me and went the extra mile to provide the up most professional customer service. I was assigned to do a last minute project at work that required an entire wall of our building needing vinyl designs and for all of that to be up in less than 3 days for a client visit. A project this large took at least 5-7 business days to cut and print when I asked for quotes and lead times everywhere else. Robb and the entire Fast Signs team were so extremely helpful and fast, and I cannot thank them enough. Not only did they have it it completely finished a day earlier than expected, but they worked day and night to make sure I would have the wall done in time for our big client visit. The prices were amazing, the service was amazing, and the quality of the work when it was finished was nothing short of amazing!
