I walked into this store to look at clocks for a birthday gift at 9:40 on 8/20/2014. The store had a few people in it - couldnt tell if they were customers or staff. There was a man sitting at a desk, so I assumed he was an employee. I spent five minutes walking around the show cases looking at the clocks. Not once in those five minutes did the man behind the desk look up or acknowledge me in any way.Whats with this store? Is my Visa/MC not good on Pine Avenue? Is it profiling - an older woman? Are they not interested in new customers or making sales? It does say gifts on their window? Maybe this store is so successful that it doesnt need any random sales. Good thing, as I will never walk in there again!

What the average joe off the street has to realize with SafeNav is that they cant be compared to West Marine or some other consumer/pro-sumer type establishment. They are a commercial chart and publication supplier that caters primarily to shipping companies that are on an IMO certified subscription service or require professional supplies. They might not have superior customer service and their prices are at the top of the range, but if youre looking for something particular they probably have it or can get it.
