Called To get a price on cost of sq footage for flagstone for a fireplace. Was Told to email dimensions even tho I had them.I asked again “are you sure you can’t just give me a price per sq foot?” Got told “no”. If this is how little they care towards new customers . I cant imagine being a regular! What a joke. NEXT!

The blonde haired lady that works here is as rude and nasty as you could possibly be. She must be related, surely they would fire help that treated peoples badly as she does. The price and product is great.

Google shows totally wrong hours for this company and they are having adifficult time getting it changed. The hours are M - F from 8 to 5. They hours they show are for during the pandemic. Google fix it!!

Disgustingly rude owner and easily beaten prices. Yelling at and insulting a customer who spent thousands with you over multiple years for absolutely no reason? You lost many thousands more. Stay away from these strange, aggressive people!

Mike was beyond professional. Great service, he quickly located and helped me purchase exactly what I needed (beautiful stone!)!!! The selection is impressive and quality great. I would highly recommend supporting this family company that has stood strong over the years.

Im most disappointed that I waited outside of padlocked gates for 15 minutes, when all signs said the business was open, watching four individuals stand around an open barrel fire. Its very poor service standards to ignore customers.

Great products and friendly service. After much research on purchasing flagstone in the area, I found that Loukenen had the best prices. In fact, their prices were so reasonable that I was a bit skeptical. So I drove over to check out their product and was impressed. The man I spoke with walked out into the yard with me to show me my options, asked if I wanted to pick out specific pallets to have delivered, and then helped me set up delivery. My stone was delivered the very next day. Great experience, would definitely buy from them again.

I called several places and the prices were much less expensive for the same quality stone. When they say they will call you back, you can count on them. They deliver on time as promised.

Wow, just like previous reviewers said, the service here is really terrible. I dont know if this is because workers are shouting to be heard through their masks, but as a retail business, the service is really unpleasant. After this brief experience, I am done with this place.

I have been coming to Leukonen Brothers to get stone for most of the 20 years I have lived here. The prices and quality are great, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Product quality is okay. Service ROTS.Forgot to put my order on the morning list on promised day, so I waited around all morning, and finally got a phone call saying theyd come later that day.Tried to overcharge me by just under $100.00Charged me $6 pallet fee per pallet, but never mentioned this charge at time of purchase.Further, wont buy the pallets back, but they will just take them back so they can charge someone else $6 per.Wont be a return customer.

I have endured the marginal customer service (ranging from unfriendly to downright demeaning) for many years in order to keep my business with a local, long-established family. Yesterday, the blonde woman pushed me waaay too far. Just plain nasty. Other locals in the stone business expressed concern about her well being. One said shes chased off every good customer theyve ever had. Well, I guess I am now on that list.Bummer.There are plenty of other stoneyards within, er, a stones throw. No need to subject yourself to the distasteful experience here.
