The workers look like they love to work here. That makes the experience for the customers so much better. We received recommendations that we couldnt pass over. They were very knowledgeable on what they had.

My all time favorite Honey Jasmine iced tea was so refreshing and much needed before realizing I was long overdue for some hydration. They open at 12 noon and everything is mostly blocked off because of COVID guidelines. Im sad they dont have those mouse ears caps any more for my bottle and the server said those are discontinued.5 stars overall for service, quality and price.

It was hard guessing the flavored macarons. Dont get me wrong, theyre pretty and very colorful but I couldnt distinguish what I was tasting. Just tasted softness texture and high amounts of sugar.I recommend their signature Thai Iced drink tho. That definitely had flavor.

First timers...took my kids for a treat and they did not disappoint! We had a Vietnamese coffee with cotton candy on the cup, Passionfruit tea, cheesecake in the jar and oreo ice cream. Everything was great, especially the passion fruit tea, it was made with fresh passionfruits!!!

Pretty cool spot, parking is hard to find. Pretty pricy here but the drinks do look nice when they give it to you.

Pretty tasty! This place hits the spot for a random craving! Cheesecake bar is replaced now by the cheesecake jar which tastes the same to me but in a nice and cute free jar! I do miss the bars however because the jar makes it hard to eat because of how cold it was. I wish I could have ate it sooner!

What can I say about this place, except its so freaking cute and amazing! I wanted to try everything on the menu! I ended up going with the Thai tea and we also got the Jasmine milk tea. Both were delicious! I also got the Cloud Monster which is basically adding a huge puff of cotton candy on top, which was super cute and delicious. They also offer macaroon ice cream sandwiches which looked delicious, but I didnt try. I was also impressed that they sell reusable jars #sustainability :P Im going to end honest, the main reason I came was to get the drink Im the lightbulb glass, but I am going to be a repeat/regular customer because it was so delicious! Highly recommend this place!

Went in and ordered a hot coffee, the girl that was taking and making the orders made it iced. When I told her that my coffee was supposed to be hot she said: You have to let us know. Which I did, so I told her I did. Didn’t even apologize or made any effort to correct her mistake. Horrible service, I expect more from any business that is located on 2nd st.

Been wanting to try snow monster for a while. Got the cloud which is their cotton candy. Definitely dont need full sugar in your drink cause you got a cloud of sugar ! Fun experience, the Mexican chocolate ice cream was delicious. Not too sweet, slightly bitter, just right

The place inside is pretty cool, the ice cream sandwiches and jar drinks are deliciously their boba arent to soft ( good thing ) the jar drinks are a bit pricey but you do get to take them home. The only downside is that the place is always packed(long ling)and not enough seating space.

I got a macaron ice cream sandwich. The oreo macaron was pretty good and so was the Nutella ice cream. Great place for photo ops for Instagram and Snapchat.

They stopped serving shaved snow. Its in the name and they took it off the menu. It was amazing and my only reason for going. Sunset strawberry lemonade is still nice.

Good matcha, but kinda chalky. Girls loved their Thai teas. Cool atmosphere, clean, bright. Kids playing jenga.

A modified version of the usual boba you can have. Not something really spectacular in terms of taste and flavor uniqueness but those cotton candies on top and the bottles they give you or sold you are really cute and something you can reuse too. Parking wise is a pain in the ass or I just dont know much about long beach.

The best dessert place on 2nd Street. The interior is great for photo ops of you or your treats, and the “be a monster wall” is perfect for instagram pictures. The teas and macarons are amazing and the staff definitely knows what they are doing when it comes to crafting these decorative and delicious desserts.

A lively, welcoming beverage shop. I felt at home from the minute I walked into this place. An exciting array of tasty drinks and handmade ice cream sandwiches.This place is lit with Edison Bulbs, has rocking chairs in the main seating area, and picnic tables upstairs, in their loft seating. I came here to cool down on a hot day and I was NOT disappointed!

Ordered a giant macaron ice cream sandwich as well as an iced matcha latte. The taro flavored ice cream was not too sweet and the flavor of the taro was subtle. The macaron cookies were chewy, the right amount of sweet, and so good. The matcha flavor was a bit bitter but blended with the milk well. The gals behind the counter were friendly and made our order very quickly.I will absolutely be back here.

I like Boba tea with taste of tea. Pricy and a little over sweet macaron ice cream sandwich costs it one star. At a location that is hard to find parking on busy days, but you can go paddle board with your boba >.

This is the second time Ive come here and theyve had a limited cookie selection for their ice cream sandwiches, but this time there were only two options available of which neither was very appealing to me. Im not dairy friendly, so i cant speak about the ice cream. the cookies - when they have the good flavors - are delicious. the teas look adorable in their specialty glasses. my niece likes the ice cream cloud.

Definitely an interesting take on deserts a little bit innovative similar to a Cold Stone but I would rate them higher for sure and definitely so in that regard when it comes to customer service everyone who Ive seen this location has just been super helpful and super friendly. If it werent for just a little bit more originality it would been at five star review

So this was a pretty place, very up to date and clean looking. The service was friendly and helpful. We had a dilemma with the ice cream sandwich so they let us sample the ice cream. The ice cream is good and creamy. The Thai tea was sweet and good but similar to the less expensive places. I got the two soveiner glasses which were $3 each plus the cost of the drink. For two drinks with glass bottles and one ice cream sandwich it came out to about $21. We had a nice relaxing time overall.

I hadnt had an icecream sandwich in years. I am super glad I chose Snow Monster to bring my desert appetite back to life! I had butter icecream on a pecan cookie with an oat-milk hot matcha latte to go with it! What a treat! I sat upstairs which is cozy and made me feel on to of the world. I was there in the afternoon bu myself, but it looks like a cool place to go to on a late Friday night. Check it out!

I am so disappointed!! I have been to this location 5 times in the last week and they never seem to be able to get it together!!I was just there and they DO NOT have any snow!! How is that possible?? Its 12:45 in the afternoon! I watched customer after customer walk out! Also they have Not had the Mango flavor (which is the only thing I want) in weeks. If its the most popular flavor, WHY dont you increase you order, so you are not constantly running out?!?! You are letting sales and profits walk right out the door. As a business owner myself, I dont understand why that simple fix can not be done!!Will you guys ever get it together or just become one of those companies that had the potential, but was so poorly managed you just failed? Only time will tell.Wanted to give 1/2 a star, but wasnt an option.

Excellent customer service. Workers are always so nice and the ice cream and drinks are delicious. Recommend going Monday thru Thursday its less packed. Also have a chill sitting area perfect for those that need the picture perfect background.

I used to come here very, very often. They had a great selection of drinks, macarons, oreo stuffed cookies, shaved snow, etc. However, it seems that the owners have taken off so many things off the menu and it is like purely drinks and macron ice cream sandwiches now. Maybe its because the other things cost more to have then what thy were making off of them (business decision). I dont know but still kinda slowly turning into a boba house with ice cream sandwiches. Anyway, I still come but not as often, Like i said, if its boba, I can get that anywhere else. Unfortunately I wouldnt make a drive just for their macaron ice cream sandwiches. Nonetheless I do still come and they have a nice atmosphere in there. I would totally rate it 5 stars back in the day, nowadays Ill have to say 3. The staff is friendly. No complaints there and they keep the place pretty clean. The Prices are OK. Its average what it would typically cost anywhere else. The drinks are good. They have variety of drinks to choose from. Would I continue to come? Sure but maybe just once every month or 2.Check them out if you are in the area.

Not very good. One staff in total, doubled as a cashier/chef. So super slow. Ordered a hot latte. It was extremely sugary.

Came here for the first time on Christmas night. It was PACKED! But shot out to the two employees working that night that were just hustlingggggg. Beyond busy with a line out the door and they were nice to every customer. Let’s hope the manager paid them well for working a holiday night without help.

Persimmon shaved ice is now my new favorite shaved ice flavor, i cant even explain how good it taste. The sweet potato want really style of taste, but the persimmon shaved ice sauce made up for it, the glistening orange glaze.. so good. I wish there was this shaved ice down in the OC like Buenos park or garden grove or some thing. I have to drive to CA every time i want to eat this. Great flavor overall!

OMG. I LOVE this place. Every time I go to Los Angeles (Long Beach location), I have to stop there for some Thia Tea (sweetened) or a strawberry lemonade with one of the ice cream sandwiches. So good !!

Great service, at the time we went, great atmosphere. Menus could be posted in better locations or have more of them. The macaroons were way to sugary sweat. Ice cream was great though.

Its ice cream sandwiches made with macarons, fancy teas with or without boba, and quirky ambience. The ice cream is tasty (I had the browned butter) and my daughter went with her go-to, cookies and cream. Its all very sweet, so I wouldnt suggest the cloud of cotton candy unless you can handle too-sweet stuff. It can get pretty busy, but both times weve gone, the wait was non-existent. They also gave my daughter a color-changing spoon, which sent her into child heaven.

Beautiful location and great staff. Whenever I go there, the people are very accommodating and patient, which is great because I like to go there with my grandfather, who is a little bit slow as he is disabled. Great boba and icecream. I would recommend buying one of the reusable glass bottles so that you can fill it up any time you go there without producing additional plastic waste. (They do not have metal boba straws, so make sure you bring your own.) If you are eating in, they provide metal spoons, which are super cute and add to the homey feel.

The kiddo loved his horchata with cotton candy! Its very loud in there with metal chairs, and laminate floors. The echoes are hard to deal with of youre trying to hang out and chat.

This placd has fantastic drinks aswell as a beautiful presentation. The place itself has a wonderful atmoshere and always has people of all ages in it. Although their drinks are good on a special occasion, I paid more than I ever have for a thai tea boba there. I would absolutely love this place if only the prices were a little lower. Though, I will say that you pay for the atmosphere and presentation.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I don’t like in L.A. but when I visit, always indulge here! Gorgeous food, nice ambiance, great options.

The regular shaved snow is HUGE -- be warned! The snow seemed a bit icier/more water-y than the snow I’ve had at other places (SnowLA comes to mind as the paragon of deliciousness) but was still pretty good. Different, but good. In my experience, the snow flavor tended to seep from the outside in, so that the snow on the outside of the mound was not very flavorful, and the snow on the inside of the mound had super-concentrated flavor. Still, the shop is very hip / eat-in friendly, the employees were wonderful and enthusiastic, and the ice cream flavors were fun. I would give it a 4.5/5 if half stars were allowed, but I’ll round down to four. My mind wasn’t blown the by snow and the ice cream sandwich, but I’ll definitely come back again (need to try the boba!).

Cant go wrong with this trendy ice cream/ tea shop. If you are brave enough to drink a lot of tea, get the souvenir cup that they have.

Its a nice chill place to hang out and beat the Californian spring/summer heat. I tried the cookie sandwich and the macaron ice cream sandwich. They were both great, my sisters and I had a great time.

Long lines and limited selection, but they have things other places dont. My wife loves the selection and I like the ice cream in the giant macarons. Theres nothing special about the flavor, but theres nothing wrong with it. Its not worth waiting in the 20 minute line they normally have on Fri or Saturday evening, but its one of those places that we go to every couple weeks just because sometimes you have a particular craving.I would bump it up to 4 (or maybe 5) if they had a better selection of drinks and the blended ice dessert. Waaaay too limited in flavor selection to get more than a 3.

So inefficient. Love the product but cant support the system. Wife loves it but I cant stand in line for 40 minutes then receive a wrong order. Watching the staff run around with no one manning the cash register just gets under my skin...painstakingly SLOOOOOW. So sad...so much potential with so much wrong with the the process. Sorry been a long time customer but I forbid my family go back ever again.
