This place is a clown show. Staffed by clowns. I purchased my bike new from them a few years ago, and purchased a different bike from a private seller this week so I went in there to see if theyd want to buy my other used bike. We negotiated everything, signed all the paperwork and title over, give them the keys, etc. and THEN they tell me they wont be able to give me a check for the bike for an entire week. Excuse me? Would you be ok with me buying a bike from you, signing all the paperwork, and then saying Yeah but I wont be paying you for it for a full week.The manager Jason had absolutely nothing helpful to say about any of it. My expectations of this place are ALWAYS low, but Del Amo Motorsports never ceases to disappoint.

Sales and management here is horrible and deceiving. I spoke to a sales associate one is Jeff and the other is a lady who claims she works all of the stores. Ramsey the manager will give you a run around on a price and try to get you to come into the store for no reason but to waste your time on price and try to swindle a sell. I highly do not recommended using this dealer at any of their locations. My review will be posted at each one. Since the women I spoke to is in control of each one.

Fantastic customer service and follow-up from Daniel in the service department. From very transparent consulting, to providing updates, to working out the logistics of pick-up and delivery, Daniel REALLY helped me out. If you need your bike worked on or serviced, go to Del Amo in Long Beach and ask for Daniel in service; you wont be disappointed.

Poor Customer Service. You need to do all research for yourself. Also at $125 an hr for maintenance is just a crime. I would not recommend this place, shop elsewhere. By the way I bought my first bike here 2yrs ago, also had the worst shopping experience. They can get you low monthly payment but you have to be rich or perfect credit score. This place will not be around for long if they continue this route. !Avoid dealing w/a sales rep by the name of Amanda.

Unfriendly staff and not flexible. I left my bike for service and I could not pick them up on Saturday. I tried to call them to talk about the issue and asked them if I could pick it up on next Tuesday (They close Sunday and Monday). And the answer was No, or I had to pay $20/day for parking lot fee, which was $60 for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Way to earn money... 👎

I wish I had just one good thing to say about Del Amo Motorsports, but sadly I don’t. The service is terrible. They caused problems with a new motorcycle, as well as a new jet ski trailer, and did nothing to back up their work. They did a sub par job more then one time, and at different locations nonetheless! When I brought up the issues to management, as well as one of the owners, they refused to right the wrong and fix the situations. The one thing they have no problem with is taking your money, but once you have a problem, they will do nothing to fix it.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

These people wont honor your deposit. Put a deposit on two waverunners to hold until I could get there to do the paperwork which they said had to be done in person. Was called back an hour later said they didnt have the skis in stock and would have shipment in on Tuesday. I couldnt come in on Tuesday, told them I could come in on Saturday. They said fine and the deposit will hold them until then. Got a call today (Thursday) and was told they sold the units to the next deposit holder because my financing didnt go through which was told I had to be in person to do in the first place. Something Is fishy here. Wasnt asked if I wanted to pay cash or asked to finance through one of my banks.. Talked to the Manager and he said there was nothing he could do. Very dishonest business practices. Wasted my time that could have been spent looking elsewhere for a very scarse product.

Ridiculous dealer fee on powersports. I understand supply and demand but when am I paying you in 4500 in dealer unboxing fees when you could just say that its markup on the jetski

Saw a motorcycle they advertised on Cycletrader and inquired on the price since their listing said request price. Received a response that the price was $12.495. I decided to go see the bike and take a look and was prepared to purchase it based on their communication. Initially went to the wrong dealer (Redondo Beach) which was my fault, so even though I was short on time drove back to Long Beach to see the bike in person. I was shocked to see that the price tag was significantly higher than what I was quoted (approx 20k). When I complained to the internet sales associate who convinced me to go see the bike, he lied and said that he quoted me approx $15,000 for the motorcycle. The associate onsite in Long Beach told me the bike cost would be over $17,000, which resulted in me walking out the door extremely frustrated after waisting my time on a busy holiday weekend. Total bait and switch operation without a doubt. Trust is a big thing when youre making an investment like this...and based on their lack of professionalism and ethics, I would never consider buying a product from them again. The pictures attached speak for themselves. Truth in Advertising does not exist with Del Amo Motorsports.

Very UN ethical sales staff. Trying to purchase a 2nd ATV(same model,same year), same one as before and they now want $2995.00 extra because model is dis continued. Please be careful when dealing with there sales department (Jason). Another sales person- same place- different location tried to call me at the same time saying he could beat Jason price. Seems very unethical to me. They log your phone number when 1st calling so they know who you are. Seems creepy.

Very unsatisfied with the service I received, bought a used bike they give me 31 days guarantee with the bike. 4 days after having it, front brakes had an issue I was riding and went down with the bike. I had to get surgery and the bike got really beat up. Now that I showed them bike they dont want to respond for the what happened even tho they said they would.. really looking forward into a lawsuit after getting it checked with my personal mechani,. 2 days after they supposedly inspected it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE things could of been worse.

Came to this dealership to help me locate the VIN frame stamp on my new Can AM Spyder F3. I did not buy the bike at this dealership. But when I came in for help, they treated me as if I had bought it from them. And thanks to Eddie and team.. Solution found.

Good place to shop, but very bad place to take your unit for service.I have a Quad ATV and it turned on a light and I took it to have it serviced under warranty.Well, they were with my team for 22 days just to tell me that the computer did not register the light and at first glance they did not know what the problem was.On the other hand, in a small mechanical workshop they review it in 15 minutes and you will know if you leave it or not.
