We met Melissa Hulse, “Missy”She walked us through all the options, explained all the current discounts that apply and narrowed down the beds we liked most. We did not purchase that day. Missy did not pressure us and let us know when we were ready to come back.She followed up the following week to review the new offers. Run... dont walk to the Long Beach Sleep Number store. Chris is the epitome of customer service. He knows the products and can easily explain the difference. We were able to experience the comfort and technology of multiple mattresses. We also enjoyed speaking with Missy, the second sales person in the store. Both Chris and Missy are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I cant wait for the mattress system to be delivered.

We had a great experience. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us. Social distancing and hygiene/ cleaning of beds/ individual pillow protectors were accommodated. The beds are amazing and the SleepIQ technology helped me understand and visually see why my back has been hurting. We can’t wait to get our new bed!

It was time to upgrade our daughter to a full size sleep number bed so we called and talked to Chris to find out if we could stop in, he said he would be there to welcome us when we showed up. As soon as we arrived he was able to pull up our information in system, since we are owners of a king size sleep number bed and help us find not only the right bed but also took time to explain the benefit of the features and how it was the right choice to fit our daughter needs. Thanks to Chris not only did we get a great bed for her but also got some new pillows that are amazing, which he also helped us pick out. He is a knowledgeable and practical with his suggestions but we felt so well taken care of not to mention the great price we got on our purchases. Keep up the good work! Our sale rep was excellent. Showed us the advantages and comfort of the Sleep Number Mattresses. He spent time with us showing us all the many features and options that were available to us. We left the showroom with excitement, looking forward to the Delivery of our new bed.

Walked in after calling. We were buying a bed for a senior. I asked 200 times for special discounts for teachers, first responders and seniors...told no. Bought a bed and went online..BOOM $50.00 OFF coupon. So, no. Me no likey!!! But we still bought the bed.
