I spoke with Jeff today. To his credit, I am a freight broker and was calling in an attempt to expand my network (my least favorite part of my job). In an effort to provide for my family, I make these calls on a daily basis and most of the time the companies I call are set up and do not require my services. Jeff was unlike most representatives and I think it really speaks to his character. Jeff went out of his way to belittle me and told me, before abruptly hanging up, I get calls from pieces of s.h.i.t. like you all of the time. It left me feeling sick to my stomach. There are plenty of crane dealers out there, avoid this one - especially Jeff. He proved today that he is not a decent human being and not worthy of your business. Kindness goes a long way, even in business.
