I would love to leave them no stars but clearly thats not an option. My UPS package was sent to this store by default after not being available to receive the package at my residence. I simply called to see if the package was in fact at this location. Upon calling I was helped by JOSEPH who was very rude. He told me he was too busy to help me because he had customers in front of him. Why is the telephone customer representative unable to help me? I asked to speak to someone else and was denied. Im mainly writing this review in hopes that management will read this and properly deploy their employees. It is baffling that this is the standard for customer at Belmont Heights Market. PLEASE GET JOSEPH SOME PROPER TRAINING AND PLAN FOR A MORE SUITABLE LABOR DEPLOYMENT SO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE SATISFIED OTHERWISE WE WILL BE HAPPY TO RETURN TO THIS PLACE WHEN THEY TEAR IT DOWN AND MAKE IT A CHIPOTLE!

The people whos working there are very nice.

I go here all the time when I’m at the library, which is a few stores away ! Hector be cracking me up when I’m stressed from all the homework I be doing !
