This is the best gluten free bread I’ve ever ordered online or bought anywhere. I also use Outrageous gluten free flour, and love it for all my baking and cooking needs. All 4 breads I tried were 10 out of 10 home runs. I would say the cinnamon coffee cake has a slight edge, plainly based off my obsession with cinnamon. The lemon poppy seed, was amazing! She nailed the texture and flavor. The pumpkin bread was perfect and beautiful texture. The zucchini chocolate bread had the best chocolate flavor, not too overbearing and it totally assisted in satisfying a sweet tooth! It was so satisfying. Also, we have to mention the texture on that one too! Impeccable! If you ever thought you wanted to try it and have not yet, you are missing out.

These sweet breads are AMAZING! We have two members of our family with Celiac Disease, and two without. EVERYONE enjoyed these, and you would never know they were gluten free! The texture was soft and moist, and they werent too dense. I would HIGHLY recommend these goodies to everyone!

My very favorite flavor is the lemon poppy seed, but really, I like them all! Sometimes I cut up a slice into cubes, like when you are making bread pudding, and put them in a bowl and microwave it for about 30 seconds. When it comes out I add a splash of half and half and have a delicious pudding-ish breakfast or snack, accompanied by a cup of coffee! Outrageous bread is always moist and delicious as is, but try my trick for a very special treat!

Update! I made pancakes following Pamela’s updated pancake and waffle recipe. They were fluffy and delicious. You wouldn’t know they were gluten free.Pamela was helpful and informative. The pie crust I made using the flour mix and Outrageous Baking’s recipe was so good we ate it like cookie snacks! I’ve recommeded it to all of my friends and encourage you to try it as well!

I love the baking, especially since its so allergy friendly without compromising any of the quality. Since my family has to work around several dietary restrictions, this is a great place for us to get baked goods that all of us can have. I also love the atmosphere (I go to the Boulder Farmers Market to stock up) and the people are wonderful. I highly recommend it as a gluten, dairy and nut free bakery or as a general bakery even if you dont have restrictions !

From the first taste of Outrageous baking’s breads, my family was SOLD! Full of flavour, these breads are delicious with a cup of almond milk or tea! The hardest part about these breads is making a decision about which one to have! My personal favourite is the chocolate cherry, with pumpkin a close second! YUM!!!
